Here to say I've been frequenting Las Olas for a long time because they offer soyrizo as an option for a meatless bowl. But now, I will be going to Burrito Loco instead. The service always sucks and it's a bunch of young kids who don't pay attention and disrespect you. They also continually prioritize online orders and you could be the only person in line and still need to wait 10 minutes for service because they are busy pushing out online orders in the same line as in store orders. This needs to change and they need to put a separate line for online orders because clearly they cannot keep up. I also don't like how they do not acknowledge you and let you know they are taking online orders and will be right with you. They just stare at you in silence until they apparently have a moment to serve you. Again, I highly recommend burrito Loco in Epping for a better quality faster, option, and better service. read more

We order from here a lot, and while the food is usually really yummy, tonight's meal was a complete bust. The chips were so stale they were inedible. We ordered three burritos, two of which were not labeled; the labeled one didn't match the receipt. We had to open up all of them to figure out what was what, and none of them were particularly good. One of the burritos was so wet it soaked through the takeout bag! Yummmmmm! The chimi salsa literally rocks my world! I love cilantro and the fact that they offer cilantro on the food is awesome. The pineapple salsa is outstanding and I also enjoyed the verde. So here's the deal with the quesadillas- so delicious but prepared differently than I'm used to. It's a cheese quesadilla with the toppings piled on top. Absolutely delectable! The takeout was quicker than it said and easy. I definitely recommend and hope to continue to try more food. The steak burrito was excellent!!!! read more

Slow. I hate going here because you have to plan half a day it seems. There is no sense of getting people out. Food is pretty good. Everything is an add on-fajita veggies, guac, pretty much anything. BUT my order was incorrect - flour tortillas not corn (and you are discouraged from indicating an allergy unless you'll die from ingesting gluten, apparently) - and I can't even get anything handled because they don't answer their phone. They need a new online order only food station if the volume is that high. Be prepared to wait forever whether there's 2 or 20 people in front of you. It's really a shame they can't produce a better customer centered approach because the food is very good. We ordered a steak burrito and steak bowl on the online ordering. (8/14/21) It said "your order will be ready for pick up at 3:23pm" I placed my order at 2:40pm. We arrived at 320 for pick up and the girl said it would just be a few minutes. A few minutes turned into over 10 minutes and she came back and said "sorry they are working on it now" I saw them do orders for 7 people during the time I was waiting. I have given this business many opportunities to impress me and I keep getting let down. Every time I go into this restaurant the staff is extremely rude and my order never seems to be right. On one occasion I found a hair in my food. On another I found cilantro in my food after explaining that I had an allergy. There are many new rules due to Covid and I am fully understanding and will abide by them as I work in the industry as well. But, the last time I went there I paid with a card and the staff member asked me if it was okay if she could sign for me? I found this to be very odd and violating ... Las Olas is a go to for me for lunch anytime I'm in Exeter. It's basically a local Chipotle but you get so much more for the price. The portions are enormous, food is extremely fresh, and guacamole doesn't cost extra which is a huge bonus! Hard to beat for a lunch under $10 anywhere. read more

In a nutshell, Las Olas is Chipotle done local. They have the same counter-style ordering, but their basic selections are much larger (i.e. you must try the nachos!) and they offer more ways to customize your flavors (think: adding "sweets" or pineapple salsa). They're hands down my favorite place to lunch in the Exeter area! It's consistently AWESOME and offers several ways to switch your order up to keep you coming back for more. If I can convince myself to skip the sour cream and cheese (guilty pleasures...), it's also a healthy option. They have plenty of seating for large and small groups and the counter-style ordering allows you to eat at your own pace which is nice for tight lunch breaks. My only warning: Make sure you go early or come late - lines often form out the around lunch hour (even in the cold winter months!). read more

I am always happy with the food but this time the customer service was the star! We placed an order online for pick up and went in to grab it. The clerk asked for the name and confirmed they received the order. I stepped to the side and a manager asked me what order I was waiting for. He then went back to check and confirmed they were actively making it. Just a few minutes later the clerk called me over and had our order hot and ready. While I did not ask them to check the status, it felt like they cared about the service and were very responsive, kind, and helpful. If I had the money to be here everyday, you bet I would be savoring the contents of the mouth watering verde chicken quesadilla on the daily.
