Tried this coffee spot for the first time today. The customer service was great. All the ladies in front are nice and respectful. We got an iced coffee with their house made almond/ cashew milk and house vanilla and iced vanilla bean latte. It is so good! We also got a Turkey pesto and The Showoff sandwich. Really good as well! When you first walk in it's more of a modern look but it's still relaxing and has seating options for a bar seat or table. Definitely recommend and think i found my new regular spot! read more

The best place to stop by and grab yourself a coffee after a nice waterfall hike (Lytle Creek). The moment I saw other Yelp reviewers reviewing the creme brûlée coffee, that was it for me! I knew it. This will be my first drink at this new spot of mine. It was heaven guys. Go ahead and order this bad boy! I suggest getting light ice if you chug your coffees like I do! I do have to say, I think they are a little pricey, but it's worth it if you're already near by! We also ordered the vanilla bean blended coffee as well. As some of my family enjoyed the light taste, I would've preferred it to be a bit sweeter and a heavier vanilla bean taste. Still a very nice drink to enjoy! I will be back guys. I ordered a vanilla latte and crume brule iced latte. Both were perfectly sweet and delicious.

Hmmmm. Polar Cold brew was ok.. A little watered down for my Tastebuds but the good part is the foam is not too minty. The only good drink I had was Espresso with hint of Orange Peel. Guess I have to try different drinks to update my Rating.. Their customer service is great, Staff is genuinely sweet and knowledgeable. Their Avocado toast is my Fave regardless. I'd give Klatch another try next time, we're headed to Vegas. read more

This Klatch location was the perfect spot to hit up after a snowy day on the mountain! And what's even better??? They have a freaking drive thru!! Helps for those of us not feeling comfortable stepping inside. I usually like going to Klatch. However, today's service was NOT good. I went through the drive-thru and ordered food items. It wasn't until I got home and realized I DID NOT get what I ordered. I returned to the establishment, stated what happened. This is where it went wrong/unprofessional. Instead of the cashier apologizing for the mistake, she gave me attitude, then told me she couldn't take back the wrong food that was given to me because it had already left the store (understandable). Then she walked over to the ladies making the food and requested the food I originally ordered and stated that I "didn't want the food I was given." NOT A TRUE STATEMENT. It wasn't what I ordered. Just do better next time with customer service and make the customer fell better about the mistake that was made on YOUR (co-workers) part. SIMPLE! read more

Busy Saturday afternoon (5pm on 08/12/2022) on the 15 south bound so we stopped for some caffeine at the Klatch. The product is 5 star but the service we received from Jeremy, boy oh boy! He is 10star! Klatch management/franchisee did a solid recruitment hiring Jeremy. He provided excellent customer service. Being as polite as I can, this is probably the most overpriced, basic sandwich and coffee establishment I've ever been at. The sandwich was old, cheap toast, slapped with some overcooked egg and one strip of bacon. Extremely basic coffee, added with the condescending look from a youth worker, pushing the tip option before they even start to make you below average meal. Here's an idea.. Buy some quality food product, teach these kids how to make real coffee, and then mayyyybe you can start charging the WHOPPING $20 for your basic coffee and small sandwich option. If you find Klatch Coffee, you found the extreme end of North Fontana that was once a desolate non-developed area. This location is built on a very small space and what I mean by that, once you're in the parking lot, you'll have to come out the same way you came in. That alone can create some stress if you're doing drive-thru or walk-in. I've seen a few tempers flare up with motorist trying to exit in a different direction to only find they need to make a U-turn and block egress for drive-thru. As for the floor plan of Klatch, it's relatively small with a side counter space for lounging and a few tables. However, the customer line seems to encroach on sitting arrangement thus making that a bit uncomfortable if you find yourself with someone breathing behind or looking down on you while you sip on your roast. It's nice to see Klatch expand in the Inland Empire/South Bay and draw new customers and also create employment for the labor force. Quality is served here and quantity is on the smaller scale hence why a large cup is more like a regular size. My personal favorite are both hot and cold Vanilla Latte w/almond cashew milk (made in-house). Other favorites include seasonal drinks. Breakfast and lunch is served along with readymade options. I personally chase Espresso chocolate beans with my beverage since I consume on the lighter side :) FYI - Klatch roasting occurs in Rancho Cucamonga and distribute to stores and sell direct to public and wholesale. I'm no coffee shop connoisseur and I'm a basic SB bro but I recently moved to the Rosena Ranch area and had been looking for a coffee spot closer than SB where I can study for a few hours and enjoy an espresso alongside a snack. I've heard good stuff about Klatch from coworkers, but never had the opportunity to visit until now. I've done a couple visits so far and all have been pleasant and satisfying. I am a huge fan of grilled cheese sandwiches so I gave their chipotle grilled cheese and my goodness, it was delicious and probably the best grilled cheese I ever had. I even went the next day and ordered it again. They put a generous amount of chipotle sauce/spread and has a very nice kick to it, albeit not too spicy and the cheese pull is amazing with each bite. The only downside is that the sandwich is pretty greasy/oil which could be a turnoff to but it's all deliciousness to me. Earlier today, I figured I'd give the chipotle chicken avocado sandwich a try, but unfortunately it seemed very lacking. The chipotle spread seemed very minimal compared to the grilled cheese while the chicken was very, very dry. Overall, it honestly wasn't that tasty. But I did very much enjoy the brioche bun it was on and they gave a generous amount of avocado and pretty large pieces of chicken. I think if cheese could be added with a bit more chipotle spread and a less dry-of-a-chicken, the sandwich would be a go-to item, but for now I will probably stick to the chipotle grilled cheese. I've always enjoyed flavored espresso, particularly the mocha espresso which is my go-to at SB. Gave the mocha espresso with oat milk a try here and I do have to say, I like the SB one a lot more. Klatch was flavorful and had a nice creamy drink/texture to it, but I like the SB mocha-chocolately flavor more and SB seems to give more of the espresso/caffeine taste than this one. It's good, but I probably wont get it again. On the other hand, I gave the iced Mexican mocha a try and it was freaking delicious and it will be my go-to drink from now on. Way better than getting an iced mocha at SB. The turkey pesto panini is next up on my list to try as well the the cold brews. The rest of the sandwich menu doesn't appeal to me. I'm not a huge fan of breakfast sandwiches nor do any of Klatch's breakfast items look appealing so I'll be skipping on that. My visits have been in the morning and a few in the late dinner time and I never had to deal with a long line. My stuff came out pretty quick and never had any issues with the staff. There can be a lot of customers passing through on the weekends though, but overall, it's a good spot to get things done like studying, reading, or laptop business. I do have to say though that the this place is quite pricey, especially a bit more than SB which is why I'm giving this 4/5 stars. I wouldn't call this place a premium coffee shops by all means. Overall the environment/location is to my liking for studying, the sandwich and drinks are delicious so I'm willing to pay the extra to come here more often. read more

