Absolutely recommend trying this place and not being scared off by the star rating since the negative reviews are mainly from people who did not actually try any of the bread. I know I was personally iffy about choosing to try this place over a less local one because of the mid-tier star rating on google and yelp making it look like it'd be "just ok", but I read a bunch of the reviews and it seems to be mainly split between 5 stars and 1 stars. With the completely positive ones raving about the pan dulce and the completely negative ones being angry that they found the correct hours were on the door instead of online and others being mad about the google listing not being the place next door for some reason. Or, most ridiculously, the fact that it sells real smoothies instead of being another overpriced juice bar. (Side note: Be wary of any other juice place you see that has "nutrition" in its name, talks about club membership, or sells Herbalife products. Those places are generally fronts for a "wellness" pyramid scheme that's legally not allowed to sell food.) But, anyway, even on the way there my Uber driver pointed the place out and said he tried the bread and it was very good. That and, funnily enough, the fact that the reviews made me feel like I was gambling on the hours made me pumped that it was actually opened and everything still felt fresh when I arrived.
