One suggestion for the business: please don't pressure customers to leave a review right after the job. Reviews should be voluntary, and I felt uncomfortable being pushed to submit one immediately. We were a bit worried because the move had to be around Thanksgiving and on a weekend. I spoke with Alan and he was very friendly and addressed all my questions/concerns thoroughly. I appreciated that and decided to go with Kwik. Also their price was very competitive and one of the best deals in town, compared to the other Yelp businesses I msged and got quotes for. They also stated they were available the day I needed to move. Bator and Max were the two who helped our family move on the scheduled day. They both were on time and came with a very large truck. They came even 10 minutes early (they checked in with me before coming early via text which I appreciated). They were prompt and moved very efficiently and diligently. Something I especially appreciate was them wrapping/blanket wrapping our furniture. We didn't even ask them to do that but they did to ensure the integrity and prevent damage to our goods. Andy and Abzal were incredible. They moved us from a residential condo in OC to a high rise apartment. They stayed kind and calm and never complained when we ran into troubles from the apartment building who didn't have the elevator reserved at the time we booked - (when we messaged Andy and Abzal they agreed to work in the evening on a Sunday night so we wouldn't have to change moving dates! It was after normal working hours with no complaints. Additionally they waited an hour - while a maintenance manager had to come out to get the service elevator functioning. Their quality of work couldn't have been better. They worked quickly and carefully. They did everything from wrapping fragile TVs safely, disassembling and reassembling bulky furniture, putting everything in a perfect place! Kwik Moving was quick to respond and showed up on time, which I appreciated. The two movers arrived as scheduled, and one of them spoke English, which made communication possible--though limited. That said, I'm really disappointed with the overall experience. I was aware of the 3-hour minimum and even mentioned I was fine going a bit over to ensure the job got done. But right at the three-hour mark, the English-speaking mover let me know time was up--and that was it. They left with several areas still unpacked, including the hallway closet and kitchen cabinets, plus bags of trash and donation items that never made it out. For nearly $700, I expected a lot more follow-through and care. When I unpacked at my new place, I found personal items like hats just shoved into boxes carelessly--zero consideration for proper packing. And before the move, I tried discussing an extra charge for disposing of unwanted furniture, but the conversation was frustrating and dragged on despite me saying, "Whatever it costs, just tell me and let's do it." It felt unprofessional and unclear. Since then, I've had to return to the apartment three separate times--driving back and forth from Murrieta to Los Angeles (an hour and a half to two hours each way) just to finish what they should have completed. Honestly, I regret hiring them and can't recommend their service. Not worth the money or the hassle. Update: Response to business owner's reply Just to clarify, I initially inquired about a full move from LA to Murrieta, but due to the high cost, I decided to have Kwik Moving pack my items and handle junk removal for an additional $200--which they offered. This included taking certain furniture and items to either a donation center or the dump. I never agreed to only partial packing, nor did I ever say I'd return three separate times from Murrieta to LA to finish what was supposed to be their job. I also never told the movers I'd take care of the rest. That was never discussed. There were more than enough boxes--I bought 20, and about 10 were still unused when I returned. The movers simply stopped working at the three-hour mark despite me clearly saying I was fine with going over if needed, and emphasized getting everything packed. Their decision to walk off early left me scrambling to finish alone. The owner's response that they "would've recommended a full move" isn't accurate--they didn't recommend anything during our call, which felt more like a sales push than honest guidance. Lastly, I received a call from the owner asking me to take down this review, which I considered until I noticed many other recent 1-2 star reviews describing similar issues. My advice to the company: own your mistakes, stop blaming the customer, and work on improving your service. I stand by my experience and would not recommend Quick Moving to others. read more

We used Kwik Moving a few months ago and they were not quick or reliable. We hired a 3 person team and most of the time there were only 2 guys moving and 1 taking a break. Each time they told us they'd take a certain amount of time for their break, they took longer and more breaks. They were not respectful to take off their shoes or wear booties even though we mentioned several times that we just had our carpets cleaned.... Not only that, but there was a lot of damage to our newly painted walls (including a large hole/dent) and our furniture even though they wrapped it up. Some furniture pieces they didn't wrap with blankets before plastic wrapping. I thought the point of moving insurance was to cover damage their that they made. Apparently not, they just wanted to waive the required tip they ask for per each mover. Also with the longer and extra breaks they had, it ended up costing us additional hours. They settled the bill and rounded up to the nearest hour even though it only ran less than 5-7 mins over the new hour... We were even nice enough to feed them. Had I know. They were going to do a terrible job, I would have fed them Costco pizza not premium pizza. Do yourself a favor and skip this company when you move. read more
