Ate a here couple times in the past but haven't been here in a long time. Went right at opening with barely anyone dining in. Order and pay at the counter then choose your seats. Ordered a loco moco with guava juice, eggs, portuguese sausage and fried rice with pineapple juice. Food came out pretty quick and delicious breakfast. Eggs cooked to perfection. Just enough portion to eat all at once without any leftovers. Service was also good.

When my relatives came to visit and asked where we liked to eat breakfast, this was the first place I thought of. Parking: There is free parking, but it does get filled up fast. Plan ahead for that. Location: they are at at the end of Kapolei Marketplace next to Supercuts. Its no frills, casual, walk in kind of place. Nothing fancy, but it's definitely filling. Things to know: it is first come first serve. The tables get taken quickly, but usually by the time you order, a table opens. Just be prepared to get it as takeout. Food: this place has something for everyone. The got sweet, they got savory and they the usual breakfast staples. My kids usually get the pancakes. What I usually get is the Vinha D'alhos with rice. Just writing about it makes me hungry. Its this marinated pork that fried. It has a tangy vinegar and shoyu taste and it's so good with rice. Anyway, so I brought my relative here. I ordered the Vinha D'alhos for her. She took a bite and her eyes lit up. She said it tasted so good. She ended going back another day for more. This is one of those places you can come in and have a quick casual breakfast. No frills, but delicious. We love coming here because it's close by but we have visited other locations.

Love all their food all the time. Can't beat the prices and flavors and speed of service. The whole family loves it! Pancakes, waffles, fried rice, burritos, and those potatoesssss. Never had a bad plate.

We walked in on a busy morning (it's always busy) cause the food is so amazing!! Ordered our food and while sitting and waiting in great anticipation, since this is one of my favorite spots to come iykyk. While sitting and waiting, I noticed there were dust on the walls and ants were crawling on the wall as well. I absolutely love koa pancake House and I will definitely be back many many times again and again, but I just wanted to draw to your attention those two things and for tourists who tend to be a little freaky about that stuff don't let it bother you and order the food anyway you won't be disappointed

Needed a sweet pick me up after dropping off our daughter at school. What we got was a simple and rather peaceful and serene diner feel experience. My husband and I went in for breakfast early in the morning and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The food was tasty as we ordered the breakfast plates of Vienna sausage over easy eggs and fried rice as well as bacon with over easy eggs and fried rice. Splitting the strawberry cheesecake short-stack was well the icing on the pancake. Absolutely delicious and I wholeheartedly recommend. To top everything off the service we received was warm and friendly serving us our water and enjoying nice conversation.

Good comfort food, can be a long wait when it's busy. The restaurant can be quite packed so we usually opt for takeout which is a long wait as well. Prices can be hefty for fairly simple food.

I came here after hearing my cousin said it was a go to. It wasn't too busy here and it was a chill environment. Ordering at the counter was quick. We ordered the Portuguese sausage, eggs and rice breakfast and a breakfast burrito. The food took a while to come out. I came with one other person and once my food finally came out, the other dish didn't come out for about 10 more minutes. The food was just ok to me, but maybe I should have ordered pancakes. I forgot to take a picture of the breakfast burrito once it finally came out. I will be back again to try the pancakes.

Koa Pancake House is a staple childhood memory for my sis and I. Our parents and grandparents used to take us to this place all the time. So it was a treat to come back to one of the locations during a family trip. I had to order the corn beef hash with eggs and buttermilk pancakes. I also got to try to the corn beef hash Loco Moco that my sis had and the macadamia nut pancakes. Everything was cooked perfectly. It was genuinely a good home cooked breakfast. The pancakes were soft and fluffy. The Macademia pancakes had a good natty flavor. The inside of this Koa Pancake house was small, but could accommodate a fair amount of people. This location is located in an outside mall and opens earlier than the other stores. The servers were very nice. They did forget one of our sides but they were able to make a quick fix to it. But I give them credit because on the day we went, the place was packed. I recommend this spot for the good food and the good prices. I also think this spot is for families. There were a lot of kids and they def. enjoyed the pancakes from this place.

This is located conveniently at the Ka Makana Ali'i mall. There was no wait on a Wednesday morning at 7 am. You ordered at the counter, then grab a seat. Do not grab a table before ordering - a big no no. I ordered eggs, sausages, and macadamia nuts pancakes. Way too much food. Everything was delicious; however, not all the food came out together. I was waiting for my pancakes, and by the time they came out, my eggs were cold. It's a little disappointing. The portion was huge. I could not finish. I would return again if I am in town.

Found MULTIPLE hairs in our food. A long hair we pulled out of the fried rice and a shorter hair in our hash brown. Unfortunately we lost our appetite and had to throw away our food.

We love going to Koa Pancake house afor breakfast and for me I love their fried rice and extra crispy Belgian waffle. Although the fried rice is simple with just ham and green onions, there is just something about it that I really like. We decided to order breakfast online at this location. I went into pick up our order and was glad that they were able to have it prepared earlier than the given time. I got home and we opened up our food to eat. When my boyfriend took a bite into the fried rice, he told me it tasted like a cleaning agent was mixed into it. I was shocked and tasted rhe fried rice in my plate and it was the same thing. It was awful and upsetting. We couldn't even eat it because it was really really bad. I called the restaurant to make a complaint and spoke to the Manager. He was kind enough to say the next time we come in, we can tell him he said that our meals would be comp. I don't understand how our fried rice could have tasted like that and I wonder if anyone had the same issue. Luckily, we did not get sick from it. It was such a big disappointment and bad practice and I don't know if we will return to that location again.

