    Pepperoni Pizza

HUGE slices for $4.50. Considering they're so big I think the price makes sense. Certainly not a place to go all the time, given the fact that the slices are SUPER greasy but I just had to try it at least once. And honestly if I'm in the area again and want a NYC pizza slice I'd go here again. One slice made me full!

Regular size cheese slice... it was plenty big... the "Giant" size seemed too big for me.

When asked in a recent interview what his favorite pizza in NY is, the mayor said Koronet. I had an appointment on the East Side last week, so I stopped by. It was a Wednesday around the start of lunch time and it was busy but with a very positive vibe. The staff was friendly and smiling. I saw the "Giant" slices online, and when I saw them in person, I decided they were just too big for me. They are huge! I ordered a regular size cheese pizza and was happy with it. It was pretty big. It was probably above average in taste. I managed to grab a stool even though it was getting crowded. I enjoyed my pizza and will consider returning to try the Sicilian. The fountain soda machine was not working, unfortunately, but it was a pleasant experience overall.

It's a small pizza joint with maybe 8 chairs inside and 2 small tables outside, but it's worth a try! You walk up to the counter and pick a slice, they warm it up while you wait. Then they hand over your choosen slice of a tasty treat! It was perfect in between brunch and dinner!

We make it a point to come and enjoy this delicious pizza! Best in town in our opinion. Plus - one of the largest slices we have ever seen. No public restrooms - can and bottle drinks only, including Stewart's shop sodas. Restrooms are a few blocks away in Central Park. They have seating for about 15 people in the entire restaurant. Will be back again! Our fave is the buffalo chicken pizza (not imaged here)

Bloody hell, this slice was huge!!! It was a little greasy, but the crust/base was perfectly crisp and it held up, despite its immense size. Great spot!

Cheese Pizza after picking it up lol

Flavor here is ON POINT. Good crust, sweeter sauce, cheesy. Actually, maybe a little too cheesy? When I picked the slice up all the cheese just flowed off which was kinda annoying but also evident of high quality cheese. But it was not overwhelming when eating. Their pizza rolls looked really good I need to come back and try those.

Great place to grab a slice after visiting the MET. Cheap and Yummy pizza! Enjoyed it very much. The garlic rolls were awesome!!!

A delicious cheese slice, served hot with fast and friendly service, makes this Upper East Side pizza spot a place to bookmark for another visit.

Anytime I visit NYC my first search is for authentic pizza. Fortunate to find Koronet. Their cheese slices are NYC in a nutshell.

It is close to the Metropolitan museum, so we decide to get there to get a New York style pizza. The price is affordable and the size is big. I love the chicken with white sauce. They will reheat the pizza for you once you make your selection. The space is a bit limited, and not many seats. so you might need to take it out.

    Enormous jumbo slice

It's all about that jumbo slice! I am amazed how well those huge slices maintain a crispy bottom. The quality of the pizza is decent, pretty average New York style fare, but the novelty of the jumbo slice is where the action's at. This can be a fun place to bring out-of-town guests and will also satisfy those pizza cravings if you're in the neighborhood.

Overall, very good pizza! I tried the vodka pasta pizza slice and it was quite tasty! Service was great, very friendly! I liked that they warm up the pizza for you. I will be returning to try their other flavors!

This pizza joint has been around for decades. I used to go when I was a grad student in the mid 90s.They're known for their giant sized slice, now $6. $3.75 for a regular (but still bigger than average) slice which I enjoyed today. I give their pizza a 4.25. Friendly, efficient service, affordable prices, and very good well-portioned pizza make this pizzeria a win.

Located at 309 West 50th Street in New York City's Hell's Kitchen neighborhood, the casual eatery has an extensive list of pizzas. Don Antonio has over 30 types of Neapolitan pizzas, and the menu is a little bit daunting at first due to so many options, but even the pickiest eater will find something they'll want to eat. To top that off, Caporuscio recently debuted a brand new pizza tasting menu that features a curated lineup of never-before-seen pizza napoletana, and seven varieties of pizza fritta (fried pizza). Lastly, the entire pizza menu is now available gluten-free. With vast offerings, they are ambitious, and every dish is outstanding.

We were curious about the white pizzas so we tried the norma and that one was nice as well with a lot of textures from the eggplant and tomato. Personally prefer the margarita as it seems to be a more well-rounded pizza and the tomato just can't be missed. It was pretty packed inside when we got there and took the bar seating, so would probably recommend a reservation for larger parties (2+) on evenings. Definitely one of my top neopolitan pizza spots in NYC!

We started with two fabulous drinks: An Espresso Martini and their signature Limoncello Margarita. We shared the Shaved Brussel Sprout Salad and it was fabulous. You will taste flavors that you've probably never experienced before with a pizza. Also, the different textures of the arugula, creaminess of the cheese, and the perfect crust will make it a memorable selection. For dessert, we shared the Buttermilk Panna Cotta. RIGHT BY THE DOOR. Do people not realize that putting a bar near a door on a freezing cold night benefits no one? Good thing I did not order alcohol or I would have froze to death. Seriously, none of the pies stood out in grand memory. All I can think of is, well, nothing. Nothing positive anyway. The names of the pies are funny, and the staff is friendly, but besides that, the quality of the food for lack of a better word, dare I say it, sucks. Hoping to salvage the meal, I ordered their Chicken Parmesan. It was the Hail Mary pass that unfortunately did not connect. The cutlets are overcooked and dry, and the red sauce cooked with it has minimal tomato flavor. At least the spaghetti is cooked to a nice al dente and mellow garlic butter flavor, but like the sauce cooked in, it is also minimal. Part of the problem I feel is they are trying to go for a vibe that has a New York and modern feel. It does not work. Stay true to one or the other. Or at least look at other business models. I will use another pizzeria in Bushwick that exemplifies it perfectly. It is a hipster pizzeria in a hipster neighborhood. Through balance, it creates an ambiance both welcoming and warm without losing any of its Bushwick character. It does this by not beating you over the head with hipster vibes, just enough to let you know that you are in Bushwick. The band Franz Ferdinand was playing as I was wrapping up. Rather than take the pizza out, I suggest you throw it out. Overall pizza rating: 1.7/5

The first thing you notice is the main bar wall, with its exposed centuries-old brick that has survived every bit of chaos this city could throw at it. It's subtly backlit from with a warm, amber glow that highlights every single historic groove and imperfection, making the whole room look like it's breathing. I have to say the centerpiece of the entire narrow room is the bar itself, and let me tell you, it is an absolute stunner of a contrast. Instead of the usual dark, sticky tavern wood, they've dropped in a long, continuous slab of pristine, elegantly smooth white stone. It glows under the soft lighting like a block of polished marble. There are no strobe lights and no obnoxious, skull-rattling bass in this joint. Instead, the room is wrapped in a blanket of incredibly chill music that matches the pulse of the room perfectly. It's just loud enough to drown out the noise in your own head, but quiet enough that you don't have to scream over the smooth white counter to be heard. People aren't here to be seen on TikTok; they're here to disappear for an hour or three. You slide into a chair, order a proper Old Fashioned from a bartender who doesn't rush the pour, and watch the ice melt against the amber-lit brick. It's the ultimate underground exhale--a perfect, narrow slice of peace in a city that never shuts up. Cheers!
