One star by default. I went into Kohl's yesterday to use my 40% off coupon for a Juicy Couture bag. I wanted to use the kiosk for free shipping as well as my coupon that was only valid for that day. The kiosk was not functioning correctly, so I requested the assistance of two managers. Both of which were unable to assist in fixing the problem. I was redirected to a customer service phone line in the back of the store. They were unable to place the order via customer support, but they offered me $2.99 off of my purchase. Gee, thanks! I called their corporate line, placed my order with free shipping and my coupon. In closing, Kohls just isn't worth the hassle, and the staff isn't very helpful or knowledgeable. read more

This review is specifically for the manager Beatris, if it wasn't for her and her AMAZING customer service I would have left the store and never come back! I couldn't find my husband a dress shirt in his size because none of the sizes were where they were supposed to be (and I was getting frustrated) and Beatris took the time to look up sizes for me. Then when the cashier was super unhelpful with my return, she personally took me to her register and helped me! It was so refreshing to find someone who cares at Kohl's. Thank you Beatris! read more

This store has one of the worst layouts you could ever imagine. It's like an upscale 99 cents store minus the pricing. How does anyone find what their looking for in here? Honestly, the stores layout makes you believe that this is a group of 7 and 8 year old children playing store. The dressing rooms are cluttered and not very well attended. The store reps are unengaging and walk right by you like zombies on a mission. And the people working at the checkout counters move slower than a corpse. I thought shopping is supposed to be fun? This place is about as cold as it gets when it comes to customer service. I was in the store for about 90 minutes and several employees walked by me never asking if I needed any help. I am a Kohls customer since 2010 and I have never been treated as badly as I did on 5/5/2017 by a customer service associate by the name of Marina. From the moment a customer and I directed to her she had an attitude. If you work in retail and especially in customer service you should always have a happy go lucky attitude, I did it for years and never treated anybody unfair. I don't see myself spending any of my money in that store and it is all because of this associate. I hope she gets to read this and changes her attitude because people like that don't belong in Kohls where they are always customer service driven. read more

This store is a train wreck. Clothes on display are not even the ones that they are selling. I was looking for short sleeve boys shirts and while the mannequins had plenty, the store had none. The sections were completely trashed and looked as if a tornado had gone by. After picking out a few things to buy, I was greeted with a long line and only one checker. No one ever came to help the women and I ended up leaving, frustrated with the lack of help in this store. I'd go to a different Kohls and won't return to this store. read more

It was really high priced when I found some jeans the sign said buy one get one 1/2 off and yet I paid full price for two pairs of jeans. Online store inventory not accurate for this location. I saw status of product as "not available to limited availability" at other khols locations. When l saw this location had product available. I trust that i would find it without a problem. Which was not the case. A store employee also saw the item was available in inventory. Helped me look. But the color and size of product was no where to be found. Manager said the item hasn't been received and doesn't know why it shows as available online. Very disappointed. read more

The "Manager" MIKE is an idiot at this store. Even though I had a receipt and purchased a toy on my Kohl's credit card he refused to return the DEFECTIVE toys because it didn't have a box! The toy looked new and it was clear to see that it was defective but he was a moron. read more

Writing this little something to say that everytime I walk into this store there is a particular bald, white, young looking guy maybe early 30's which I think might be a manager of some sort, always so very pleasant to the customers trying to make sure everybody is finding everything ok. If the lines are long he helps out at the register just absolutely delightful. Puts a smile on my face everytime, especially since in this day & age good customer service is almost non-exsistant. We went to try and find my tall thin teenaged son an inexpensive suit. We could find very few pants that fit him and none of them had a matching jacket. We did however receive outstanding customer service from Veronica! She went out of her way to try and find us a matching jacket, which she could not do through any fault of her own. Veronica was very friendly and made me feel like she enjoyed helping us. Thank you Veronica!!! read more

It's not everyday you think to yourself "yay, I get to write a positive review FINALLY". Yesterday 12/5/2017 I had to go to this Kohl's twice due to me purchasing the wrong sizes and the lady who rang me up was so pleasant and friendly. The second time we laughed about making sure she removed the censors so I didn't have to come a third tome. Well...unfortunately when I got home and went to wash our new stuff there was one forgotten vendor ugh I was so frustrated even angry. So this morning I walked in expecting a huge line and there was just one gentleman working and two ladies in line. I was relieved. As soon as I got in line this worker noticed I had a bag and while still helping the customer he had he asked me if I needed help. I explained my situation and laughed. He stopped what he was doing asked all customers if he could help me quickly to get me back on my way. I was so impressed and thanked him and everyone waiting. I have been to this store a few time and every time, the store is in disarray. The clothes are just throw about on the racks, the shoe are scattered, where there is no chance to find what you want, and If you go in the dressing rooms the clothes are piled up in the corners. It feels like you are shopping at Ross, very disappointing!! To bad because it's close to my home. I guess I will find somewhere else to shop. read more

I am usually a patient person and I understand everyone needs a job. With that said, this store has a wonderful bunch of individuals who know nothing about customer service. I go to exchange a few things and want to purchase a few additional items. Everywhere else's I go CUSTOMER SERVICE is a one stop shop. Here they can only do exchanges or refunds of clothes. I must then go to the jewelry counter where I can only do the exchange and purchase of jewelry, then I have to go to another line to purchase the additional items. If my cousin did not NEED a dress shirt I would have walked out. This will be the LAST time I shop at this location. read more

The worst store and service ever!!!!! I went in to get my kids some flip flops and couldn't find them. I asked for help and was just sent to another spot in the store then another then yet another. I never really shopped at Kohls that's much until I moved to this area. I live within walking distance of this location so I figured it would be a time saver over going across town to other stores. The mark-ups are somewhat insane, but I LOVE the clearance prices! I usually only go there when I have my Kohl's charge in hand, along with Kohl's cash & coupons (which I receive regularly in the mail). Customer service is better than average, as I am approached regularly by salespeople asking if I need help, rather than just commission-hungry high-pressure agents trying to turn a quick buck. I have found many great high-end items on clearance not even these so-called "discount" stores like Burlington, Marshalls, or Ross can even touch! Izod, Van Heusen, Sketchers, Fila, I have all gotten them for up tp 90% off! And it's not like trying to find a needle in a haystack looking for your size: I am 6 foot 6 and tend to fall in between sizes but Kohls is one of the very few places where the selection of sizes is actually a selection, not an allotment. And, unlike JC Penney, you can use more than one coupon at a time (usually), allowing you the maximum discount. My only complaint about this store is the shoe section, not for messiness but because it is SO CRAMPED! The aisles or only about 4 feet wide (I usually have to turn sideways to pass someone) and I can barely make a turn with the carts they have there. No one in a wheelchair could possibly get through there, I don't know if that's a code violation or anything but it's very hard to shop for shoes that way. Sometimes the lines are insanely long and some of the cashiers are a bit slow but usually that is remedied by calling for backup (which happens quite a bit).
