Partner and I always order food from here when we're sick or just feeling bleh. I swear their soup has restorative powers. It's like being wrapped in a warm, spicy, comforting hug. This little hole in the wall is in an interesting location on 12th street right by the Ohio Union. They are known for their noodle soup. I got b2 beef stew noodle soup. It was pretty good. They make the noodles in house which is pretty rare to find. I will definitely be back to try some of their other dishes. read more

Worst Chinese restaurant I ever had. Literally no services but asking for Tip. First time there , I sit down and wait for 15 mins and no one come ask ( we are the only table , and the guy walk around like few times ), then we figure out we need to order on the front table , alright up to that point still fine . All the pork noodle soups on the menu are great. My first choice was the seafood noodle soup but it came in a thick broth that I didn't even want to touch. The seafood in it looked pretty good tho. I ordered a spicy pork noodle one instead and they changed it for me. No problem or questions asked. The ice tea I got was a little too sweet but still good. This is a little hidden Chinese spot that probably opened recently but serves great food with a smile. I hope they stay around. read more

This small hole in the wall serves incredibly delicious food. I had a stir fried noodle dish with pork intestine and jalapenos, and it was stir fried perfectly, infused with that hot oil flavor. They also serve fantastic noodle soup dishes. Absolutely a fantastic place to eat, and it's affordable. read more

This place definitely has potential! They live up to their name with their Beef Noodle Soup. I got the spicy version and it was delicious! The flavor from the soup literally lifted my spirits after a busy day and the beef was tender. I also ordered the Fried Spicy Pork Intestines which soaked my mouth with its goody flavor and spices. First time trying this restaurant via Uber eats, won't order again. We ordered Kung pao chicken and it was very bland, no spice at all and very soupy. We also ordered Mongolian beef, flavor was pretty good, beef was a little tough. Egg roll filling was sort of a solid piece, I'm used to a bit more veggie content. Really? I ordered a delivery of braised pork noodle soup, mixed pig ears, mixed jellyfish head, and red bean sesame balls because I'm a fatass that likes to eat. The appetizers arrived fine, and they tasted ok. The red bean sesame balls were really good though; that definitely hit the spot. Now, here is the part that deserves a single star. The braised pork noodle soup turned out to be beef. Oh, also, there was no soup unless you count the inside of the bag as part of my meal; if that's the case, then it's beef noodle and 'some' soup. The beef noodle tasted fine. I'm just miffed because someone thought that it would be a decent idea to place a noodle soup dish in something that isn't a sealable container. Y'know those styrofoam hinged takeout containers? Who in their right mind would think it is reasonable to put soup in that? You want to use the styrofoam takeout container for the noodles and meat? Ok, that's fine, but put the soup in a separated closed sealable container so that I don't have to pick apart my delivery using disposable plastic gloves and clean every single surface that touched my takeout order because it looked like Hurricane Katrina vomited inside my leaky plastic bag. Lastly, I get that the shop is named Chinese Beef Noodle Soup, but if you have a pork option on the menu, then I kinda expect to be served pork when I ordered it, not beef. read more

This is probably the worse Beef Noodle that I have ever had. It is not hand draw or freshly made, however, it is more expensive than hand-draw noodle. The flavor is disappointing. I think all these 4 and 5 star reviews for this place is misleading. This place is really not legit. The Chinese name for this restaurant makes it seem like the style of noodles are from Lanzhou, which is famous for their ramen in China. However, this restaurant does not serve that style of noodles. The broth is subpar, and maybe "decent" if you are just looking for something quick to eat, on campus. The way they made their potstickers are incorrect as well, very thick skin, and not enough soup in the dumplings. read more

I just stopped in while I was near the OSU campus craving for chinese food but wanting something different...and boy did I get different. I was a little confused by the menu offerings (just not familiar/experienced). So definitely take some experienced friends if this isn't your normal food route so u know what your getting. My noodles were transparent...?¿ but that wasn't a bad thing because the spices and flavors were still enjoyable. Very small/tight seating arrangement. I like elbow room when I eat and space. I don't like to be able to easily hear the people next to me as they talk/eat etc. I will say that it was crowded when I was there, which I equate to being a good thing for any eating establishment however this led to a wait time of approx 20-25 min on my to go order. If this is the type of food your familiar with then definitely order up!! I'm sure you'll find something you like. read more

I just picked a random item off the Asian menu, the Chainquing, it was absolutely delicious! The noodles were so fresh, the pork was very tender, there is bits of fried egg and onions, a semi-spicy bite here or there, sauce was rich but not heavy and it was all topped with fresh cut cucumber.
