My dish came with very little chili crisp so it was very bland. I ended up asking for soy sauce just to add to my broth to give is some kind of flavor. It didn't help much. My friend had a little bit more chili crisp in her dish. I did like the noodles. Thought it was odd that all dishes didn't come with an egg, usually the vegetarian ones don't because they're more vegan friendly so that didn't seem uncommon for me to add an egg to my dish, but my friend that ordered the Shio Ramen thought hers would have automatically come with an egg. Parking wasn't as bad as I anticipated it being. We were all able to find street parking. I don't think I'll be back here. I think there are better ramen places around.

It's in an industrial area that is being developed in more of a foot traffic area. The food court with other restaurants is clean and plenty of parking. We ordered the Tonkotsu and Veggie ramen. Both are excellent. The extra touch was the grilled kale. Surprisingly is added a nice flavor and did not alter the ramen broth. Highly recommend.

I ordered the Szechuan lamb noodle soup for a new flavor experience. There were four meaty lamb bones in a rich broth that was spicy but not overly spicy. The noodles were hearty and maybe were had pulled. There was a bit of cabbage in the soup and some cilantro for extra flavor. I enjoyed a cup of the complimentary barley tea that they provide as an option to water. The service was pleasant and the food was brought to my table really quickly. The interior is spartan but clean and organized. Thanks to the owners for keeping this place consistently producing a delicious product with fair pricing for the food. I'll definitely be back.
