And where the hell are they?

This is not the first time this has happened. You wait and wait. The cakes are delicious but if you want a specific cake, you need to order at least 48 hours in advance, e.g., the chocolate cake.

I found out about Lady M from my friend C who is also a Yelper. She told me that this place is a must try. They make really good Crepes cake. I got the pistachio crepes cake. The cake was tasty but the price was very pricy. The slice of cake was almost $10 before tax. It was not a big slice. They had it packaged in a nice tiny box. The cake was good but not wow. I can tell a lot of effort and time have been put together making the cake. Each layer of the crepe was nice and thin. If you haven't had Lady M's crepes cake, it is definitely worth trying it once. I think so far, Lady M is the only crepes place I know that has over 20 layers. I also have to say so far, their crepes cakes are the better than any other crepes cake I had so far. I went to the Rockefeller location and because Rockefeller was under renovations there were not tables and chairs. I ended up eating the cake outside in the open.

Beautifully wrapped to go. Survived sight seeing and a subway trip back to the hotel, perfect!

Just to die for!!! Best cake I've ever had. I've never tasted anything like this before. I tried the original Mille Crêpes. Delicious! Service and packaging was top notch

My all time favorite cake bakery in the city. These cakes are decadent, light, and delicious. Whether it's a birthday or a holiday, it's my favorite thing to bring to a party. My favorites are the signature and green tea mille feuille cakes. The work and craftsmanship put into each and every cake makes it so worth it. Looks can be deceiving for this cake but just wait until you take your first bite. From the creaminess to the crepe layers to the perfect ratio of cream to sweetness and flavor, it'll blow your taste buds. Highly recommend this place, all the bakeries and boutiques I've been to uphold the high standard that is Lady M. From the slices to the full cakes, you can never go wrong.

Just purchased ~$90 worth of product.. asked for an extra plastic knife because it's a pair of twin's bday and the worker said 'no - you can only get one knife'. You kidding me? This place is overpriced to begin with, and so their service should at least be top notch. How much is a plastic knife? $0.50? I've spent over $1,000 in this cake shop over the years and I can't even get an extra plastic knife. Manager: please train your workers properly. You can reach me directly too if you want more details. Also, read the other 1 star reviews here. All say Horrible Customer Service. There is clearly a pattern here. Todays date: March 18 at 2 PM. Rockefeller Center location. You can figure out the shift.

When you're visiting the Rockefeller Center Concourse indulge your sweet tooth! Lady M Boutiques pop up everywhere there's tourists. I just happened by this location accidentally a few years ago. You can purchase whole cakes or order a slice. The average cost for a slice is between $5-$9.00. It could be more since I haven't asked in a while. The employees are very gracious explaining the ingredients in detail so I am sure not to overdose on something that might cause a problem with my allergies. I enjoy the little chocolate treats!! I have friends to entertain at times. This is a great place to share a sweet experience. It's easy to buy a treat and find a table in the communal dining area. Everyone from out of town loves to visit Rockefeller Center. There's a lot to see in the area. You can quickly walk off the calories. Please enjoy! Let me know what you think!

Love the feminine vibe at Lady M, especially when grabbing macarons and pastries. It's always a pleasure to stop by.

I am a fan of their crepes. I tried a different flavor this time. I was satisfied . Pricing is a bit expensive but the swiftly smoothly creamy breading worth every penny. A little disappointed for this location as it has no dining seats available for diners. A point less for my ratings. Location is inside the lower floor of Rockefeller building next to various clothing , food stalls.

Came by for dessert the other day and it was a world class experience! Located on the lower level of the Rockefeller Center, there was almost no line during the peak lunch rush and I was in and out in less than a minute! The $9 slice of millefeuille was delicious! The cake melted in my mouth and was super light and not too sweet! ...I've definitely made the mistake of trying knockoffs and the real one tastes much better! :D

This is a really cool cake shop, they have multiple locations but this one was located in the Comcast building. My friend and I decided to try the green tea Mille crepe and the chocolate Mille crepes. The green tea Mille wasn't too sweet and had a great green tea/matcha flavor to it. The cakes are beautifully layered crepes, it was light and delicate. The chocolate Mille crepe was great too, you're able to really taste the cocoa ! But the green tea Mille was hands down my favorite slice!

