The Antonia sandwich comes with turkey, cheese, avocado, tomato, and garlic aioli. It isn't all that unique a creation but for what it is, it is very fresh and very good. It came loaded with delicious turkey. The Martha sandwich (chicken salad, apples, fennel, argula, herbs, etc.) is on special right now. Personally, I am not a big chicken salad guy but you get a lot of it and the person in our party who ordered it liked it a lot. We also tried the arancini and they were excellent. He goes to freshly cut provolone cheese for the three regular rosemary turkey sandwiches. The giant white is something with bacon no cheese. He puts the provolone away and gets PRE-CUT provolone for my sandwich. I ask him why don't I get freshly cut provolone but he states, "Because it will be faster." I ask him why didn't he use pre-cut cheese for the other sandwiches, but he has no response other than "because it will be faster." Jersey Mike doesn't always use freshly cut meats or cheese. Even if you are there watching what they do they will try to screw you. The phone/internet orders weren't there watching but what do you think a person who walks in to order is going to do?
