Located outside of the Galleria Mall, came here last Tuesday around 5pm and it was empty. We ordered the Original Mini Burger Meal and the Cowbell Mini Burger Meal. Both burgers tasted good and I love the toast edges of the bread when you take a bite. The size of the burger did not seem mini to me. One mini burger is already filling if you order it as a meal. The regular fries and garlic fries were good. They were not oily. If you love garlic, you'll love the garlic fries and they put a lot of garlic. I was quite hungry and when faced with the food court options was convinced I would rather starve. When we walked past Krush I thought it would be the solution for my extreme case of hunger. After ordering, I grabbed my beverage cup and headed over to the fancy Coke Machine - my heart set on a Diet Coke with Cherry to accompany my two burgers. The machine was broken. Initially it looked like only the Diet Coke was broken then nothing worked. The staff were quite busy dealing with customers at the register and clearing off tables. I finally found an employee and he tried to fix it. Unable to fix it, I went to my table to wait for my food. I opted for an original burger and a cowboy burger. The food was ready and I went and grabbed it from the pick up window. The soda machine is right next to the pick up window so I was hoping to get my drink also. No luck, still broken. I sat down without a beverage to enjoy my meal. My two burgers were accompanied with fries. The original burger was good but not the stand out. The cowboy burger was the best. I didn't even get a chance to eat at this place, but the customer service (or lack there-of) from a manager named "Inder" has left me never wanting to eat there again. I was in a hurry to order lunch so I could quickly pick it up and get back to work. In my hurry, I didn't realize I accidentally ordered from the wrong location (the one closest to me actually closed, shocker). Immediately after I placed the order, I noticed it was for the wrong location, panicked, and called the restaurant. The manager who answered (didn't get a name, my fault) seemed nice and said "no problem, I'll cancel it". Nothing else. 3 days later, I notice the charge is still on my account, so I contact grubhub. They tell me it looks like it was never actually canceled out and that it's best to contact them directly to cancel because sometimes the restaurants don't do it correctly (again, my bad). The Grubhub rep gets a hold of a manager named "Inder" who states my food had already been made by the time I called, so they still needed to be paid. Um, bulls**t because when I say I called immediately, I mean it. So Inder is either a liar, or they make their food ahead of time and were planning on sending me on my merry way with some old food. Grubhub ended up crediting my account, so we are good on their end, but Krush Burger has completely lost my business all because their manager sucks. The food at this location is very meh. I find the burgers themselves to be very bland. The two burgers are not that much food, but I always find myself not wanting to finish them. Maybe it's this particular location, but I remember the Krush in Sacramento being way better with more inspired and eclectic specials. I kid you not, the 2-3 times I've been in this location, the special has been some fried chicken patty with buffalo sauce or something. The one in Sacramento would have salmon and crab cakes instead! The service here is also just okay. I've ordered a kids meal 2x now and they've forgotten our soft serve each time. I also find they're understaffed and the tables tend to be dirty. Krush Burger, what a great meal. My burgers were both delicious. Paid the extra little bit to try the sweet potato tots and the larger size fries, I wasnt disappointed at all. The kids meals were plenty of food for my kids (12, 15 and niece 9 years old) the cones that come with the kids meals are no trick either. I was happy to see that it was a generous portion. The dining area is spacious and the patio area outside looks nice also which fits about 10 people. The service was very friendly. Check this place out if you are in the mood for a couple mini burgers or some ice cream (a few flavors to pick from) we will be back soon. Perfect location. DECOR: Poor layout. The soda and bathroom station is difficult to get to and gets crowed easily. I like the layout of the Sacramento location way better. This place felt crammed. FOOD: Always very good. I get the cow bell with no BBQ sauce sub house sauce. I love the crunchy onions with the sauce combo. The little burgers are actually really filling so I only get one. The fries always taste over cooked. I think they need to work on perfecting the fries. STAFF: The staff here turned me off when they forgot to put BBQ sauce on my finace's burger then when he took it to the counter they just handed him BBQ sauce in a cup. Once upon a time, on April 14th 2015. It was a sunny beautiful afternoon. Upon wondering around the Galleria Mall window shopping. My tummy was growling and deprived of food... So I search and search what's good to eat around the food court and found nothing that seemed to satisfy my hunger. Upon exiting outside the mall, I stumbled at this magnificent burger place that I have never heard before, called the "Krush Burger". It is located in the heart of the Play Kids Area outside next to Forever XXI. When entering inside the restaurant. My nostrils flared up smelling profusely of that distinct aroma of fresh burger scent lingering in the atmosphere within the building. The scent wasn't too strong, nor greasy. But enough to hypnotized you to order one. And so I did. I ordered a Cowbell Single Mini which had Bacon for $3.25 and some Krush Fries on the side for $2.65... Those orders alone made me feel at ease that I'll be getting them momentarily, wished