It was very lonely. Kind of weird placement for a coffee shop but smart since Right off the 15 Fwy, There is only gas stations, and a few fast food restaurants. They do carry healthy food options compared to its surroundings. The cashier attending to us was Ashley She was very nice and helpful. The inside was very nice and clean but hot. The AC was not on. This place is the closest coffee spot to Rosena Ranch Community. I was so excited that they were making this place because we literally have nothing around where we live. The look and feel of this place is great! Every morning they make fresh desserts, and they also have a good lunch menu. Their customer service is phenomenal! Everyone there has been great ! I get the Cap Shake. It's delicious. I removed a star due to the food and coffee being over priced. Love the americanos here, and the lattes -- both great cups. Freshly roasted beans available for purchase as well, these worked out great with my Breville machine. Happy to have a coffee shop nearby -- this was previously "Starbucks" but went out of business years ago, most likely due to the little demand, however, now it is "rosena ranch" which has thousands and thousands of just constructed homes, so they timed this just right and launched in the most perfect area possible. Alyssa was absolutely amazing. I've stopped here plenty of times before and everybody's always been so friendly. But today was out of the blue and unexpected. She went into detail about the drinks that were available as well as the pastries. She buil t a great connection asking us where we were from and what type of coffee places we go to where we live. Her great customer service was just glowing from the jump. And as I sat down waiting for my name to be called to go pick up my drinks surprisingly she brought them to me. Not only did she bring my items to me at the table. She overheard that I was having a bad morning because I run a car broke down. And that's not something I would normally share but my GF told her that he's been having a bad morning and he's been looking forward to Klatch. Don't get me wrong we all love coffee just like the next person. But when I go to Vegas I always stop at this location. So yeah this was like my mental reset button. I knew that when I got my Klatch fix that be like the reset for the day button. And for her to take that extra initiative and ask about my morning really brought my spirits up. Because she definitely didn't have to because honestly it's my bad morning not hers. But for her to do that really built that customer connection. It's conveniently off the 15 freeway and has a drive through. Everyone we interacted with was super nice and helpful. We ordered the creme brûlée iced coffee, a pop tart, a pistachio muffin and the sandwich with egg and avocado and probably ham and bacon. Jude was especially nice and friendly. So I decided just for the fun of it to go to the drive-through and asked if I could buy any coffee beans, I asked Jacob in the drive-through he said "Of course" I also asked if he could describe to me some of the coffee beans that they had available. He took his time and went above and beyond and actually told me like 10 coffee beans they have. I really appreciate it. I haven't had anybody go above and beyond for someone in the drive-through. Drive through beware when paying with card. I ordered and paid with card, usually they will let me slide it or tap it and advise if the tip as optional. I drove through a different day and the girl took my card and held onto the machine and asked if I wanted to tip so she could I put it, I politely declined and she gave me my card and no receipt. I didn't think anything of it but she charged herself a nice $7.00 tip. Didn't realize I had purchased an almost $15.00 coffee. The specialty, hip coffee shop is oddly located in a gas station/fast food plaza right off the freeway exit. It's a great location for some since there are not very many nice coffee shops around the area! It actually breaks my heart to give my local coffee shop a 3/5, but my experience here has been hit or miss with the coffee. The service is always 5/5 and the baristas are lovely and always very friendly. I've had some good vanilla lattes here, and they do take pride in their coffee. However, on my last visit, I ordered the Toblerone and it was so SOUR!! I don't know if it was a miss for me or the milk went bad since one of my friends loved it, but I ended up having to pour the $6-$7 drink down the drain. If you do visit, I recommend getting a classic latte instead. read more

Decided to try a new coffee place for date day. Hubby was bummed because they don't have any regular black tea options. But he did enjoy the closest one they could offer him. I tried a crème brûlée coffee, blended. It was pretty good. Certainly something different. Nice to order a coffee that actually had a real coffee taste. Wasn't acidic or burnt tasting. Tasted like real, freshly brewed coffee. Nothing tasted artificial about it. My créme brûlée drink was really good! I'm usually turned off by espresso drinks cause it always ends up way too strong! But this, it's perfect! So smooth and yummy! My little guy got a hot chocolate and loved it so much he drank it all, and he normally only makes it to about half of any other hot chocolate he's had from anywhere else. My turkey pesto panini sandwich was VERY tasty! The fresh basil, with the I believe is a type of faint vinaigrette dressing, was super yummy too! Only bummer is the type of bread it is (I believe it's rye), it gets hard soon after being toasted. The flavoring on the sandwich was superb that I didn't care it was hard toward the end of the bread..hahaha! My little guy had *The Orginal* (Ham, egg, cheddar in a bagel). He said "this is the best sandwich EVER!" He really loved it. The bagel also got a little hard after a bitt, he couldn't really bite into it after awhile. I've been to a few other Klatch locations so I already knew I wanted to order their iced Crème brûlée latte, 'twas delish per usual. If you're looking for something fresh to try I highly recommend the paradise black tea or the strawberry mint sparkler they are both yummy as well. If you are planning on using the drive-thru and have a lifted truck or SUV they will not be able to hear you since their sensor won't read you're there. I recommend just ordering at the window. We were kind of desperate for breakfast at this point in our drive and there weren't many options. I had no expectations, but the experience was disappointing. My peppermint coffee was pretty good, but my breakfast burrito was gross. The cheese was really thick and not very melted, and the tortilla flavor was overpowering. It tasted as if it had come from the freezer section of the grocery store and was put in the microwave. Not what I'd hoped for. That said, the girls working were SO nice.
