Kyodong noodle is a small stall located inside Hmart's food court. I don't know why I never walked past the banchan station until today but I'm kicking myself for missing it all these years. I ordered the jjajangmyun (black bean) noodles to-go because I was running some errands and I'll surely be back to try out the rest of the menu. There are plenty of seats available in the cafeteria-style seating if you have time to spare as jjajangmyun is best served piping hot. I liked how they packaged the noodles and sauce separately so it didn't get soggy when I got home. I only needed to reheat it up so it was a quick process. The noodles tasted fresh with the right amount of chewiness. The sauce was flavorful with the perfect sauce to ratio proportion. I've been on the hunt for a jjajangmyun spot in the area and am so glad I stumbled onto this place. The portion is generous and I had plenty of leftovers for a second meal.

Located inside the H Mart food court! I am so glad I found this place through Yelp! The Jjamppong was SCRUMPTIOUS. The broth was spicy and had a lot of seafood flavor in it. I love how the portion was HUGE and the noodles are smooth, homemade, and chewy. It comes with so many toppings too! Generous amounts of mussels, clams, baby octopus, onions, zucchinis, and shrimp! The jjajangmyeon was also very good! Topped with fresh cucumbers! I just love the texture of the noodles so much! You order at the cashier and they call your number when it's ready. Choose your own seating cafeteria style. The food took about 10 minutes to be ready and you return the tray to the restaurant when you are done. Parking lot is free. Overall, I love this place! Now I don't have to drive all the way to KTown for jjamppong!

This little Korean spot is located inside the H Mart food court. I ordered the Jjajangmyeon combo with Tangsuyuk, and my food came out in about 15 minutes. Jjajangmyeon - Pretty good overall! Nothing out of the ordinary, but I added the spicy option and it had a nice little kick. Solid bowl. (4/5) Tangsuyuk - This was my first time trying it, and I really enjoyed it. The batter was perfectly crispy, and the sweet-and-sour sauce paired really well. Definitely something I'd get again. (4.5/5) Overall, prices are a bit on the higher side, but the food was satisfying and worth it. It's easy to see why this spot is one of the more popular choices in the H Mart food court.

Inside the H mart foodcourt in Arcadia. Decent wait time and fast food style. Quick service. Order at counter. They will call your number when your food is ready. I always grab a table after placing my order. After you done eating, return trays etc to the same shop. Lots of veggies and seafood. Good deal Covered and open lot parking.

Jajangmyeon and tangsuyuk combo is a great deal at $25 and enough to share between 2 people. Located inside HMart food court, noodles were tasty and the tangsuyuk were fried nicely.

Came here on Christmas day which picking up some groceries at Hmart. Kyodong was one of the three businesses open in the food court and most people were ordering from them. Food took around 10 or 15 minutes to come out. This was my first time trying this store in person, and I was blown away by the portion sizes. We ordered the number 17 combo with white seafood noodle soup and sweet and sour pork. The noodles had lots of vegetables (onions and greens) and mussels/clams, and of course, lots of noodles as well! I had eaten some snacks before this meal, but I think this could feed 3 people depending on appetite. Definitely would like to come back and try the spicy stir fried jjampong

This place serves the best not-too-spicy-but-spicy seafood noodles I've ever had! I love the amount of squid and muscles in their dish. I highly recommend anyone that enjoys seafood noodle soup to give this restaurant a try! I reminisce about their noodle dish for a few days before I convince myself to go eat it again. Highly recommended based on my several occasions eating here.

Kyodong Noodle is located in the Hmart food court. Great casual dining spot that serves generous portions. The food never disappoints. I especially like the Black bean noodles and dumplings ($18.99). The staff are attentive and get your order out efficiently. We always leave satisfied.

Located inside a small food court in the Arcadia Hmart, Kyodong Noodle is a nice place to stop by for a quick meal on your way to buy groceries. I usually get a jjajjangmyeon when I come here. The portion size is pretty big and enough to split with another person. It comes with pickled radish on the side which balances out the noodles. If you're extra hungry you can add a side of dumplings and make it a combo. Seating can be a bit tough to find, especially on the weekends. But if you wait around eventually a spot opens up. Parking is plentiful, there's a parking structure next to the market and plenty outside front as well.

We got their Jjajangmyeon Tangsuyuk combo. The Jjajangmyeon was delicious- it was a perfect balance of salty and slightly sweet noodle dish. I wasn't a fan of the tangsuyuk so much, it had a slightly gamey flavor. Sister went up to the counter to place our order and was called when it was ready. It's a shared cafeteria-like setting, bus-person was ready to clean up when customers are done at the table.

JJAMPONG COMBO (TANGSUYUK) AND HOUSE FRIED RICE
    Alex K.

this review is in all caps because thats the vibe here. you hungry? better shut up and prove it. this is an elongated 10 gallon toilet bowl of jjampong that makes the plate of tangsuyuk feel like an amuse bouche. you wanted seafood in the jjampong? heres 8 mussels, an entire squid, and a family of clams. oh, the rest of the broth is made up of a full onion and a pound of noodles. real g's be dipping the fried rice in the jjampong broth. the jjajang sauce is a bit too sweet. the value at this restaurant inside the hmart is insane. kazu nori nextdoor for donkatsu is also insane. i dont think heart attack grill in vegas serves bigger portions than this place.

