Do you know what carbilicious smells like? Well let me tell you that's what Krispy Kreme smells like. Hell I probably gained two pounds from inhaling air here. It's a clean establishment and the line moves fast. A young shorter lady that goes by Vanessa is always a ray of sunshine but I have noticed there is a gentleman here that works a more regular schedule, provides quick service but make no mistake he is not happy to serve. He is not overly rude but he won't make you feel welcomed either. If you've never had a Krispy Kreme donut - shame on you - then they're smaller and not really a cakey kind of donut that you would usually find at a mom and pop shop. You can never go wrong with glazed but apple cinnamon is a good choice too. Their mini donuts are just the cutest. My boyfriend loves their donut holes too. I think their donuts are way pricier than a mom and pop store so really it's whatever's your preference and price range. As for seasonal stuff, I've noticed this store does better with the decorating than others. When they had the vday sweetheart candy donuts, there were some disasters and total uproar over the quality at many of their stores but I can see from the pics other Yelpers uploaded that the ones here came out nicely. The Easter ones right now are adorable! I've never tried ordering any of their drinks but I love their flavored, bottled milk. Best strawberry milk I've had, better than Nesquik with how creamy it is. Have I used Uber eats for Krispy Kreme? Yes yes I have. They arrived perfectly. The menu on UberEats is different than the one offered in store. If you choose Baker's dozen or one of the options that lets them choose for you, just put it in the comments section which donuts you really want and how many. If you really don't mind what you get, then no need for a note but please don't complain if you chose an option that allows them to choose for you and they didn't choose the ones you wanted. I always like Krispy Kreme and my issues with this location isn't the food itself-it's the service. Pretty much every time I go, I have to remind them I'd like to use my phone number for the rewards and they'll have some sort of annoyed reaction that I asked (even though it's at the beginning of the transaction). I don't get it, when I worked in customer service, the first thing we asked was if the customer had a number with us but apparently they don't care about the customer getting their money's worth here. Also, I've tried to order an iced drink maybe five times here. I've NEVER gotten one because it's always "we're out of ice" or "the blender's broken"-corporate seriously needs to help them out if their blender is ALWAYS broken or they never have ice. They're also never friendly about it. The issue is there's never a sign anywhere telling you this, would it be that difficult to scribble a sign saying whatever the days predicament is? Their donut supply isn't always great either, even if you go in the middle of the day on a weekend and it's not busy but I honestly wouldn't mind as much if the staff was helpful and polite. read more

Oh yeah! Krispy Kreme to the rescue! Sunday morning, I was supposed to bring some breakfast stuff to church and I wanted to get something that people who really like. There wasn't much of a line, so I was helped right away. I noticed they had mini donuts, which were perfect...so I ordered 4 dozen donuts: original glazed, pumpkin spice, maple glazed and chocolate covered. For this specific location, the service was friendly, although a tad bit slow. Luckily, I got there before the line started to lengthen, and while there were two employees manning the store, they seemed to lack a sense of urgency to help those who were clearly making a quick stop before heading to work. My coworkers were ecstatic to see me walk in with two dozen glazed doughnuts and even though they blamed me for trying to sabotage their diets, they all munched down with a smile, so I can't say I feel too guilty. If you're interested in treating those who have done you right with these sinfully good desserts, I would definitely recommend to check out Groupon for great deals. Overall, Krispy Kreme is a fantastic spot for all of your doughnut needs, but just be a tad mindful about this specific location. Stopped by here on my way to San Francisco. It was convenient because of its location; basically right off of the exit. This was 2 weeks ago. Gavin loves donuts; chocolate glazed, donut holes, and chocolate cruller, and the likes. He usually likes the glaze only, wasting the actual donut. I seldom eat donuts. I did ended up buying 2. The girl managed to grab the wrong one even though I asked for chocolate glaze. They gave him a regular glazed donut. I found out after we got in the car. Boy, what a fucking mess it was. The glaze was hardened so it crumbled all over the place w/ each bite that he took. I caved and got the Oreo something donut. I enjoyed it on my drive back from San Francisco. We had a great experience here. Not only is this location open late but they have a bathroom!!! Thank God. We were going from place to place all day and needed to pee on the way home lol. Anywho, we ordered the dozen which was pretty cheap for the quantity. We got to chose any donut that was not premium and that meant the fourth of July specials which was fine because we got everything else. Amazing cream filled donuts. I've been to this location once when my BF treated me to a little birthday treat before our movie. Lesson learned; Red Velvet donut-DO nut get again. It's nice to pop into this place if you're fienin' for a lil' something sweet right before/after a movie or after shopping at TJ Maxx. The people behind the counter are nice. They usually have a lot of Groupons or coupons running online for 2 dozen specials but you have to be careful as they will put in the premium doughnuts in there and you'll end up paying more (is that such a bad thing?). The seasonal doughnuts are always fun to try but usually they are heavily loaded with sugar and toppings that it's a bit overboard. I like to stick to my chocolate glazed filled with custard. Yum. Woohoo for National Donut Day (June 1) where you can get one free glazed donut at KK. Parking was impossible at the Mercado, but the line for a free donut wasn't too bad and the line moved FAST! For being late in the day (9:30pm), there was a vast selection of donuts available. Came in here tonight, nothing wrong with the food or conditions of the store, the way my friend and I were spoken is what compelled me to leave a review. We walked in at 9:52, we ordered 2 hot drinks. The blonde gentleman was nice, took our order but asked the gentleman with brown hair if they were still making hot drinks. The brown hair guy mumbled something under his breath shaking his head so my friend asked him what he had said because we didn't hear him clearly, and he says to us, "it's six minutes before closing, we're not making hot drinks." The blonde apologized and explained it again calmly, as I think he could tell the brown hair guy's response was rude. As we were leaving we could hear them joking and laughing incredibly clearly about what had just happened, instead of turning around and firing back at them, I'm hoping that bringing this to the attention of management will prevent further incidence. Bottom line is that we were perfectly fine and understanding about them not serving the drinks; we both work retail, we get it. We were not trying to be "those people", that come in 2 seconds before closing. Had we known their hours it we likely wouldn't have even tried. At the end of the day it takes absolutely no extra effort to be kind to people. Not serving us wasn't the issue, the unnecessary attitude was. You never know when someone you run into is having a terrible day or what is going on in their life, ESPECIALLY in times like we're in. I'll say again, we work retail, we get it. Maybe this young man was having an off day, but again, we weren't trying to be annoying, we just wanted coffee. It's been a while since I came to Krispy Kreme last but the call of novelty Valentine's Day donuts was too strong for me to resist. They did have heart shaped donuts but they weren't the Sweethearts candy decorated ones. They had 3 options: chocolate, vanilla, and cake batter filled topped with white, pink, and yellow icing, respectively.
