These guys are great. Came in about a year ago to have Alex paint and install a front bumper lip on my car. The part was after market so the fitting was not 100%. Paint job came out perfect and they installed the bumper. They made sure it was completely attached and even buffed the bumper. Job well done! Fast forward a year. I ran over some scrap metal and it tore a piece of the front bumper off. I ordered a new bumper lip and had Alex install it. He recognized the car and the previous work. Based on the reviews, (and close to work) I came here to get an estimate for damage to my car. I was anticipating a bit of $$$. To my delight and surprise, they guy came out, looked at the damage, said "I think I can fix that", pounded on a few things, move a few things, and boom, everything was back in place. No charge! I admire the honesty and integrity to just do what turned out to be something that had been popped out of place rather than damaged. I still have some damage on another part, and they quoted on that, but I'll live with it a while and see if I want it replaced or not. When my Pearl Mercedes S550 got rare ended about a month ago, it took me weeks to find the best body shop with reasonable price. The reason why I chose Alex and Tony's team was their price was very reasonable but also their confidence and excellent customer service was outstanding. It took them four days to restore my wrecked bumper with the exact matching color as the body. Normally it's very difficult to match a pearl white with the rest of the body but they did an excellent job. Also, they went extra and buffed the whole body and it's shining like a brand new car. I got into an accident and I searched up top rated auto repair shops nearby and All About Auto Collision was one of them. I walked in and Alex was there to check my car and he instantly knew what to do after looking at my car for a few seconds. Afterwards, he gave me a quote on what was needed to be done. Since I only work part time and go to school full time, he fully understands what I'm going through and he said he'll try to keep things as cheap as possible. One of the reasons why I recommend other people to go here is that he treats all customers like we're his family. After a few days, I got my car back and I was so impressed at his work. Great place! Skeptical at first, seeing as how finding a legit auto shop is very hard to fine. I was referred here from an auto parts store just down the road that specializes in Toyotas. I'm very happy I gave this place a shot. They fixed my car within the time frame they told and Alex and Tony are probably the nicest guys I've ever met; and they are available whenever you call them. They've done such a great job fixing the dents and scratches on my rear bumper! Now their front office is a little stuffy and hot when the temperature gets hot, but they offer cold water, coffee, or tea while you wait. Let me start off by saying this review I am writing is very recent - August 2019 and I can assure you my opinion of this place is accurate. I was recommended to this place by my father who has known the owner, Alex, personally for years. They are good friends and Alex has worked on my dad's car numerous times and he has been satisfied. I was in an accident where my car was completely damages, but only body work needed to be done. Everything was running fine mechanically. The accident happened at the end of February 2019. I held off on getting it fixed because the amount of work that needed to be done was extreme. I went to quite a few places in which I knew people who worked at these car shops. Every last one of them quoted me at least $5,000. BECAUSE I AM VERY KNOWLEDGABLE about cars, I knew that although the body work that needed to be done was a lot, this was overpriced. I had a few close friends who work at body shops and work on cars as their side job look at my car and gave me an estimate of $2,000 with ALL of the work that needed to be done. The work to be done was going to be done by professionals, so I knew my car would be in good hands. Soon after telling my dad about my situation, he referred me to Alex and spoke so highly of him and his company. When Alex saw my car, he said "wow" which is everyone's reaction once they see my car. Initially he quoted me $1,200 which included a grill, grill cover, front bumper, rear bumper, passenger/right side taillight, and to try and push the dent out that was right above the back/right side tire. The damage was a lot. He asked me if there was anything I NEEDED done. I let him know I needed 4 new tires in which I would take used tires as long as I got 4. Also, I need front and back brakes and rotors. He said those were the two additional things he would take care of. BEFORE bringing my car to him, I told him I could buy the parts, have them shipped to his shop, and get the work done. He insisted on letting him order the parts because he gets a 25% discount. Another thing I asked him to do was paint the left side of my car (left side quarter panel) because the paint was messed up from a prior job. He had planned on repainting my car (entire right side and hood) anyway. They had to sand it, prime it, then paint it. Intitially he quoted me $1,200 with all of the work. Two days later he said it would be $1,500 because of the additional work I had asked him to do and the fact that he had to order a new hood. (I don't believe the hood story at all). Anyway, yesterday he quoted me $1,850 for the car. I was already upset about that because he 1) did not fix my brakes, 2) did not do my tires, and 3) did not do the paint on the left side. I was NEVER informed that this work would not be done. I was NEVER informed when there was "extra" work they had already done and would cost me more money. His response to fixing the paint, replacing the tires, and the brakes was "I