I was really excited to come try Kong Dog! It was such a different and unique concept that my boyfriend and I were looking forward to trying. I ordered the potato kong dog with mozzarella and the original with a chicken sausage. I felt like the ratio of batter to filling was off. There was a lot more going on around the outside. It tasted good, but I just didn't find myself blown away. My boyfriend felt similar about his as well. I still love the concept, but I'm not sure how often we will run back. If you are interested in trying Kong Dog I still recommend getting there at least once to try! read more

Yum! So delicious and it was a fun experience. Restaurant was very nice and clean. Everything is made fresh to order. We tried the classic with sugar, hot chettah and potatoes with sugar. We got the the half mozzarella and hot dog for each one. Our favorite was the potato one. We found they didn't really need the sauces. We will come back again! read more

This is my first time having a Korean hotdog. I tried the hot Cheeto and the spicy Doritos and I decided to go with all beef sausage for both seeing as that's how I like original corndogs the most maybe I should've tried a version with cheese, but just knowing myself I went with what I like. This was very delicious very fresh crunchy not too oily and it was delicious and well-made. The service was great. Flaming hot Cheetos was way better than I expected! I thought it would be greasy and not as flavorful as it was and I was wrong!! The cheese melts so perfectly when it's ate warm and the coating on this is just perfect. It's not greasy at all- must go if you've never had! read more

I am always skeptical about my sweet and savory food not being cohesive enough. I tried the hot Cheetos with half mozzarella and half beef. I really liked it. I was reading the description and it said a spicy Mayo sauce so I didn't think anything more. When I took a bite, there was a sweet sauce as well. It wasn't too sweet that overpowers your palette, but enough to sway you away from the hot Cheetos and then bring it back to the saltiness of it. I can't wait to come back and try the other flavors! read more

The food was good but I wish they would've add boba drinks instead of Ginger ale it would be nice. Less talk? Maybe for the coworkers because our order got mixed up with the other customers. It's good for hangout and chill would recommend anyone to come here and enjoy their Kong dogs! read more

Very wheelchair accessible. Lots of open area to wheel around and the seating is far enough apart to fit. Went Friday evening and there were a few ppl inside and in line. Being it was my first time there I had some questions but the cashier wasn't paying attention. Just stared at me so I gave up and just ordered a potato with mozz cheese. I also got the peach lemonade & fries. The potato and cheese on a stick was really good! Not greasy. The cheese pull was awesome and amazing the cheese stayed gooey. It never got hard as it cooled. Very nice! The fries were good. Nothing to write home about. Just run of the mill fries. The ranch dipping sauce was good too. The lemonade wasn't even drinkable because it was beyond sweet, even after letting the ice melt the whole time I ate. Save your money on the lemonades. If we're in the area and hungry, may stop in for a bite to try the other options. read more

I'm beyond ecstatic that there is now an awesome Korean corn dog place that is relatively close to me! The place is clean, the employees are polite and work hard (tip well folks, they're busy!) and most importantly the food is great. I drove half hour here. I went and waited about 30m to get into the restaurant and order. Then waited another 30m for my order. I got a holy cow with half beef half moz cheese, flamin cheetah with moz cheese & potato with moz cheese. My favorite I thought would be the flamin hot since I'm a hot cheeto fan but this tasted nothing like hot cheetos lol. It has some sauce on it to hold the Cheetos flakes but the flavor is in that sauce. Tastes kinda tangy, vinagery....it was honestly not what I expected it to be. A fun, unique experience, worth a try but not necessarily a return at the given price point. Got the original, flaming cheetah, potato, and kinako (split 50/50 on all). This place was very big and clean. My initial thought walking in was "okay... this is nice.." the menu was very simple, easy to understand. I ordered the flaming cheetah (white mozzarella) When it came out . It was pretty big the presentation of the corn dog was cute. Now comes the taste. The first bite. I thought wow, i tasted the immediate spice from the spicy mayo and the freshness of the cheese and the crunch from the cheetos. I actually liked it . After eating halfway through, I thought to myself... would i order another one? And the answer is no. I believe one was enough to full fill my cravings for cheese covered in cheetos haha. If this was closer to town and stayed the same price, i would come once a week or once a month. Its a nice hang out spot! I would recommend if you like cheese or hot dogs. DISAPPOINTING! First time I came here, I came on a Friday at 7:40PM. They were sold out.. They close at 9PM. GG Came again on a Tuesday at around 6PM because, you know, I had to try it. I have had Korean corn dogs in Los Angeles before, so I knew what I wanted. Well, this is not at all at the level of an LA Korean corn dog. After waiting an hour in line and to get our corn dog, I was very let down. The batter is WEAK here. Kinda rubbery almost. Just not good at all. I am so sad. Given all the actually great tasting restaurants nearby, I dont think I would ever come back to this place. I see there are people that enjoy this place, I would venture to guess they have never had a Korean corn dog before from Two Hands or a Ssong's or a Mochi Nut. The taste just did not live up to the hype at all, not to mention the long wait times, and for that reason, I'm out. read more

Their hot dogs are good. The reason why I'm giving 2 stars is because the customer service. I was not in the mood to be arguing about a wrong order. It wouldn't have happened if their touch screen menu wasn't malfunctioning but they refused to change my order to the correct one and told me I had to pay extra for another hot dog. read more

