If you are looking for an amazing Italian fare, you need to try La Pergoletta. The ambiance and service are impeccable. We appreciate Everyone in the restaurant, as they were very attentive and helpful. Kudos to Ryan as well for offering and bringing in dessert choices. We had a wonderful time!

What We Ordered - Branzino - Salmon Con Risotto Di Limone (Grilled Salmon Lemon Risotto) - Tagliata Alla Crema Di Funghi (Fettuccine with Mushroom Cream Sauce with Filet Mignon) Made this my go to spot for celebrations! We came on Valentine's Day. They had cute decorations. I hadn't notice before but the lights were made with pasta strainers! Had to get the Branzino again. The deboned it this time around and it seemed like there was more sauce now! Delicious as our first time. My husband was trying to be a bit healthier and opted for the Salmon with Lemon Risotto. It was tasty! Salmon was not dry. We wished it came with the same sauce as the branzino but the risotto helped with that. My Fettuccine with Mushroom Cream Sauce and Filet Mignon was my husband's new favorite. Beef was cooked perfectly for him and seasoned well. I think it was a tad too salty for me but I'm just sensitive to salt. Will always be back to try new items!!

This is a place you bring people you love. Great time from top to bottom. Carson, our server, was thorough, efficient, and well versed in the menu. Took super great care of us. The food was wonderful. The rib special was here for a brief time and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Would love to see it added to the menu to stay ... The space was cozy, authentic, and quaint. Paper on the tables and crayons if you wanna play some tic-tac-toe while you wait for the food. Will be back!

Get the mushroom cream sauce!! That's a must. The steak is delicious. Our server was great. The place is very romantic. Had three dishes for two people. Love this neighborhood spot.

Deli side extends the restaurant for dinner.

The stars aligned for our dinner at La Pergoletta! We immediately found parking in the small plaza which then had us arriving 15 minutes early to our reservation. We were the first to be seated in the Deli area at a nice corner table. The food -- EXCELLENT (as always). The husband was quite adventurous by trying new items. He had the Tagliata Classica with Filet Mignon and Fettuccine for his main, then chose the Troio for dessert. The daughter went with a lighter version of her favorite Gnocchi Ripieni by choosing Butter & Sage. Although I try and try....I just can't miss having the Branzino when it's available. It's always so, so GOOD! The staff -- super-friendly! The ambiance -- This continues to be casual and home-like. It was especially nice when the table candles were lit as the evening set in.

Lovely small spot. I got the carbonara. Nice staff, down to earth. Would definitely go back. Perfect date spot

Fantastic sandwich ! I had a great lunch with the most delicious sandwich. Fresh homemade bread, Italian cooked ham, Stracchino creamy cheese, Evo Oil and balsamic. Tasty, flavorful, like I'm in Italy.

    Spaghetti with meatballs

My family stopped in for dinner on vacation and this is one of the best meals we have had while in town! We had the Salmone In Guazzetto, the Cosa Nostra filled gnocchi, and traditional spaghetti with meatballs. All pasta is homemade and completely amazing. Mae was our server and she was incredible, you should ask for her! The experience was all-around wonderful at La Pergoletta. Thanks for making our trip to LA so great!

Came on a Tuesday for lunch. Had a reservation for 12:15, we were 10 min late and still the first to be seated. Saw a steady stream of people doing take out. Casual, old school Italian vibes. Party of three so we ordered lunch specials and shared family style. Bruschetta with Brie and honey was a nice way to start. Minestrone soup as part of the lunch special. The best I've ever had! Such good ingredients and rustic. Spaghetti with meatballs: the meatballs being the highlight. Very moist and tasty. Paparedelle with the creamy mushrooms: perfect amount of mushrooms and cream. Spaghetti aglio olio was simple but very flavorful with garlic and a little hint of spice. All the pastas were clearly homemade and cooked perfectly: a dente and chewy. Ended the meal with tiramisu and affogato. The group was so blown away with every dish! Can't find another restaurant that hit it out of the park with each dish. So unassuming but the perfect balance. Service was excellent. The server stayed one step ahead of us. Wish it was closer to home! We'd go every week,

