No return call. I called & spoke with the same person...he didn't remember the call. I referred to our messages & said I wanted to book them. They again said they would call back. NO CALL...so ZERO STARS! Why do you send messages & call if you DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH? I booked another mover, same price! Update: my yelp elite status has nothing to do with this review. Your employee could've just said we are not available on the date you requested. Three different calls telling me that they would call me back is not professional. I mentioned to them that I had packed them poorly and was just planning to take them with my car. But they assured me they would be able to move them without issue. And they did! This was the best moving experience I have ever had. Andrey, Said and Tony showed up exactly on time to help me move my garage office. I actually couldn't believe how fast they packed the truck - - I thought it would take at least a couple of hours, but they were done in 45 minutes. They have a great system, they take good care of the nice pieces of furniture, are very fast at loading the truck, and have a big giant box on wheels for all the little odds and ends that I "didn't have time" to fit in boxes. Then when we got to the destination, they had the truck unloaded, just as fast. And they had good advice about how to make things fit, and also look nice. Super highly recommended. read more

What can I say about this moving company? They are nothing short of amazing! Allen and his team are superstars and very easy to work with. They were a blessing to my husband and I. 3wks ago my husband and I and our 3 kids moved from Los Angeles, CA to Dallas, TX. We had a TERRIBLE experience with a different moving company and had to pivot quickly. The other moving company basically stood us up and tried to come pack up our house 2 days after our agreed upon date that was in our contract. I had to quickly figure out a solution, so I got on Yelp and found KWIK. I called them and Allen had a moving crew and truck at my house at 9am the NEXT MORNING! Impressive. The movers packed everything pretty good and loaded up our truck. They really worked as a team and got the job done. The next morning, Joni and another gentleman left LA to drive our belongings to Dallas. They arrived at our destination and immediately began unpacking and putting items back together. This company gave the rate and it stayed that way! They got here on time and they did everything so efficiently and well.
