This place has decent prices on their meat products. I usually come here to get my tortillas and veggies. They carry a good amount of cheese selections, some are at the butcher counter and some in their refrigerated areas. Usually there are different locations, I wish they would just put all their cheeses in one area but it's not my store ;) P.S. Try their La Finca tortilla chips (located under the tortillas stand) it's a clear bag with green lettering. You'll love them! read more

Very very disappointed. I called them at 740pm and asked if they have chile de Arbol. The lady said yes, and I asked if I can come in 15 minutes. She said they close at 8pm. I said "okay, I can be there in 13 minutes, can I come? Is that okay"? And she said yes. I got there at 7:53pm, doors locked. I called them and she said they're closed. I told her I came all the way only because she said I could, and she just said no we're closed. I just don't understand how this could happen. It seems wrong and unfair at multiple levels. Very disappointing customer service, very disappointed at not keeping their word, and very disappointed for them closing ahead of closing. read more

Since the Ranchero Steaks sucks at Mexico Super in Hayward, I decided to try this place on my way home from work. OMG they have THE best marinade on their Ranchero steaks. Their salsa and guacamole is very good and fresh!! The young man that rang me up was very friendly! I will definitely be back when we are ready for more..... Been coming here for years--it is still run by the family that owns the shop, amongst other people. Also, they expanded their store within the past few years as it used to be very cramped inside. Now, you can actually walk down the aisles without feeling so crowded. The meat here is always great and very fresh. I have ordered carne asada, bola, lomo, molido, chicken breasts, drumsticks, seafood, you name it...and never had one problem with any of it. Also, they have a good selection of other items like pan dulce and even Central and South American products that are hard to find in mainstream supermarkets. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because of the inconsistency of their produce. For example, I went to get some tomatoes about a week ago and they were all terrible...as were their cucumbers. That is not the first time I have noticed this with these items and with a few others. With Mi Pueblo now open in Newark, they are going to be in for a challenge as Mi Pueblo's produce is typically always superb. Other than this, everyone is very helpful and our family will continue to return...thanks! read more

I got to the store at 7:55 to buy some tostadas... and the store was closed (they close at 8:00pm). I called to speak to the manager the next day and the lady told me they usually close 10 minutes early for accounting purposes. .. really? !?! The service overall is BAD.. the crew in the meat department is lazy, they precut the ham and cheese in 1.lb portions.. . So if you need a smaller portion they apologize and tell you that you need to buy it by the lb.. I go there because it's the only Mexican store near by. Let me start by saying that the meat all looked fresh, they prepped my arachera on the spot and it was quick. I got home, cooked it for dinner and there was so much flavor !! I got a couple other things, avocado- which were delicious and picture perfect, some canned refríed beans which were over priced, but you know what I don't mind paying the extra to support a mom and pop locations!! I would like to let you all know that you need to be careful when you go to the TriColor Market. I went in the other day to purchase a pinata. I went up to the counter to pay, I set my cell phone down, was asked to move to the other counter to pay. I left my cell phone and one of the guys who works there actually stole my phone off the counter. I saw him frrom the corner of my eye, but thought it was my keys. I went to hm and asked where were my keys. He mentioned my friend had the keys. When I went back and asked abut it they said they did not find phone. Over night I realized that I had actually noticed him take my phone. I went back the next day and asked that they check their surveliance so they could see the guy take my phone off the counter. One of the ladies then called the manager and asked him to come in so we coud chck out the survelliance cameras. He said he could not come in until 6:00 pm and I could return then. I left my friends phone number. At 5:15 she got a call saying that they had found my phone. I went in to retrie my phone and they told me the manager had found it and had put it in a drawer, but told no one. I got my phone went to verizon to get it turned back on and the phone language was Spanish and it had been wipe of all my information, Now if the manager had found my phone and put in a drawer, why was my phone no long with my persnal information, photos and all. I will never go in this store again and will tell as many people not to go there also. Now in Spanish: Me gustaría comentarles a todos que tienes que tener cuidado cuando vayas al TriColor mercado. Fui el otro día a comprar un pinata. Subí por el mostrador para pagar, pondré mi teléfono celular, pidieron que fuera a el otro contador de pago. Dejé mi teléfono celular y uno de los chicos que trabaja ahí realmente robaron mi teléfono apagado el contador. Yo le vi golfistas la vuelta de la esquina de mi ojo, pero pensaba que era mi claves. Fui a hm y le preguntó dónde estaban las llaves. Mencionó mi amigo tenía las llaves. Cuando regresé y le preguntó sobre lo que me dijeron que no encontrar teléfono. Durante toda la noche me di cuenta de que yo había notado él tomar mi teléfono. Volví al día siguiente y pide que se revise su surveliance para que pudieran ver el muchacho toma mi teléfono apagado el contador. Una de las señoras entonces llamó al gerente y le pidieron que los acompañara, así que pega chck la nutrición cámaras. Él dijo que no podría haber llegado hasta 18:00 y que pude regresar luego. Dejé mis amigos número de teléfono. A las 5:15 recibió una llamada diciendo que había encontrado mi teléfono. Fui a recuperar la confi mi teléfono y me dijeron que el director había encontrado y ha estado en un cajón, pero no había contado a nadie. Recibí mi teléfono pasó a verizon para obtener dio media vuelta y el idioma del teléfono era Español, que ha sido barrido de toda mi información, ahora si el administrador había encontrado mi teléfono y poner en un cajón, por que mi teléfono no largo con mi estas categorías información, fotos y todo.
