I love boba! I decided to try out a new spot. First thing, the ambiance is awesome. It's like an art gallery. Tons of art on the wall and a super cool modern design. Now the service, the person who was my cashier was kinda over it. I have never been to this place and the menu was overwhelming, so I was asking questions and he either didn't know or didn't care. I asked what is butterfly tea and he said I don't know, tea that taste like nothing... so water ? My mom also came with me and she's sensitive to caffeine. So we asked what drinks don't have caffeine or which do. The guy said he didn't know but probably all of them. We just decided to go for the butterfly passion spritz. Visually it was stunning but the taste was a 4/10 for me. It feels like show boba. Flashy cool looking drinks but they taste pretty bad. If you want a cool new experience check them out but know it's show boba and the tea quality just isn't there. Service 2/10 boba tea taste 4/10 ambiance 8/10. read more

My daughter loves their matcha, while my other daughter sticks with a Thai tea minus the boba. They also have yummy smoothies and blended drinks, plus a cookie-inspired shake and several matcha-based options with strawberry and other flavors. I am super excited that Krak Boba is finally opened in Rialto, but there's a few issues with it atm. One of the girls was picking up the cup by the inside on top of the rim. It's so gross even if they wash their hands all the time. It was multiple times picking it up with 2 different drinks!!!!!!!! The other issue was the drink wasn't sealed correctly and didn't get crème brûlée when I asked and paid for it. My friends and I love going over on our break at work, but today was just disappointing... we will be back since the drinks are yummy, but carefully watching :( read more

I thought I would be helped right away as there were guests sitting already with drinks. I LOOOOVEEE this krak boba location, the service is always amazing and they help out if you have any questions. The atmosphere is always nice and welcoming, usually if there is a line it isn't there for long as everyone quickly gets your drinks to you. I will say that the only downside i've had with this location specifically is that my cups break. Ive had about 3 cups that have broken from me just shaking my drink (i always get the brown sugar with 75% sugar and boba! Very delicious i recommend!) so that is definitely a sad thing but they always help fix the problem and overall very much recommended to anyone! read more

I came by awhile ago and wow how hectic... there's so many people and such little staff. the employee were great and super friendly/helpful but the wait was outrageous people here are so greedy and order too many drinks i felt bad for employee so i left tip. i shouldn't have to feel bad for ordering drink but i do my heart goes out to these poor staff. also the setting is very crammed big families with loud kids running around people are rude and dirty here. it's very disappointing. but my drinks were amazing would recommend if environment was better or maybe different location better like irvine. read more

I have been here 3 times getting the same drink taro crush and every time the drink taste different very disappointing 1 time it was perfect the other 2 times tasted so watered down too much ice the amount of time I waited for the drink 15mins another time I only waited 5 minutes come on crew get it together get on the same page think I will try a different one smh read more

I'm am so sad that I have to make this review as I was truly excited to be visiting for the first time since you guys opened ! I went on 3/16/25 around 6pm first of all the girl in the front was extremely rude and needs manners. She was a darker complexion with glasses running the register. I ordered a taro drink and asked to add boba and Oreos. When my drink was ready it had no boba so I went to the counter and explained to her that I ordered boba but she did not charge me. She then replies "when I say toppings that's what I mean" I told her I did tell you I wanted boba and I'm sure of it. She then walks away and whispers into her coworkers ear and rolls her eyes. As someone who has worked in customer service this was completely unacceptable and she needs to be talked to I will be returning to get her name. When she remakes my drink she brings it to me and I tell her thank you again she completely ignored me. Please do better as this is a really yummy boba spot it just needs better workers. I would've gave it zero stars if I could for her ruining my first visit. read more
