    Skirt steak

The little Caesar salad was the best part. Five potato chunks were okay. The skirt steak was like eating a piece of tough leather. Service was friendly and fast though! The chicken may be a better meal.

I love love Peruvian food and it really is one of my favorite cuisines. My boyfriend has always eaten at this location because its close to his work and he always raved that its a cheap eat with huge portions so everyone in his office often eats there. I finally went with him looking for a cheap but delicious meal which they definitely delivered. This is no fine dining spot and I think it was an old Pizza Hut transformed so there are tables for you to sit and eat at after ordering at the counter. I was pretty surprised by the extensive menu they have----many of the Peruvian classics are offered here (ceviche, antichucho, chauffa, and saltados) so any preference can find something tasty here. The best part is how well priced everything is! I decided to go for the lomo saltado and my boyfriend ordered the chicken chaufa (chicken fried rice). Both of our meals came out fast and still steaming which tells me that they cook everything here to order. My lomo saltado was huge and had great flavor. My boyfriends fried rice was even bigger and could easily feed two people. I loved that they used fresh ingredients in his rice which made it colorful and flavorful. Their sauce bar is no joke----they have many types of sauces and a house made creamy onion salsa that I ended up taking home to make tuna sandwiches with which was delicious! Will definitely be coming back since its a superior La Granja that delivers on authentic Peruvian flavors. I appreciate the prices and can see myself bringing others when trying to eat on a dime! Very good casual Peruvian resturant with a with a large variety of options from Fresh Ceviche, to Grilled Chicken Breast to a Churrasco Steak. Also very generous size portions and great prices! Been coming here lately for lunch during the week. I enjoy it because the food is pretty good, the service is pretty quick since I only have an hour lunch when I go during my lunch break. It is typically pretty full during the week for lunch. Good place for lunch or dinner during the week or weekend. Everything is made fresh as it's ordered. They have a serve your self sauce bar with fresh sauces which are all excellent. Enjoy!

This place is awesom! Zoraida is an excellent great person. The food is the best. We ate beef, fish and ceviche. We were visiting Miami and stop by and we had come 2 times in 3 days. Food is cook to the point. 5 Stars. You need to try it.

I've eaten here a few times and the food varies. It is located in the old Pizza Hut/ihop where the McDonald's is. The owners haven't refurbished it since then and it could use a lot of work on the inside. They have a variety of specials and several sauce options to choose food. I usually order the lomo. If you want to change the sides they are happy to do so. This time I changed it to plantains which came out cold. The meat is cooked right when you order but it makes me wonder in the sides. The light green sauce is the best one. It goes well with anything. I would rate my experience as average. The food is ok if you're looking for a quick option but the place does need a lot of work.

I always passed by this place when I lived nearby but never thought of going in. After a long day of errands my sister and I were hungry and she recommended we eat here because she's had it before and she likes it. Finding parking was no issue, we go in and the place smelled so bad. My sister didn't seem to mind the smell but if you're like me and have a very sensitive olfactory system then just be prepared. The lady at the counter greeted us and acknowledge us even though she was busy with other costumers. I thought that was nice. We ordered to go. We ordered pollo a la braza and pollo salteado. Wow, it was pretty good. I love Peruvian food and have been to Peru, so I've experience good and bad food and this place was not bad at all. The chicken was tender and so were the fries that come with it. I didn't eat the white rice but did try it and it was also good. Too bad it smells bad in there.

La Brasa on 87th Avenue in Miami is an excellent place to go for rotisserie chicken, seafood, and many other tasty items. The food here is delicious, flavorful, and well prepared. The staff here is very friendly and works hard to make sure that you have everything that you need. I enjoyed my visit here and everything about this La Brasa.

Dining room area EMPTY! If it were busy then the wait time (total 40 minutes) would have been understandable.

Her customer service and attention to detail was awesome, ensuring she stopped by multiple times throughout to top off water and check on my experience. I went with the grilled Chicken breast and double side of tostones which tasted fantastic. Of note, I covered the tostones in the garlic like sauce while they were hot, which rendered them a fine combo of crunchy and somewhat soft- in short, awesome. Personally, no meal is finished without some form of coffee at the end. I admit this habit stems from my upbringing and a penchant for American, French and Italian fare but this was no different. I enjoyed a Cortadito which tasted amazing and had beautiful presentation. If I could rate this experience 6 stars I would. They knocked it out of the park. Note: They're FIU student, police and county friendly to boot.