It's corn dogs with various toppings! What's not to love? They got a lot of variety with fillings and toppings so you're sure to find something that you like. I wouldn't recommend getting sugar on top unless you like stuff really really sweet, but otherwise super tasty. The dogs themselves are really good, which is essential for corn dogs. Alternatively, you can have mozzarella or cheddar cheese instead of a meat dog...they also have chicken sausage and garden sausage varieties. I wish they had more sauces...barbeque is my favorite with corn dogs or at least ketchup, but they don't have those options. Definitely give it a try. We've been here a few times to try the different kinds and it's always pretty good. Sometimes the wait can be a bit long though, so keep that in mind. Fun to come for the novelty and any time you have a craving for tasty corn dogs with a twist! read more

This place has really good king dog but really bad customer service a bunch of young kids so I don't expect it to be good customer service. I got home and a family member of mine didn't like her tea and I wanted to order more king dogs for my family so I called them placed an order and LET THEM kNOW about the tea my family memeber didn't like I specifically told the worker I would like a refund or a replacement of something else that costs the same. when I got there the young gentleman at the register looks at me like if I'm not there, with a duhhhhh face I saw that my order was ready I brought back the tea that I didn't want and told him this is the tea I don't want then has the nerve to charge me for the item I'm suppose to replace I said r u kidding? Got lucky on a sunday afternoon, no long lines outside and the line was just inside. Ordering looks intimidating and better come prepared on what you want lest you want people getting frustated behind you coz you dont know what you want and youre taking too long to decide. Also, this sunday, there was only one person taking orders. Need to have a lot of patience. Its a corn dog and a step up from your regular fair corn dog. I got the holycow classic, and the kids got the potato and flaming chetah. You have a selection of what you want in your corndog: full sausage, half with either mozzarella or cheddar cheese... Try to skip the regular or powdered sugar if you want to get that classic corndog experience. Orders are made once its placed, no stale corndogs here. A little pricey for a corndog but hey its an experience to try a bedazzled corndog! Will try some of their options once were back in the neighborhood. read more

I have been eyeing this place since opening and finally made my way to check it out. The décor is modern and clean, there is plenty of distance between tables for safe and comfortable indoor dining. The food is definitely unique. Fancy corn dogs I would say. Super glad I tried it but I feel I would get a heart attach of I went here more than month per month. Delicious but I would think a once in a while treat. I had a Classic with Mozzarella and sugar. sweet and salty combination was great. Hubby had the Flaming Cheetah with half cheddar half hot dog. I honestly regret not getting the hot dog part, added much more flavor. Definitely worth a try when you are in the area! read more

Epic Burger, however, absolutely delivered! Not only was the food delicious, but Miguel, the manager, was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making the experience even better. The restaurant still feels pretty new. We hosted a couple of birthday parties at Meatheads when our kids were younger because of the separate party room, and it's great to see that space is still available. It continues to look like an excellent place for family gatherings and celebrations. I was disappointed when Meatheads closed, but I'm so glad Epic Burger moved in. I hope they're part of the community for many years to come. We'll definitely be back!

My burger came our perfectly prepared (they ask what temperature you want and I wanted medium rare). The patties are insanely thin and toppings, while fresh, are overly abundant. Fresh lettuce, tasty pickles, etc. the burger had no flavor. No salt or pepper to season it or anything. And mine was the best of the group. Others received burgers that were overcooked, had the wrong buns, came with caramelized onions, but were raw -were sent back and came back raw again - and the sides were underwhelming. I don't like ketchup, so I asked for ranch and it was thick and had a funky flavor to it. Then bills came and they were all wrong. She had mixed up every bill. Also, their Guinness pours can be questionable depending on who's pouring. Nowadays, when I go to Grandpa's, I only ever order the Chicken Kabobs. They are absolutely delicious! If you like medium spice, I advise you to ask for them cajun-style. They are best this way! The kabobs come served over rice with the most juicy oven roasted tomatoes, and this addicting peanut sauce on the side. I pour it over the whole thing. There were 7 tables occupied, including us. The music that they had was not too loud, just that customers' conversations were amplified by the box shape open dining area. If we focused enough, we could hear every conversation if we wanted to. This was obvious when a table of about 6 women got seated at a table near the front door, some of them laughed and talked very loudly. My husband and I just found it funny and didn't let that bother us. However, when the restaurant is filled on busier days, it might be a different story. Our server, Patrick, was very nice and attentive. Since they did not list drinks on their menu except those with alcohol, I asked him about non-alcoholic drinks. After a brief "discussion", he asked me to leave it to him to make me a drink with mango. He came up with a beautiful drink that was good and refreshing, with some mango flavor. It was Virgin Paloma on our receipt for $8, which was reasonable. He was very polite and checked in on us several times at appropriate times during our dinner. The pace of the dinner was good, we spent a total of an hour and 15 minutes in the restaurant. Patrick might be the only waiter serving all the tables that evening, though. I also ordered Grilled Octopus ($22) which was very good, tender and flavorful, but was a little too salty to my taste. The small pita bread wedges were warm and fluffy with some crispy edges, the beet hummus was creamy, and everything was delicious and tasted fresh. I generously shared 2 little bites of octopus with my husband and I finished the entire plate, it was so good! My husband really liked his Spiked White Fish ($29) and I shared a bite of that too. He also had a House Salad for $6, that was a very good value. He enjoyed a glass of Sauvignon Blanc Crossing ($12) too. We also shared an order of Crème Brulee ($8), that was creamy and cooked perfectly. We ordered a takeout order of Rigatoni with Sausage ($23), that was a good portion, and was still delicious and al dente the next day after being microwaved. I am so happy that we found Social Inn - a hidden gem in Plaza del Prado, it's not far from home, with comfortable and beautiful ambiance, excellent service (from Patrick), an attractive menu with enticing food (fresh ingredients and appealing plating), and reasonable prices, we will definitely be back!