Just went to the Klatch Coffee on sierra in Fontana and have the best service ever from Ari. When I placed my order on the mobile app I requested an iced drink but I wanted it extra blended so when I went in, she wanted to make sure that she did the order properly so she made it fresh for me. I didn't mind the extra wait, the drink is very flavorful and it's exactly what I ordered and it was nice looking at all the Decor on the walls while I waited it's some thing I had never seen in there before and it's absolutely beautiful. Pumpkin Chai Latte is BOMB. White Chocolate Mocha is top-tier. My husband wasn't a fan of the flavor of the Vanilla Bean Latte, but the presentation was beautiful. We've only been here twice so far but plan to go back. Staff has been super awesome and nice both times we went. At some other coffee shops we've felt rushed out or unwelcome, but not here. The staff was super friendly and the line moved quickly! The reason behind the three stars is that they messed up my orders.. I originally asked for two oat crème brûlée lattes and then they upselled me a chocolate chip cookie which I happily accepted because my little one wanted one. When I got to the windows I received one coffee and no cookie? I also ordered two breakfast sandwiches and a croissant (I got all of that). Im pretty positive that I was charged for the cookie and I definitely didn't receive it (I went to grab the cookie out of my bag after the second round through the drive thru). So because I didn't get charged for my second coffee, I went back through to order one for my husband. I asked for a 24oz vanilla iced latte and I received a 16 oz. They messed up twice in less than ten minutes. I will have to say though, the speaker sounded poorly on my end so I think it may have sounded that way on theirs. It also doesn't hurt that their cold brews are amazing. So obviously, I was very excited to find out that Klatch recently opened in Fontana conveniently located right off Sierra Avenue. This location is very clean, appeared larger than the Redondo Beach location, and has a drive thru. Service was awesome too. The baristas allowed me to sample a few brews before I decided to just go with my go-to drink...a large cold brew. I stop at this exit a lot when traveling to and from Las Vegas. I've had my ups & downs with klatch coffee but finally came back but this time I came to this location. Went to the creek to enjoy our sat with friends. We decided to make a quick bathroom break before heading back. I wanted coffee so I decided to come here. My daughter and I were greeted as we first arrived. Wasn't busy just 1 or 2 customers. Didn't know what I wanted so the girl suggested some drinks, none seemed to catch my attention until I saw "patio special" I was scared to order but finally decided to give it a go. It looked refreshing & delicious!!!! I took my first sip and oh my!!!! I was in love right away. It was honestly what I expected & more. Every sip was just satisfying. Once I finished I wanted more but was already far away. The service was an awesome omen& I hope to go back and order the same thing. Stopped by after our snowboarding sesh up at mountajn high resort! So glad we did! Amazing quality food and beverages. We got the avocado toast, goat cheese toast and two different kind of lattes. All tasted AMAZING! Customer service was also AMAZING. The barista accidentally made my chai with whole milk (I ordered it w/ oat milk) but was so kind and transparent owning up to the mistake which I TRULY appreciated and absolutely respect and value.