I wasn't able to book it directly through their site but if you call in sometimes they have additional availability that isn't bookable online. There are so many options here. The best part for me is the poke bar. The fish is so fresh. Although i'd skip the oysters and crab legs as the crab legs were tooo salty and the oysters weren't very sweet. The lobster however was great! The view from the restaurant is of the pool so it could be a bit loud but aren't all buffets? Included with the dining is a parking validation for 4 hours. The GOOD: unlimited steamed lobster, snow crab, fresh poke, oysters, decent service, and lovely live music. The BAD/AVERAGE: - We were told that some of their ceiling fans weren't working so it gets pretty hot if you're seated by the pool/live music area. Our table also rocked back and forth throughout the meal. It's starting to feel outdated. -There were flies around some of food -The prime rib was the driest/overcooked I've ever had at a buffet, and the lechon was mostly dry as well with some parts were hard crispy. -Compared to previous visits, there was no sashimi station or steamed dim sum, which was a huge disappointment, especially since they had already done away with the pan-grilled lobster. -For the cooked/hot dishes, there were egg foo yung, stir fried veggies, one chicken dish, one lamb dish, and noe pasta. Also were average taste, and just very limited options compared to other brunch/lunch buffets! -There was also a whole cooked fish sitting on the opposite side of the buffet, away from the seafood station, with no label at all. It was completely untouched the entire time we were there, which honestly said a lot. -The ramen bar is a cool concept, but the broths don't taste good and had odd topping choices. -The dessert selection felt limited, and the vanilla ice cream had a strange texture that fell apart instead of being creamy. What frustrates us the most is that the price continues to increase (3-4 times), yet nothing really stood out or added to justify it. If anything, it feels like there are fewer options than before. We've been coming here since the good old days too and it's apparent that it's not as amazing as before. The unlimited lobster is really the only thing that sets this buffet apart, and while I understand you won't find that at most other buffets, it's still hard to justify $135 per person for the overall experience we had. We won't be coming back.

We specifically came out to support our friend who was the musical talent providing the live entertainment from 5:00 to 8:00 PM. Our reservation was at 5:30 PM, and the vibe was so good that we stayed all the way until 9:00 PM. Because we arrived during the last 30 minutes of happy hour, we immediately ordered a major spread of pupus from the Pau Hana menu. We shared the lechon style brussel sprouts, hand-cut fries, steamed shrimp & pork won tons, scallion bread, and fish tacos. Every single bite was delicious. I paired the food with a Hana Koa Roof Top Pale Ale from their local drafts list, which was crisp and excellent. After happy hour wrapped up, I moved on to the dinner menu and ordered the Half Pound House Burger and fries for my entree. The burger was perfectly cooked and incredibly flavorful. Overall, the food and ambiance were absolutely outstanding, and the service was prompt, attentive, and friendly from start to finish. The noise level was perfectly moderate, letting us enjoy both the live music and our own conversation. We had a great time and will absolutely be back!

I don't know if they want to keep it hidden, but I guess you could consider it that. We went in on a Saturday night with reservations and I highly recommend it since the place was full when we went in and more people kept wanting to come and eat. Service was great from beginning to end, I especially love that everyone accommodated my stroller and my baby. There were four of us and we each got something different, but to start I highly suggest the steamed shrimp and pork wontons and the lechon style Brussels - I would've double-ordered those for my entree if I could have! For entrees we ordered the garlic noodles, misoyaki butterfish, seared catch-of-the-day, and the burger. They were all amazing, and after we all started letting each other try we started making our own "flights" because everything just hit different spots and flavor profiles. In summary, this is one of those places that doesn't care about aesthetics, the decor is casual, but the food is soooo ono. They focus all their energy on food and service, and that makes a winner winner chicken dinner in my book.

The hotel is pretty secluded compared to being right in the city, but if you don't mind a walk, is close to a small shopping center with a few other food places and the hotels next door. The Marriott's other restaurant, Longboard's, is more casual, while this restaurant, Longhi's, is their fancier option for fine dining. With this in mind, this restaurant is, at the end of the day, is just alright. The seating area has the best views, but is slightly packed, although it is truly a beautiful ambiance. It is somewhat in the middle of the hotel, though. However, the service was lacking, if even present, and the food is, as expected, pricey. For some guests, hotels gave them vouchers to redeem at the restaurants near by, and this was one of those restaurants that you could redeem it at. With the voucher, this restaurant is a little bit easier to justify, but without, you are left paying high prices for fine food and a great view. If you are on the resort, then this is also easier to justify, as it is one of the closer options compared to the others. If you're not staying at the Marriott connected to it, then I wouldn't suggest going out of your way to go here. We ordered the crab cakes and the shrimp risotto. The crab cakes were really good, with a few different textures like the crunchies on top! If you like crab or crab cakes, or if you want to try something new, I would suggest that you order this or split it with a friend or partner. The shrimp risotto was fine, but after trying it, I ended up wishing that I ordered something else on the menu. It wasn't that it was bad, it just was okay. I feel like people have certain expectations for a higher end restaurant like this, and it wasn't hard to see why after going, that this restaurant is rated the way it is.