don't have time for that shit." I know from experience and EMPLOYEES that Alex always takes in more cars that he can handle. Alex does absolutely no work on these cars. The most he has done that was hands on is take a tire off of a car, which as a female, I CAN DO MYSELF. He also promises customers that their car will be fixed and ready in a week, give or take.... knowing that is not true. He always has rushed his work which make the quality of work shit. Well today, I get a call from my father saying that it is now $2,500 and if I wanted the brakes replaced it would be another $400. FUCK HIM AND FUCK THAT. I know so many people that work on cars. I am part of a car club. I KNOW CARS. They go to the junkyard and get after market parts, slap that shit together in a rushed time frame, and overprice everything. An employee told me that Alex refused to get me a Dodge Charger grill (the type of car I have) because it was "too expensive." He ordered me a Toyota grill - COMPLETELY different. This idiot could have at least ordered a Chrysler grill which is close to a Dodge. When I had planned on buying the parts myself and having someone else do the labor, it was quoted at $2,000 and that included EVERYTHING I wanted done... and good quality at that. I am beyond pissed that this is the way my car was handled and "fixed." The only reason I waited so long to get my car fixed is because I was reaching out to multiple people and places to go to get the best price and feel comfortable that the work to be done would be of good quality. I plan to pick up my car this upcoming weekend and I AM STILL GOING TO BE PISSED. Because I have self control and know it's not worth it, I am going to keep most of my comments to myself. I will express my extreme disappointment and unhappiness of the work that was done and the way it was handled. I am pissed. Although nothing can be changed and I can't take anything back, I really wish I would have just gotten the car fixed on my own terms. Lesson learned. read more

There is only one place I'll go for any auto body work and this is the place. I initially called Alex to have him inspect and provide an estimate for a bumper repair. Upon inspection, he advised that there was no damage to the undercarriage. What he said next really surprised and delighted me. I had some checks from my insurance company to cover the repairs since it was another driver's fault. Alex took a look at the checks and said, "Honestly, I would just deposit those checks and not worry about the repairs." The damage was mostly cosmetic and he said he could do the repairs if I wanted, but really, it wasn't necessary as long as I could live with it. I said I could, we shook hands and he made a customer for life. This place is worth the drive and the reviews on here are no lie. My go to place if ever needed, I went to Kia to have some work done and was referred to this shop. I was a bit annoyed at first that Kia couldn't take care if me but so happy I went. They could not take care of me the day I went but scheduled me for the next day. They were fast, the staff was friendly and I couldn't say enough about the service I received. Truly as good as it gets! No one wants to have to deal with an Auto Body shop but this place takes a bad situation and helps to make the best of it. If there were more stars Tony and Alex would get them. My husband had "mishap" in the shopping center parking lot that damaged both my car and another car that he immediately took responsibility for. We tend to like to avoid insurance claims so we encourage the owner of the other car to get a bid at a place of their choice. When I saw the bid I was floored. There were so many double charges that if you didn't know what you were looking at would be overlooked. I asked her to come to one more shop for a bid and chose this one due to convenience and previous reviews. From the moment I talked to Alex I knew we would be in good hands. Indeed the cost was almost half and they took the car right away and completed it in a few days. I took the owner to rent a car for them at Enterprise nearby and had a chance to ask All About Auto Collision knowing that they work with many local body shops. The Enterprise guy was happy to tell me that he gets more rave review about them than any other shop around. No wonder they are holding at #1. When it was time to repair my bumper they did an an amazing job. Other places were ready to order a new bumper but Alex knew they could work with the damaged one and make it like new. They did and at a fraction of the cost. These guys don't do any marketing but are busting out at the seams with business and I can see why. Be careful. My truck was painted here had rough orange peel on the clear coat. Brought it back they sand down the Orange peel but left white swirl marks from the sanding. Brought back third time and they put another compound in and two weeks later after washing white swirl marks came back. Its a hit and miss with this place. they offer good pricing but cut corners. Another person had Lexus painted here they promise to paint bumper but only did spot painting. The only was made clear and said yes but did not fulfill job. I recommend this place for older cars not newer cars where you might be concern with quality of paint. Some jobs are good some are not. Hit and miss and you have to watch carefully their work and go over the work with them. read more

Just got my bumper painted and All About Auto was outstanding from start to finish. First they were the best price out there (priced at 2 other places in Renton) and didn't try to get me to do all this unnecessary work. Dropped off car and got it back on day they said it would be ready for the price we agreed to. Paint job was excellent, all my sensors and electronics in bumper worked perfectly and they vacuumed and shined my bumper.