I had ordered a beer. But man, beer is sofa king expensive compared to buying an 8pack/12pack beer. Bleh! Long story short, as I paid for my meal, they gave me a device that alerted me when my meal will be ready for pick up. So I picked up that device as I was handed, and walked outside to soak in some sunrise by the patio. Overlooking the stores in nearby and children playing around with their parents on the look out having a great time. About 5-7min rolled around, my device shook violently that I was handed awhile ago to get my attention that food is ready. So I walked in. Grab my food. And then walked out proud and hungry to seat at the patio and enjoy the weather outside on a sunny day with cloudless sky with a slight breeze here and there. After devouring my meal, I told Bradley. Good food, good service but the menu layout needs to be redone / cleaned up . The lead in is a confusing combo meal concept with a little more $ if you want this or that making it a mess to follow. It took me a while to realize the "extras" section is where the core food items resided. I just wanted a Cowbell (slider with bacon, crispy onions, smoked gouda & bbq sauce), some sweet potato tots (tasty ancho honey dipping sausc) and a 21st Amendmant Back in Black IPA. All was fresh and tasty and the beer made it all the better. A solid selection of beers including Track 7! Again the food and the service were really well done. I get the location has its upsides for the business being at the mall but not for me. It was crawling with Roseville moms on mall parade with strollers and toddlers.given the little mall park nearby.I don't dislike kids but they were all running around spilling soda, coughing, sneezing and being a general nuisance. Our burger selections were Cowbell, Philly, Featured, and Traditional. We decided to order two Philly burgers since we were drawn to the grilled mushrooms! After my first bite into these little heaven burgers...it was instant gratification! The combination of fresh grilled mushrooms, melted provolone cheese, seasoned-aged meat...all smothered in their house special aioli sauce and sandwiched between two buns, OHhh EM GEE GOOOD. I have eaten at the Krush burger food truck multiple times in the past and have always had wonderful mini burgers and fries. They finally opened up a actual store located next to the Galleria mall. It has been there for a few years now but this is the first time I've actually been able to visit the store. It's a pretty small, the menu is located up in the front, they have beer on tap, and a beverage machine around the corner with all other drinks and next to that the condiments. I had the Cowbell mini burger and Sweet Potato Tots, I will have to say if your very hungry you need at least two burgers because they are mini. The Cowbell had crispy onions, bacon, BBQ sauce, and Gouda cooked medium to perfection. Everything had great flavor and hit the spot. I've been a fan of Krush Burger since its food truck days. I even frequented the North Sacramento location before it closed a few years ago. Recently, I visited the Galleria location of Krush Burger and was really disappointed. It wasn't the polished, enjoyable experience that I came to expect from Krush Burger. When my girlfriend and I first arrived, there was no cashier at the front counter. After we finally did get to order, we noticed there were hardly any (bussed) tables available. As I went to bus our own table outside, my girlfriend was stuck in a long line for a malfunctioning soda machine overflowing with ice. When we finally got called up for our food, several minutes later, I asked the lady behind the counter if she had a tray, and she replied "no" and offered me ranch instead (??) I got back up after bringing my food to the table to grab some ketchup and found the ketchup station barren and unkempt - there weren't even any ketchup pumps, just a few packets of ketchup. Finally, as I sat down to eat, I noticed our fries were barely cut and some were undercooked. I enjoyed most of the food (that was cooked) at this location, but otherwise, was disappointed in the overall experience. This location seemed understaffed and poorly maintained. I'd recommend going to the Rocklin location instead. read more

Great service and great burgers. We've been here a couple of times when we visit family in Roseville. The workers are always friendly and we get our food in a timely manner. The burgers and fries are very good. We normally get the original and cowbell with fries. You can't go wrong with this order. In the recent trip, my wife tried the philly and said it was good also. The burgers might look small but they're filling. It's like cutting a burger in half but you can choose what kind you want. Krush Burger is next to Ruth's Chris Steak House. If you see that, you're there. There is a parking garage behind the restaurant but it's sometimes difficult to find a parking space. Weekdays seems easier than weekends, of course. Unfortunately this place has totally taken a nose dive. I use to love coming here and ordering the Buffalo chicken which I ordered today and it was bleh to say the least. The buffalo was just weak and usually I order the two combo and didn't even start the second slider because it was eh. Came here on a Sunday after some light shopping. Rheann was our host. She's so dope. Definitely made sure to explain everything clearly. The food was pretty damn good. Had the chicken bbq sandwich and the wings and garlic fries. All of this was on point. If you rate Buffalo Wild Wings on a scale and compared it to these wings I would say these are at least 2x better. The chicken bbq sandwich was fire. They also source and provide fresh produce from local farms so everything tastes better. They also got tap beer with some pretty good options. All the top brands to pare well with your food.
