The food was the bomb, as always! The Flauta is one of my faves and you can't go wrong with an asada burrito (mojado)!! Mango margaritas were yummy too!!! The customer service was truly great, they checked on us a few times while we were eating to make sure everything was good. And, love the inside of this restaurant especially the Bienvenidos light-up sign/wall decor. I miss their other location, Senor Sol but Las Fuentes has the same vibes and delicious food! This place has potential. I ordered 3 hard shell tacos. The chicken and beef lacked flavor. All 3 shells weren't hard. They were all soft and soggy. They were good size tacos. They just need work. I'll try one more time in the future. read more

A wonderful, family owned restaurant that my family and I have (literally) been going to since we moved here in 1983. Consistently good quality and products, great salsas, and a varied menu. Fun, family friendly ambiance, although we often get takeout because we like to enjoy their food at home. Always fresh ingredients. Very attentive service. Friendly and helpful...never rushing despite how busy they are, which is most of the time. Finally went to Las Fuentes after waiting for it to open in the new location. We ordered the Chile Relleno and the Chile Verde burritos. The food came out in a timely fashion. Service is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is decorated in a fun , bright decor with lots of greenery. Both burritos were of a substantial size and were very tasty. In addition the prices for the burritos were less than our usual place, so it looks like we'll be coming back and trying new items, or sticking with the burritos. read more

I previously left a review regarding my concerns about their guacamole being brown and chalked it up to it being newly opened. I was hoping to have a better experience at a future visit. I tried it again this week and still was grossed out by their avocado & guac being a grayish brown color and tasting a bit sour. Service was quick but I will never go back to this location. I stopped by this Las Fuentes location because I was across the street getting a burger. My wife loves this restrauant especially their torta so I was going to get it for her. I found parking just fine but the plaza does get busy with all the other shops around. When I walked inside this place, there were some guest dining in. I went to line up and someone was ready for me to place my order. I totally blank out and ordered the tostada instead for my wife with carne asada. The lady didn't know how to put it in correctly so another worker came to help her. I thought it was pretty pricey for just a tostada but oh well. They have a salad bar here where you get your own sauce and toppings. When I was getting the sauce for my wife, another guest came back to return his food since they made it wrong. It took a while for them to make my order, so I just waited in the pickup area. There an outdoor seating area for this restrauant as well. It took over 10 minutes for my number to be called and I took it home. My wife thought the tostada was okay but will still prefer her torta instead. read more

Came here on a Sunday around 4:30pm, was pretty busy but we found a table. There's tables outside too. The menu has a good variety of items. The food was delicious. The enchiladas and sauce were one of the best I've had. The refried beans and rice were also really yummy! They were generous with the cheese on the nachos. I couldn't find a mild salsa in the salsa bar but they did have onions and cilantro at the bar. Overall we all enjoyed our food and would definitely come back. read more

The burritos used to be filling but this one made me want to order something else just to get full. Parking is great, enough tables indoors and a few outdoors. I've been to this location a handful of times. I always order the "consome de pollo" with a chile serano on the side. Never had an issue. Today I ordered the same thing only to be told I had to pay for the Serrano pepper, I don't mind paying for it, it was just the tone and the way it was said, after I just paid $70 for a meal for 2. Food used to be edible, but they're in desperate need of new management. The cooks, the host, are all rushing constantly, making it an unenjoyable experience. To top it off, they can't even take orders correctly, blame the customer inappropriately, and talk amongst themselves instead of caring for the customers. Lastly, the cook rushes and throws oil like a maniac, so every bite of your burrito is gushing with oil and a mess. You'd think with the reviews they've gotten, they'd be more on top of things. My family has been dining at Las Fuentes for 30 years. I was pleased that the new Chatsworth location has the same quality food. We had the burrito del pollo con raja, chicken soup, and carne asada. Lots of chicken and green chile in the burrito. The rice is always great. Lots of parking compared to the Reseda location. read more

Stopped in tonight to order a Burrito to go , arrived home starting eating and then opened up The burrito to separate it and noticed something weird . Pulled it out with my finger wiped it on the napkin and it was a tree branch, WITH cobwebs on it! I'm disappointed to say the least. I Could have choked on that. Very Dangerous. Not exactly sure how it got in there but someone is definitely NOT paying attention to their job with food prep! Food great Portion size it not the same as reseda The plates are different here at this location I respect all the workers I understand it's their first opening Order with cashier was difficult cause the menu options did not display machaca as an option for my tostadas I had a feeling because they input steak they will give me steak instead of machaca I told the cashier that I'd wait for a manager to input it and they insisted on taking the next customer I told them no I'm gonna wait here til someone else can input machaca instead of steak - instead of making me wait longer I noticed he got confirmation 3 times that yes machaca is there but the cashier did not problem solve and word that how do I put it in the system then It happened I ended up getting steak I think half of these workers should work at reseda location or even melody's - to get a touch a feel for the correct service they can provide I wish their plates were the same as resedas I'll just go to reseda for no issues on ordering and portion size read more

First time coming here to eat at the new location! I've had their food for years at melodys! However decided to give this place a try. Beautiful location, the vibe is perfect! & the customer service is so friendly and fun. I asked Mauricio for a recommendation and was told to try the wet steak burrito. By far was amazing and the salsa they use is so tasty! The server Nancy handed me off my plate and was friendly and even chatted with me for a little as I had a few questions about their food. She did not make me feel rushed or ignored which is always appreciated! The last thing I want to comment on is the women's bathroom! As a mother with an infant going to a baby friendly place is important. They have a sturdy changing table and it's super clean! read more

SERVICE NEEDS MAJOR IMPROVEMENT Ordered a burrito to-go that they made wrong. I asked for no pico and no avocado but instead they put pico and no cheese. So i kindly asked them to remake the burrito but the guy who took the phone order wrong did not want to take the blame, so he tried to blame the cooks which caused a 5 min argument between the hosts and cooks while i sat in-front of them and watched. After the fiasco, the cook remade my burrito in the fastest way possible. He squirted oil all over the meat and warmed it up in less than 1 min. I take a bite and it's full of oil. You cannot taste any meat , just peanut oil or vegetable oil that they use all over their meat. So i ask for a refund now because its been 1 hour and they can't even make a burrito correctly... next thing you know the owner/ lady/ manager comes in and refused me service after i already got refunded and refused their oily sloppy burrito. I get it happens but why would the employee who took the phone order try to blame the customer? Very weird but expected from the other reviews about these employees here. I've been to both locations a few times. I've order a lot of different items and the best things I've had by far is their breakfast which is unfortunately only 9-11am. They should make it all day.