Despite that, our meal arrived with **four large shrimp** mixed in with the meat. After eating, my sister quickly became extremely weak and ill. She suffered a severe allergic reaction and had to inject herself with her EpiPen. We then had to monitor her closely because an allergic reaction like this can become fatal within minutes. This was not just a mistake it was a life-threatening situation. When we contacted the restaurant, the manager, Martin Rivera, simply stated that shrimp normally comes with the picada. However, no one informed us of that when we specifically requested **no seafood** because of a serious allergy. Instead of acknowledging the severity of what had happened, showing genuine concern, or taking responsibility, the only resolution offered was a refund. A refund does not erase the fact that my sister's life was put at risk. Food allergies are not preferences they are medical emergencies. Restaurants have a responsibility to take allergy requests seriously and ensure that meals are prepared safely. The lack of concern and accountability shown by management was deeply disappointing. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone, especially families with food allergies. I sincerely hope they change their policies and train their staff before another customer experiences an even more tragic outcome.

As someone who follows a plant-based lifestyle, it's not always easy finding Latin restaurants that don't use animal products in their beans, so I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they don't. And when I tell you these are the BEST restaurant beans I've ever had, I mean it. WOW. We actually discovered this place by accident two weeks ago when the restaurant we originally planned to visit was closed on a Monday. We needed something nearby, so I jumped on Yelp, saw the great reviews, and decided to give it a try. I wasn't expecting much, but I was completely impressed. Everything we've tried has been simple, fresh, and delicious. The Ensalada Turca is my favorite and an absolute must-try. The jugo de mora is incredibly refreshing, and the sopa de frijoles with rice and maduros hit the spot so much that I ordered it both visits. The staff is warm, welcoming, and attentive, always making sure you have everything you need. The restaurant itself is small and unassuming, decorated with beautiful cultural touches. The music playing in the background instantly took me back to my childhood, reminding me of the songs my mom and grandma used to play on the radio at home. Overall, this is a hidden gem that's absolutely worth seeking out. We've already been back twice, and we'll definitely be returning again.

I ordered the Sancocho de Costilla and it was packed with tender beef rib, yuca, potato, carrot, plantain, and corn in a rich, flavorful broth. The portion was generous and tasted homemade perfect for a hearty meal. I paired it with a fresh beets salad and crispy tostones on the side. The tostones were perfectly fried (golden and crunchy), and the avocado + lime on the plate added a nice fresh touch. Everything came out hot and well-seasoned. Nothing fancy about the setting, but the food delivers that authentic Colombian taste. Service was friendly and quick. Great value for the portion sizes. Will be back to try more items next time

Street corn, smashburger, and buffalo?! (Just to name a few) I was not expecting anything more than maybe two different flavors. For the price of slightly over $2 each & discounts on top for the more you get- I'd say it's a great value. We went for the 16 pack - additional 10% off - there was 5 of us total & didn't even finish them all! The sauces that come with are a nice touch although I didn't LOVE all of them, the variety is nice and someone's yuck is someone else's yum! While we were waiting for them to come out we decided to get drinks. The cloud coffee was absolutely divine and I would come back for just that. The frozen strawberry lemonade was on the sweeter side but isn't that to be expected?? Overall I can see why this place has gone "viral". I think it's a great spot to take anyone visiting from out of town to give them a trendy take on this classic Miami snack. I would even come back with a group of friends. Was plenty of parking in the back lot with some reserved spots for this place up front. The Christmas decorations were nice, adding nice seasonal ambience while ordering to go (I was battling a cold so had mask on). As for the ones my tongue misses, I ordered two medianoche croquetas, Mexican street corn croquette, Manchego cheese and a Chickem Croquette, and lastly trying for the first time the smash burger croquette. Took them all home, sampled a bit or each one to find the right balance of what to savor last. All were good, the Yuca was nice but could use more chicharon flavor, the smash burger might have needed a bit more burger flavor, but thats about it. I enjoyed the chicken amd also the Manchego cheese croguette. What a creamy manchego. Saving the best for last was the Medianoche. Winner winner croquetta dinner! Love they making the Medianoche!