Located inside the Hmart food court. Expect a pretty casual, cafeteria-style setup with a good amount of space and a mix of other food vendors around. The Tangsuyuk (Sweet & Sour Pork) was good, crispy with the right amount of sweet and sour. But the Jjajangmyeon on the other hand was pretty big letdown. The sauce and noodles were both bland and didn't really fill my jjajangmyeon craving. The portions were good at least and the service was fine. An okay choice if you're already at Hmart and want something quick, but not really worth it on its own.

Jajamyeon noodles are a little bit too thick IMO but overall good. Tangsuyuk was not good at all - super dry and hard, hence the 3 stars.

You walk in thinking, "I'll just grab a quick bowl," and suddenly there's a noodle master stretching dough like he's training for the Olympics. Their Lanzhou-style noodles? Fresh, chewy, and honestly a little too good--they'll ruin instant ramen for you forever. The Lan noodle soup is so rich and savory. The died mixed noodle feels like a warm hug... if hugs came with chili oil and a kick that sneaks up on you. It's a small, busy spot, so yeah, you might wait--but don't worry, the line moves fast. Plus, it gives you time to emotionally prepare for choosing your noodle shape. Thin? Wide? Triangle? This is not a decision to take lightly. They have a small and large sweet and sour chicken rice plate. I had gotten the small size just to try it out, but it was surprisingly good (5/5). The pork sandwich bun was decent (4/5) since the beef was tasty but the sandwich bun could be better. We also had the traditional beef noodle soups with either the wide flat and triangle ones. You can't go wrong with these freshly made pulled noodles, and they are very hearty portions. Flavor is good and the beef is very tender. The smashed cucumbers were decent also (4/5), but nothing spectacular about them. Service is very quick, attentive and pleasant. This is a good go to spot for a quick meal. The dining room doesn't seat a lot of people so try not to come during busy dining hours on weekends to avoid a long wait.

The mazesoba was a bit on the salty side, but it wasn't something that bothered me. The seaweed and fish powder added extra depth and helped give the bowl more variety, while the green onions added a nice texture and freshness. While I was eating my food in this establishment several months ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They currently don't have happy hour. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is decent. During peak business hours, you might struggle to find parking, so come early! Each parking spot is a decent size. Not too wide nor too narrow. Food: I ordered the Tokyo tonkotsu shouyu ramen with white garlic and fresh passion fruit tea with rainbow jelly with 25% ice and 25% sweetness. I like that we can customize the sweetness and ice level. Although my drink was supposed to be 25% sweet, it still felt a bit too sweet to me TBH. Thankfully, I just mixed it with water to dilute it. The rainbow jellies were super soft and flavorful. People who know me know that I ABSOLUTELY LOVE ramen. I'm a ramen aficionado. Lol The Tokyo tonkotsu shouyu ramen with white garlic ramen contains their signature pork-broth bowl featuring chashu pork, bamboo shoots, wakame, half a marinated egg, nori, corn, and scallion. The thinly sliced chashu pork was tender and juicy. The soft-boiled egg was marinated in a sweet and salty soy-based sauce. Loved the perfectly jammy yolks and deep umami flavor. The bamboo shoots, wakame, nori, corn, and scallion all enhanced the flavor of this dish. The shining star of this dish was obviously the broth. This dish contains a rich and creamy pork bone broth seasoned with umami-packed soy sauce. The white garlic adds a signature sweet, pungent, and toasty aroma that perfectly cuts through the heavy fat of the broth. The ramen was cooked perfectly al dente. Would definitely order this again. This restaurant is located in a small plaza but parking is plenty and the wait is not long for a Saturday afternoon. There is a boba place inside but the drinks doesn't look that great so we didn't order any. The staffs are very nice and the setup inside is pretty unique. We didn't get to sit inside one of the Hexagon pods or the lantern cage table but its ok. The ramen is actually pretty good. The broth has a deep flavor to it and the ramen itself is not bad. It is not spectacular but I would say slightly above average. We ordered Combo B so it came with a lot of extra stuff. The ramen though cannot be exchanged so I got the Sapporo Miso Ramen while my wife got the Tokyo Tonkotsu Ramen. We also ordered the Yakitori Platter. While the Ramen are decent, the other dishes are subpar. I am 99% sure the Yakitori was pre-made and just reheated. It has no char flavor at all. I believe some off site kitchen prepped the food and the restaurant just reheated the food. That was the most disappointing part of the meal. The cost of the Yakitori was equivalent to actual Yakitori places so I expected decent quality Yakitori. I think the popcorn chicken is the same. It has no crunch to it at all and it is barely warm. The two desserts are decent. Those can be prepare ahead and won't affect the flavor since they are served chilled. After the meal, one of the bowls actually won a free drink so we'll claim it when we return next time. Overall the meal was decent. I just won't order the appetizers next time. Normally I would just give a 3 star since the Yakitori was a bust but the staffs are very nice so I kept it at 4 stars. The place is also very clean too so I would like to repeat to try other dishes.
