I've been here everyday since it opened basically and being a barista myself I know quality coffee and this over exceeds good coffee I'm mad that I didn't know about Klatch before. I always get the iced creme brulee latte and the show off. Hits the spot Everytime. Definitely have my loyalty here ! Update: I've been several times this week and the quality has greatly been reduced at this establishment. Everytime I've come I got the iced creme brulee and the show off sandwhich. The drink was lacking flavor it was very bland all three times I went and the sandwhich the bread was not even toasted at all Everytime and the egg cold. Really disappointed considering I loved this place so much. The staff usually really friendly and welcoming but I was greeted very rudely Everytime. My husband and I decided to come try out their breakfast since we live in the area and it is close to home. Whenever we go to small cafes for breakfast I always order the frittata because it is one of my favorite breakfast dishes. Frittata is one of the easiest breakfast items one can make, so it's hard to mess it up. I ordered the frittata here and man, it was the worse frittata I ever had (if you want to even call it a frittata). I opened the box expecting a typical frittata, thick due to the scrambled egg mixture, cylindrical or square shaped, with cheese or other toppings on top or scrambled in. With this dish I opened the box to find a messy assortment of guacamole, salsa, and pesto. It looked like it came from chipotle and I figured that they must have mixed up my order with someone else's. I went inside to ask the guy at the counter if this was the frittata. He gave me a side eye, briefly said, "yeah," in a stand-offish tone, and then turned his back to me to go back to whatever he was doing. I was surprised because the cashier lady that helped us was so kind and nice. When we finally started to eat the dish that I paid $8 for we finally found the egg. It wasn't even scrambled! The egg whites were separated from the yolk and the actual portion size of the whole frittata( not including the other messy junk I mentioned earlier) was half of the size of my iPhone SE. It looked like they either used a really small egg or only half of an egg it was so tiny! It looked like a tiny folded egg white that would not even sustain my small yorkie-sized dog. Traditionally, a frittata is about 2-4 eggs per serving. Flavor wise, it was terrible for the price point. It was overpriced. I was expecting something substantial and good for the price point, but not this frittata. I'm a millennial but you can't just throw guacamole on something and expect it to be good. The guacamole, the pesto, and whatever salsa texture that was did not go together at all! I usually do not mind paying that much for something as long as the food is good, to buy something that looked thrown together like trying to eat all of the leftovers from the fridge does not justify the $8 price point. I can finally see why all of my neighbors drive an additional 5 miles to go to Starbucks than to go to Koffee Klatch that is so close. Next time I'll just save myself the trouble and buy an egg McMuffin from the McDonalds across from this place. read more

I don't know why my family continues to come here. Maybe because it's a quick alternative than going to the Starbucks off Summit. This morning there were only 3 cars ahead of us in the drive-thru and it took roughly 20 minutes at least to get our luke warm coffee and breakfast sandwiches. I love Klatch. I was so happy to switch off of Starbucks and find them! Their coffee and espresso is rich and so yummy! I like to get the creme brûlée latte. The menu is also delicious, I love the go-to sandwich and the breakfast wrap. However, I actually came here to write about the staff! They are overall incredibly kind and in good spirits, nothing like Starbucks which can be so rude and inconsistent (and I go way too often.) Bree is an absolutely standout employee, her quality control in so spot on and I appreciate her so much for catching an accidental milk mistake once or twice. I was in recently to grab a coffee after visiting a friend. The manager was very unprofessional and extremely rude to the poor employee's working. Also found out they have had positive tests for Covid come back from employees and the manager is continuing to have said tested postive employee's working. How is that safe for the employee's or us as customers. I will not be going back after what I've experienced. I left with so much hesitation that I didn't even drink my coffee. Let me start by saying I love good coffee, I enjoy a good roast. But there are times when there is a problem getting the coffee, it ruins the whole experience. Unfortunately this is the case with Klatch. Today I went out of my way to treat myself to some coffee and breakfast and I usually cook my own breakfast and brew my own coffee at home. But today I felt splendid and decided let me spoil myself. The Barrista was having a conversation off to the side and wasn't attentive to the customer (me) waiting to place order. He then looks over, finishes his conversation and then Proceeds to walk over and take my order. Strike one. I ask about the different brews and blends, and the kid knows nothing about the products and offers the "go to" that everyone likes there. Cream Brûlée latte. I'm looking for something dark and rich. But he can't find an option. Strike 2. He suggests the vanilla bean latte, done. He then asks me for my name, I give it to him- and then he for some reason assumes my name is Jesus.. (Hay-zoos) after I told him my name, which sounds nothing like Jesus. Racist? Uneducated? I don't know ‍ the kid then apologizes with a smirk on his face and that's when the whole situation got awkward. Strike 3. He then goes to small talk and at this point I just want to do something I really shouldn't. I keep it short and simple... I'm thinking just get me out of here already. I tip the kid, only because it shouldn't be taken away from the rest of the staff because of one person. I'm a fair man, and I'm I am a Dark skinned man. Will not say ethnicity- because it really doesn't matter! But when you judge me by my looks, it's unfair and that is the last straw. I've given Klatch my last chance unfortunately. They need to get their stuff together. There were issues before, but I put those aside- only because I like good coffee. But when there are situations like this, it makes the coffee unpleasant. Let me just say, I threw the coffee in the trash as soon as I got home. The bagel was ok, could have made a better one at home, and this is why I will never waste my time or energy on this place again. I went here one time after I moved into las colinas neighborhood, and let me tell you I regretted it INSTANTLY. I waited in line for about 20 mins, so I figured this place would be good but MAN I was wrong. I ordered a creme brûlée latte and an egg frittata, both were absolute atrocities, and let me tell you why. The latte tasted like burnt, stale coffee was used out of a pot that hadn't been cleaned in 70 years and was just constantly left on the heater for the coffee inside the pot to evaporate and burn its old, stale, charred flavor into the coffee pot much like a cast iron pan. The frittata (if you can call it that) looked like a flan made of eggs and was covered in a messy, smelly pesto sauce (it was EVERYWHERE.) I was given no silverware, pesto sauce leaked from the bottom of the foldable, cardboard to go box that they handed me my food in. It made my car REAK! I immediately went to the gas station next door and threw both items away. Waiting for 20 mins in line during mid afternoon was not worth the disappointment. Worst coffee spot I've ever been to, I'll get a McDonald's breakfast before I go here again, and I've been boycotting McDonald's for the last decade. Just terrible. read more