Incredible service from the get go. I went here for the first time with my girlfriend for our one year anniversary and was greeted very nicely by the hostess and was served by Jesus who was nothing short of amazing. My girlfriend and I initially chose to sit in the lower section on the inside portion of the restaurant as the ambiance was very welcoming. It felt upscale but still kept a nice "homey" vibe. Little did we know, until we sat down, that it wasn't personally right for us at the time. My girlfriend is pretty sensitive sensory wise, so I kindly asked Jesus, before we received our food, if we could move to the outside section (which was also just as nice and kept the same vibe), and everyone was very understanding and accommodating. The food was also nothing short of amazing. Very flavor packed, good portion sizes, and decent prices, especially given the experience. Pasta was cooked perfectly and hit the spot just as I needed it to. On top of that, they gave us a complimentary 1 year anniversary tiramisu, and as a fellow tiramisu fanatic, I was very impressed! Maybe some of the best I've had, I can't lie. Greatly appreciate the operation that's taking place here. Will be coming back again in the future!

Wow, what a local gem! If you're looking for a classic family-owned Italian restaurant with incomparable ambiance, La Pergoletta is your spot. The menu boasts fun varieties of pastas that you can build out or choose from their classics and daily specials. I ordered the tortellinis and they were wonderful. Quality you can taste, pasta that is made in house and fresh, and cheese that melts in your mouth. The staff are super lovely and sweet. Typically there's usually a line to enter so I'd recommend to book reserve a table online and arrive early.

Pros: The food was simple, but delicious Intimate, casual restaurant Cons: Service was a little slow, but friendly Very small parking lot After dinner, we had cocktails and listened to the juke box at the Drawing Room which was next door. Then headed to our concert at The Greek. Perfect evening.

I would come back just for this pasta alone. The tiramisu was chef's kiss So light, creamy, and the perfect way to end the meal. I lovedddd everything! The garlic bread came out hot and fluffy, but I do wish it had a little more garlic butter. Still yummy though! The chicken parm was good, but I didn't think there was anything super special about the flavor. I'd probably skip it next time and just get more pasta... Also, the decor is SO sweet and charming! Every table had its own little vase of fresh flowers, which was such a cute touch and made the whole place feel cozy and intimate. Overall, such a cute spot with AMAZING pasta. This is a review about a three-hour dinner we were still talking about a week later…read more First, the smell the moment we walked in confirmed we were about to have some seriously good, authentic Italian food, and Mother Wolf delivered. Everything from the food to the pacing to the service was exceptional. It was impressive to see how seamlessly the entire staff worked together. Our server, the bussers, sommelier and kitchen seemed completely in sync. Courses arrived with enough time between them to actually enjoy the evening, our glasses were never empty, and someone always seemed to check in at exactly the right moment (never hovering, never leaving us wondering where everyone went). They actually made a mistake with one of our dishes, but even that became part of a great experience. They immediately acknowledged it and offered to make it right. We ended up loving what accidentally arrived and happily kept it. Mistakes happen; how a restaurant handles them says far more about the quality of its hospitality. We were celebrating two birthdays, and somehow the entire staff seemed clued in. From our first greeting through dessert, there was a warmth to the service that made the night feel genuinely special. We even ended up chatting with our server about other favorite restaurants in the area and bonded over our mutual recommendations. Our only problem with Mother Wolf: everything on the menu sounds incredible, so apparently we have to come back multiple times. Tragic. One word of caution unrelated to the restaurant itself: I'd skip the valet. Our keys were left inside our running car for about 15 min while the attendant had his back turned across the street, which made us pretty uncomfortable. There's a lot about a block away where you can park yourself for roughly the same price. Otherwise, absolutely loved our evening here. Incredible food, exceptional hospitality, and a meal you keep talking about afterward. Can't wait to come back--and hit the speakeasy next time!
