The green sauce that comes with the food - incredible! A bit of a kick - I spread it on EVERYTHING. The papas appetizer (boiled potatoes with a tahini-like sauce) was really good and flavorful (especially when topped with some green sauce). Everyone at the table got the chicken version of the Lomo Saltado - juicy, perfectly spiced and sauced chicken with fantastic veggies. I kept sopping up the sauce the with rice. The french fries weren't great but I just ate around the fries. I will definitely be back to try more of the menu!!! read more

I found this place just driving by and decided to stop in. I'm so glad I did because the food was delicious! The staff was so friendly. The chef was very hands-on and asked me exactly what I wanted in my ceviche mixto so I could have it exactly the way I wanted it. I also had the papa a la huancaina. The huancaina was thick and creamy. Everything on the menu look so good, and you can tell they really know what they're doing when it comes to making Peruvian food. Food here was surprisingly delicious!! I always like to give local businesses a chance and this place is definitely a diamond in the rough. I had the pollo saltado one visit and chicken soup on the other and they were both delicious! The only con I would say it has is that they take a little longer to bring out the food, but that only means they're cooking to order, so fresh food :) read more

The ceviche was delicious just perfect for a hot day! The pollo was tasty and the serving size was plentiful definitely enough to share. The service was great and it was nice and clean. Just got done eating my food from this spot and it was really good, the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I ordered my food over the phone and the lady told me it would take 10mins, I got there in 10 mins and waited an additional 20mins, she didn't even say "sorry for the wait". Highly recommended! This little hole in the wall spot that definitely earned their spot on the map! Made this my once a week spot now. Food is very delicious and authentic. My favorite dish of course is the Beef Lomo Saltado with a side order of Plantations. It's to die for. Great sized portion with a comfortable price. Definitely recommended. Horrible experience My family and I decided to give this place a try and it was awful from the moment we sat down. The waitress was absolutely unaware of any items that were on the menu. She came back to our table repeatedly to ask questions about our order that she wrote down a piece if paper that I personally checked upon her request to make sure was correct. She gave us two bread rolls (there were 3 of us) with nothing to drink for around 5 minutes. A young man had to ask us what we wanted to drink again and apologized for the wait. Again we were asked repeatedly about our orders. My husband and daughter got their food way before I did. Once I finally got my order I was upset but at that point not surprised that the one and only request was completely ignored. I had asked no onions I'm not sure how many times and of course there were lots of onions inside my shrimp cocktail. The pieces of tomatoes were so large they looked like the whole tomato had just been chopped in thirds. At the end of our horrible meal our total was more that 50 dollars for just 3 people and terrible food. Save your time and money and avoid this place. read more

Tried this place for the first time the other day, and I have been day dreaming and salivating over their pollo ala brasa since! Small place but very lovely staff. Hubby and I will have to try dining in, one of these days and try their lomo saltado, leche de Tigre, and ceviche. Did not have any issues with parking since I came at an odd time during the day and I could see it being an issue during peak times, but not enough to stop me from eating there! Just A-OK. Can't really make a review about the service because I opted for take out. I order the Sopa Criolla which was good but had the wrong noodles (fettuccine pasta), the Arroz Chaufa de Mariscos was a little blend but nothing that the Aji (green hot sauce) couldn't handle, that salsita was good. Last but not least, the yucca frita which were pretty thick pieces of yucca not sooo frita. The location of the restaurant took me back a bit because its between a nail parlor and a dry cleaners. I gave this place a shot because I am all about supporting the small restaurant owners and because my sister went there and she wasn't so pleased (my sister can be a super snob when it comes to food). Bottom line is that I don't think the price I paid reflects the quality food I received. Now, the food is not awful but could be better. I wonder if I had this experience on the day they were short staff?! Anyhow, these are my two cents. read more

I went there on a Sunday afternoon. The waitress es nice but didn't seem to have lot of knowledge, otherwise service was good. I ordered rotisserie chicken (pollos la brasa) and my guest ordered lomo saltado. My dish pollo a la brasa okay. Breast piece was a bit dry. Altogether flavor didn't seem to reach inner just skin. This is one of my favorite places to get Peruvian food. As soon as you walk in you, you are greeted with a friendly smile & the smell, omg it's just so great. The staff is super friendly & always try to accommodate you. My favorite plate is the Lomo Saltado, I highly recommend it. & don't be afraid to ask for extra bread. Every time I go, I get it to go & they give me extra bread & don't take so long. Honestly it's so worth the price ! If you eat in, you feel so at home. I have no complaints or improvements.