What a great location that is not too crowded and not too far. This location is a great place to get some productive studying done, but also get some quality coffee and snacks. I had their version of the Pumpkin Spice Latte and their Sausage Breakfast Sandwich (not sure what their official names are). Both were amazing and a great kickstart to a 7 hour study sesh. These items literally kept me going through the day. The latte is not too sweet, which is just what I like and their breakfast sandwich was a perfect portion. I will definitely be coming back. Easy to get to, easy to park, lots of space inside to study and adequate outlets, nice bathrooms, nice food, etc. everything was just perfect! Can't wait to try some of their other items! read more

This establishment Klatch Coffee has ABSOLUTELY the WORST customer service, no coffee available at 6 p.m. although they don't close til 8 p.m.. A coffee house off the 15fwy, had no ready and available coffee but offered what they called a "pour over" which takes 5 minutes to brew, no flavored creamer only flavored syrups. After speaking with the store manager Jeremy who informed me he is the a.m., p.m., and store manager of Klatch Coffee who works ten hour days was argumentative, condescending, and unprofessional offering no assistance to get customers what they came for, an enjoyable cup of Coffee!!!! If you want to waste your time just to be offered a generic cup of coffee and have Jeremy initiate confrontation by way of his condescending remarks then I would highly suggest you go to the Klatch Coffee off Sierra and the 15fwy in Fontana California. read more

First off let me say that I'm a Rancho Cucamonga native. I have been going to Klatch since I started appreciating coffee at 15 yo. I'm now 35. I have always held klatch as the holy grail of coffee shops in the Southern California area. This location however, is lacking. I'm hoping it gets to the level of the mother store. It seems as if the main problem is the drive through. Klatch knows that their coffee shouldn't be rushed. Today, I received a "pour over" that was either 1, rushed or 2, not even what I ordered and a batch brew. I know this because we were in and out of the drive thru in under 3 minutes. A proper pour over, after weighing, grinding, and going through the pour over process takes a good 5 minutes. May this may not seem like a big deal, it is to someone paying 5 plus dollars for a cup of coffee with a palate and expectations, receiving a watered down, rushed pour over, or even worse a bad cup of batch brew that is 3 dollars. On top of that, they didn't get my wife's bar, when she clearly repeated the order at the drive thru. Once we called her out on it, she said, "well I didn't charge you for it so if you want it still I can re charge you. After we had already paid for our coffee." No receipt was given and no apologies given for the miscommunication. Also, at this point, I'd figure they would just swallow the loss and give us the Pastry. Because my wife was clearly irritated. Let me say, I know this isn't typical of klatch. But this location needs to step it up a notch. On top of that they have a rewards program and you can't use it here because "we don't have internet service" it's been over a year they've been open and can't get this sorted out. read more
