We shared a bottle of California Sauvignon Blanc to accompany the Ceviche Tatemado followed by the Tacos de Barbacoa which is the Tuesday lunch special. Both the ceviche and barbacoa tacos were just so enjoyable. The striped bass and octopus ceviche here is a unique preparation that sings in the tangy lime and Serrano vinaigrette in which it is prepared. The barbacoa is so flavorful and tender; and the thin, house made flour tortilla is fried crispy on the flat top before being filled. So good.

We also enjoyed a pitcher of excellent margaritas :-) We didn't even see the inside is the restaurant but there was seemingly no end to the outside. It's a large space filled with plants and fountains and cool lighting and it really just sets a mood. It's like something on the San Antonio Riverwalk but bigger. I was really impressed. We had so much fun that I forgot to take any pictures. Well, that's not true. I took a lot of picks but only of my wife and friends in various locations there. It's a very photogenic setting, especially at night. I could see doing large events here like wedding dinners and so forth. We started off with a couple margaritas, a side of queso and guacamole. Their chips and salsa were ok....no not really. Their salsa's are "bland". Missing flavor.
