Do they sell green unroasted coffee beans?

Yes. I've asked a few times since I roast from home. I wanted to support a local business if possible, but they sell them very expensive. Almost as much as if they roasted them for you.…

Mike and the entire team at Dreamwave are doing such an incredible job of making the experience worth every penny. The quality of the coffee, the work they do, and the service they provide is truly top tier. While they do have a lot of fun flavors, this is not the kind of place that drowns the palate with sweetness. They expertly balance the ratio of syrup, milk, and espresso to provide the best outcome. The nuttiness of their roast really shines, and they're always happy to adjust the sweetness if you need them to. Personally, I love the lower sweetness level being the default. These guys know what they're doing! We've been visiting for the past week and have stopped through Dreamwave four times this week. While I'm always in the need of a coffee fix, we've gone out of our way to visit multiple times because the people have been so beyond kind. We've sampled most of the house flavors and I can confidently say they have all been delicious. This would definitely be my go-to shop if I lived nearby.

Our oldest loved the large play structures and the youngest loved the trampoline and block building area. The cafe team was great and served us quickly, and we were impressed by the number of food items available. The coffee was alright - not amazing - but not terrible. One thing to note if you go is that the café is tucked into a corner so not every seat from the café has a line of site to the play area. And if you have drinks, you have to stay in the café. So if you were planning on having a relaxing coffee, while watching your kids from afar, that is not exactly an option. My only note for improvement would be for the staff to do a little more to help manage particularly physical/destructive children, if/when the parents are not doing enough. When we visited, there was one young child who was running around knocking kids over, knocking over blocks, and just generally being really hyper. That is totally understandable for a young kid, but the parents were nowhere to be found, and the staff clearly looks concerned, but didn't really do anything to help mitigate the situation.

My kids had fun, but it definitely wasn't worth the following week (still going) of illness. Tried to work while my kids played. There's one staff member in the play area, who wasn't really monitoring the kids. There also weren't really plugs if you need to charge. I had to rearrange furniture to situate myself next to the plug.