Is the whole green tea crepe cake available for walk-in purchase?

Hi Carolyn, Yes, the green tea MC is available for a walk-in as first come first serve in all of our locations. You can also call in to speak with the store too.

Do they have any gluten free and/or dairy free cakes?

We currently don't have dairy free cakes but we do have a gluten free cake, our Flourless Chocolate Cake. This month of February, we don't have it readily available; so the Flourless Chocolate Cake does require 2 days notice before 5 pm if you would… Read more

I was initially lured in by the good Yelp reviews. I liked that I could do everything online, I had a particular vision for what I wanted my birthday cake to look like and they communicated with me via email that could make my vision come true. I had a birthday celebration at a restaurant, which I asked The Evercake to have delivered directly to the restaurant. The delivery was smooth and the restaurant had the cake before I even got there. The cake was very cute and did look like what I had pictured. But...what I majorly disliked was the actual taste of the cake and being misled about what the contents of the cake would be. I selected the strawberry shortcake option for my cake and what I got was not what I thought it would be. I think it's quite normal for a strawberry shortcake to have like...real strawberries in between the layers. My cake didn't really have that, and if it did it was hidden in all the strawberry jam that there instead. I was not a fan of the cake texture too and the cream outside of the cake. Overall I felt so sad that I was feeding this to my friends and I told them that they didn't have to finish it because I wasn't going to either. So embarrassing :( Would you believe that this flop of a cake was nearly $200? And that's after the 10% coupon. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because it wasn't completely bad, but the cake not tasting good was the biggest thing for me. I would have preferred it the other way around at least, like if the service was so bad but the cake tasted amazing, but unfortunately that was not the case for me. After digging through the reviews some more, I found that this happened to another customer as well. I wish I had seen their review before ordering a "strawberry" shortcake from here lol dang

WARNING! CAKE was AWFUL! FELL APART!…read more I ordered a cake from a professional baker (Soma cakes) a few years ago that was beautifully made but was a bit bland, so I decided to look for a different baker. I found BakeStreet online, and I chose a baker, only to find out these are not "professional" bakers but HOME BAKERS! I didn't realize they employ home bakers until I asked my baker for the address. The NYC address they use for their business is NOT a real bakery! I thought these were professional bakers working out of a bakery. I found this part to be very misleading and only found out after I selected my baker and paid a deposit. My baker was 30 minutes from the city by car. I had made a deposit, and even though my intuition told me to back out, I decided to take a chance based on her reviews. I'm really curious if the reviews for the bakers are from real customers. Makes you wonder. You have to realize these cakes are being made in their homes! There are no sanitary rules that you know are being observed. My cake was placed in a cardboard box, and although it didn't really look like what I wanted, and the tassel, lettering, and diploma looked amateurish, what can a customer do after they paid for the cake and need it for a special occasion. Seriously, this is a great way to get ripped off! Once we got home and took the cake out of the box, it was falling apart, and the company had the nerve to tell us it was made properly! This cake was worth $100 maybe $150 but NOT almost $400. A cake that is baked properly will not fall apart after a 15 minute car ride! At the time that I picked up the cake, I told her I could hold it in my lap, but she said it wasn't necessary and placed the cake in the car. My Soma Cake that lasted an hour in the car to a different location never fell apart! The company had the nerve to offer me a $50 credit for a future cake that I would NEVER purchase! Why would I purchase another cake from a home baker? Poor customer service! They can enjoy my money! What a RIP-OFF! If a cake cannot make it in 15 minutes from pick-up to your location, there is something wrong with the cake! If you want to have a cake beautifully made, use Soma Cakes but don't get the red velvet. She is very talented. Her cake looked so realistic and we received a lot of compliments, but unfortunately it was bland, but it was a lot cheaper than what this company charged me, or you can just make your own cake. I'm sure it will be better than the disaster I received! Also, PLEASE do your research on this company. They have bad reviews on TrustPilot! If you want an okay cake, order from here. If you want a cake for a really special occasion, please go somewhere else. Find a place with an actual bakery and professional bakers. You will pay the same amount but get better results and not have to deal with their awful customer service!
