It's a family owned business and the owner and his sons are very nice and very transparent about what's going on with your vehicle maintenance and the cost. was going to take an Uber home, but the owner asked how far away I lived and since I was pretty close, his son gave me a ride home. Got my truck back a few hours later and very pleased overall. Going to use this company as my mechanic going forward on my truck and my wife's SUV.

I told him that I wanted a brake check because I heard my brakes squealing. The free inspection took around 15 minutes. Tyler came and relayed what I needed and after making a couple of adjustments & receiving a coupon to save on my repair, I waited there at the location for the brake pad replacement. While they were repairing my vehicle, I worked on my laptop at a table inside the location. The replacement took around an hour or so. Tyler assisted me once the replacement was completed. He was kind and very helpful. The prices were somewhat in comparison to other repair options in the areas. I'm just to have the brake pads replaced. No more squealing!

I had some questions for him and I knew the answer but I wanted to see if they had repaired my car properly. This manager kept giving me the wrong answer insisting he was right. I asked to speak to the mechanic who worked on my car and told me that he had repaired it the way I knew it needed to be done. This was after the manager kept insisting that it wasn't necessary to be repaired that way. Well the manager was wrong. When the manager and I were speaking with the mechanic I looked at the manager and said see you were wrong. The manager didn't say a word and just walked away no apology nothing. Not sure I'll ever go back there again. Later I sent an email asking for an apology and never got any response. The manager doesn't seem to care about the customer.
