This is my second visit to this location. The cashier was very nice and smiling. Took my order quickly. Food arrived quickly. I came around 3:45pm on a Wednesday, so not very busy. Food was cooked well - not too hot or cold. I got the 1/2 chicken special which comes with fried plantains, black beans and rice and a drink. It was $8.95. Everything was tasty. I do think the place is overpriced for a fast food place with little ambience. The regular priced meals are mostly all well over $10, averaging around $14. Pollo Tropical's half chicken special for $5.99 has much larger pieces of chicken. They don't give a drink or plantains, but I could've done without them. La Granja gives more rice and beans. Unfortunately, the drink and beans here are in styrofoam containers. Very bad for the environment. I like the food from La Granja but unfortunately the service on this location was horrible. Staff attitude and cleanliness. Bathroom was nasty with shit splattered on the toilet bowl. And for the staff I asked for the lomo saltado they had on window sticker which was called lomo or pollo saltado (which showed with rice and beans which is different from the actual lomo saltado with fries).
