I was disappointed because i did want to like this place. The coffee and food items are always great here. However my food order got messed up this morning and I didn't realize until I was already on my way to work. I called to make sure I wasn't overcharged on my order since they gave me the wrong item and I foolishly declined a receipt. I tried calling back a total of eight times trying to get some help during my hour long commute and each time the phone would ring and ring until I got a busy signal. This was my first time at Klatch. There's only one other location, but it's in Ontario. My hubby and I got the large Creme Brûlée iced drink. My son got the Patio Special Shake. So it's like an adffogato bit blended into a shake. Both drinks were equally delicious and would get them again if we drive by here. I ordered the Strawberry Mint Sparkler & asked for a bit extra mint. I was the only one in the drive-thru and the girls who were there were super nice! I got my drink quick and was able to take off quick. Parking & Location: They have their own pretty decent size lot & as of July 2020 they are only accepting Drive-Thru & order pick up. This new location is right off the 15 and Sierra not too far off the exit! Service: I have gone to their other locations in Rancho & Ontario and their customer service is always great. It was my first time here yesterday and it was amazing. The place is so clean, the workers were all so nice, and it was pretty fast. The drive thru line was pretty long so I went inside and once I ordered, my latte was out in under two minutes, so quick! I waited for my sandwhich which was The Show Off and it was hands down the best breakfast sandwhich I have ever had. Love this location! The people here are always so friendly and welcoming. The store, parking lot, and restrooms are always clean. The drinks and food are perfect and once in a while if there's a slight mistake, they quickly fix it without a fuss. My wife and I will often get lunch there because is simply just does things right and the store inside is comfortable to sit down to have a cup a coffee and quiet enough to have a conversation. Honestly this is how I remember coffee shops used to be but most are moving to prioritize mobile orders, drive thrus, and speed of service that they ignore creating an atmosphere where customers fill valued when they come inside. Very rude barista, Ari. She made my cap wrong and when I tried to explain that she gave me a latte she rolled her eyes at me and gave me attitude. A cappuccino is made with 1/3 steamy milk, 1/3 foam, & 1/3 espresso. The cap I was given was 90% milk. The remake given to me was also mostly milk but I wasn't going to bother. A message to the management team; How are your 2 openers not trained on how to brew REGULAR coffee? This morning, we decided to grab a "quick" cup of coffee from your location. We ordered two Lrg coffees with creme. Pulled up to the window and paid, even left a tip. A few minutes later, expecting the coffees, we're told that coffee isn't available due to lack of knowledge/training. Instead, we were offered a "pour over." Since we had already paid, we agreed. 10 minutes later (over 15 minutes total) and now 3 cars behind us, we get our order. Do you know what 15 minutes cost us during traffic hours? No refund was offered for the lack of correct supply nor long wait. I don't fault the employees who are trying to get through morning rush hour, I blame leadership for failure to train. Had I known it would have taken this long, I would have not stopped at Klatch and would have gone elsewhere. read more

This is the best place for me for coffee and food. But I'm getting tired of "there is another entry here for a tip. You don't have to do it, you can set it to none or a percentage" If you didn't mention it, then I wouldn't feel obligated to tip. This is what minimizes my visits. I'm giving this a one value star to realize it's not just me. I don't mind tipping if I have a great service inside. Tip is earned after a fabulous service. I came here with a bunch of my mommy friends and we all tried a few different things. I had their rose latte it came as a recommendation, it smelled really good and on top came with wilted rose petals. The taste for me was just average nothing amazing I really couldn't taste the rose flavor. I also ordered the honey and cheese toast which was really good! I loved the taste if you like goat cheese and honey combo then this is your must try. This place is on the pricier side so this for me is like once month treat!. Tried this coffee spot for the first time today. The customer service was great. All the ladies in front are nice and respectful. We got an iced coffee with their house made almond/ cashew milk and house vanilla and iced vanilla bean latte. It is so good! We also got a Turkey pesto and The Showoff sandwich. Really good as well! This location isn't as busy as the other one in rancho so if you need a good study spot this is the place! This location is very modern, clean, and overall great. Just a little background, I normally utilize the very convenient and fast drive thru on my way to work or when we go to Vegas. I really love how consistent their drinks and their food is made add their friendly customer service to wrap up the entire transaction in a happy little bow! Today I wanted to especially thank Jorge for making sure to reach out when I accidentally left a $50 gift card that I bought for my boss for Boss' Day. I honestly was panicked that another customer may have tossed it in the trash (they package their gift cards in a cute to go espresso cup) but Jorge had seen it and saved it for me and then emailed me to let me know it was safe and sound. I LOVE Klatch. However this location is not consistent. This is the 4th, yes 4th time I give it a chance because its up the street from me and they served me unripe avocado. Its not only hard and flavorless but why serve avocado toast or avo in general if its not even ready? I have posted photos because I cant believe they still chose to serve avocado like this. Last time i ordered a breakfast wrap and had to chew through the hard avocado as well as the prior two times. SMH. Also there has been a high turn over in staff as I have noticed. The Haven and Rancho location are more consistent and I have no complaints of those locations. But this fontana one is probably the worst one I have been to due to their lack of care for the food being served here. read more

I ordered a vanilla latte and crume brule iced latte. Both were perfectly sweet and delicious.

I wish this was a Dutch Bros or even Starbucks. So expensive for bad coffee. The iced Mocha at Jack in the Box is better.

Coffee was delicious and staff very friendly! Definitely will be trying more selections on the menu.
