Literally one of the BEST BURGERS I've had!! We had the PB&J and it was AMAZING!!! The fries... MAAAAAAN!!! 12/10!! They really have something here! The wait was a little long, but we were happy to wait from the first bite!! The staff was so incredibly nice and polite, despite the stress of constant rushes of traffic. There is nothing mid about what they are doing. If I had any sort of constructive criticism, it would be to let people know how long of an actual wait it is. My wife had found this place on Instagram and we drove from Casa Grande to try it. And I have to say the 45min drive was worth it. Hands down the best burger I've had in my life no exaggeration. Chef Zeal is inspired by Japanese culture + culinary arts and you can definitely tell by the way he presents the food to his customers. His team is all about hospitality and it's always nice to come visit them, even when they're completely slammed with to-go orders. Customers have the chance to dine inside or outside of sushi Sonora (the chef's father owns the building). The setting is casual and fits perfectly with the burger concept. I am a big fan of their weekly special menu where the chef drops something different each week on top of their regular menu. My favorite burger is the Viva Mexico! it's thick, juicy, and super delicious. For the price you're paying, just know that the chef uses the highest quality ingredients possible and everything is made fresh in-house. 100% worth every single penny. Hands down, one of the tastiest burgers my husband and I have EVER had. The fries were incredible. The quality of the burger and beef tallow used for fries was evident in the flavor AND the fact that for being a "heavy" meal we didn't feel bloated or like we had eaten your typical greasy burger. They had a restaurant rented out where the food truck was making food for people in the restaurant AND people in the street looking for a quick bite.
