No it is not

In the photos it shows they had family packs do they still offer that today and is it still $35? If yes I want this.

No longer available.

I tried calling this business multiple times yesterday at 3:00 p.m. and at 7:30 p.m. Does anybody now if they revised their business hours? There are times I have called and somebody picks up and hangs up on me.

The coffee tastes like a clean, bitter, cold brew with a foamy top. (Important: Bring Cash. There's a 4% Cash Discount.) I arrived at Rail Side Cafe (San Dimas) on Thursday (around 12:13PM). Parking is simple but busy. There's a side lot for customers; sign says, "2 Hour Parking." Staff is courteous, no-nonsense, and diligent. Staff worked hard. Staff quickly answered all my questions. My coffee took about three minutes. Good time. As mentioned, I ordered the Nitro Cold Brew ($9 - Large - 24oz). The coffee is very standard. It tastes exactly like any imagined cold brew coffee. Personally, the roast tasted a little burnt, but it's a common, familiar coffee flavor. The strength was weak for a nitro, but the HUGE SIZE and affordability balances it all out. This is a functional, budget drink. On ambiance, Rail Side Cafe (San Dimas) is a HUGE success. There's a lot of utility. The location has a self-serve water station, public internet with no password, stacked high chairs for children, two game corners (ex: Chess, Giant Connect 4, Giant Jenga, Uno Cards, Etc), and about one available electrical outlet. I also appreciated the retro, upbeat music and 1930s movie decor. In addition, Rail Side Cafe (San Dimas) has plenty of seating. There's about four interior tables, but there's also 16 outside patio tables. The location is clean, well-maintained, and well ventilated. Overall, Rail Side Cafe (San Dimas) is a good, local neighborhood spot. It offers affordable choice that are prepared "good enough." I wouldn't drive a long distance for this spot, but it's a decent option if you're already nearby. 4.5 out of 5

Their Yelp page, voicemail, and Instagram all say they open at 7:00 AM, but on Saturdays they don't actually open until 7:30 AM. Showing up based on the hours they advertise only to find out they're closed is a waste of customers' time and completely avoidable. The food is decent (better than traditional fast food breakfast) but a little overpriced, and that doesn't make up for repeated order mistakes and inaccurate business information. These are basic things a restaurant should get right. We may give them another chance because the food has potential, but they seriously need to fix their posted hours and improve order accuracy. Right now, the inconsistency outweighs the positives.

When my server in red finally came, there were no apologies or introductions, just, "do u need anything else?" I realized she was the server that took the order for the table that came 15 min after i was seated :/. Then i asked for my to-go box which she never ended up bringing. I had to flag down another server in black and ask again. But the "server in red" seemed awfully efficient and speedy when it came to bringing my check and getting her tip. And then a big white truck w an older mexican man honked me out of the stratosphere bc i made a left out of the parking lot while he felt i should make a right like him. I speak spanish and serve the hispanic community daily. The kindness was not reciprocated at this joint. Either that or they dont like people who wear blue shirts.

I mentioned an unusual taste, not bad, but the flavors of the chowder and the bisque were different than I've had at other seafood restaurants. I tried their Thai Iced Tea ($5.25) which was good. Overall, we felt that this dinner experience could have been better, but I would be willing to pay them a second visit and try some different menu items.

Service/ food I came in with my family this time and we tried something new! Thanks to Ana for recommending us the molcajete with steak, chicken, shrimp, fish, and the sauce has calamari in it, cactus cheese, etc. Comes with you're order of tortilla and you're side or rice and beans!! We made a return visit to Las Palmas, and once again, they did not disappoint! The customer service was just as amazing as before--our server Maria took excellent care of us with her warm and attentive service. This time, we enjoyed the delicious menudo, flavorful tacos de birria, mole wings, and perfectly spiced red chile chicken enchiladas. Everything tasted homemade and authentic, just like our first visit. It's always a treat when a place stays consistent with great food and outstanding service. I was unsure between the pork belly tacos or the torta ahogada "specials they had that day!"but they had no ahogas so I went in for some pork belly tacos! Best pork tacos ever, I mean it. Las Palmas delivers a great overall experience. The service is consistently on point, and the food stands out with its creativity and flavor. Wonderful place! Great food and very friendly staff. They are conscious of what they serve and ensure it's good quality. I am also vegan and so I'm very cautious when I eat out. IMO - The best seafood tacos in the valley! Great service - Really nice place tucked away behind the Carls Jr. and Applebee's on the corner of Arrow Hwy and Bonita Ave at the Arrow Hwy off ramp from the 57 Frwy. Perfect paring for the tacos. The place is a little small, but turnover is quick. They have an older crowd of 55+ from about 4 until 6, after that it starts to become a younger crowd. The ambiance is decent, but the service is great. Cindy was our waitress (server). She was very busy but took care of us. She is friendly with a great disposition. Ask for her or sit in her section, her warmth and attention to deal with make you want to come back. She told us she is usually only there at lunchtime, so you might want to swing by then, if you want her great service. Prices for food and drink were reasonable. I recommend trying this place. You will see, they are genuinely nice. As far as the ambience goes, for certain a stro g 4 out of 5. Nothing can be more comforting than to sit back and relax here. They have hi tables woth stools, as well as the hybrid style booth/table combo. Fans are always circulating and it is definitely not too stuffy. They do have music playing in the background, but it is not too loud like many places do. We have been back to try new and different dishes....all have been very tasty. A smaller and cozy place to have a nice meal. I can tell they cater to the local college students and offer a student discount. ***Hidden Bonus: their café de la olla is DELICIOUS! You can twll they make it fresh regularly and do not let it sit. It is by far waaaaay nicer than what they serve anywhere in the area. The meat was cut in tiny pieces. We also had the chilaquilicious chilaquiles which consisted of the chilaquiles with carne asada, bacon and eggs. 1/2 salsa roja and 1/2 salsa verde. The portion was good, however the green salsa can use more flavor. It seemed plain. The red one was better for my taste, it had a Smokey chipotle flavor. Not hot at all. The carne asada could use more salt or seasoning too, seemed a little plain. We tried their salsa macha (chili oil) omg soooo goood and the perfect amount of spiciness. We took home what we didn't finish. I hate wasting something so delicious. Overall a solid 4.

A side of guacamole or crema would have helped balance the flavors and improve the overall presentation. My daughter ordered the enchilada plate, and to our surprise, it didn't come with beans and rice. This was the first time we've ever been served enchiladas without those traditional sides. The price difference to add them was less than $1, so it was difficult to understand why they weren't included. Oh, and one of the TVs showing the soccer game was about 15 minutes behind the others. LOL. Window blinds were off balance and paper material making the place feel cheap. It's a shame because the issues I mentioned seem relatively easy to fix. Addressing them would go a long way toward improving the overall dining experience. I do admit that the other dishes we tried had very good flavor and I may come and try again in a few months...
