No it is not

In the photos it shows they had family packs do they still offer that today and is it still $35? If yes I want this.

No longer available.

I tried calling this business multiple times yesterday at 3:00 p.m. and at 7:30 p.m. Does anybody now if they revised their business hours? There are times I have called and somebody picks up and hangs up on me.

But what happened next was unbelievable. While I was on the phone explaining that I did place the order and had proof, the chef actually said, "Well, anyone could call and say they placed an order." The audacity. Instead of listening, instead of checking, instead of even pretending to care, I was basically accused of making the whole thing up. And here's the kicker: after all that attitude, all that dismissiveness, all that unnecessary back‑and‑forth, the order ticket suddenly appeared. Miraculously. I still picked up the tamales because it was Christmas and I didn't have time for more chaos, but the damage was done. The situation could have been handled with basic respect and professionalism. Instead, it was handled with suspicion and rudeness. We never went back and honestly, that says everything.

It is advertised at 10.99, but at the restaurant it's actually 11.99. Of course we also had to get the $5 margarita. The rice was fluffy and the beans were really good. The taco was crunchy with meat and fresh cheese. The cheese enchilada along with the sauce was also great. This was good food and great for the price. I mentioned an unusual taste, not bad, but the flavors of the chowder and the bisque were different than I've had at other seafood restaurants. I tried their Thai Iced Tea ($5.25) which was good. Overall, we felt that this dinner experience could have been better, but I would be willing to pay them a second visit and try some different menu items.

The coffee tastes like a clean, bitter, cold brew with a foamy top. (Important: Bring Cash. There's a 4% Cash Discount.) I arrived at Rail Side Cafe (San Dimas) on Thursday (around 12:13PM). Parking is simple but busy. There's a side lot for customers; sign says, "2 Hour Parking." Staff is courteous, no-nonsense, and diligent. Staff worked hard. Staff quickly answered all my questions. My coffee took about three minutes. Good time. As mentioned, I ordered the Nitro Cold Brew ($9 - Large - 24oz). The coffee is very standard. It tastes exactly like any imagined cold brew coffee. Personally, the roast tasted a little burnt, but it's a common, familiar coffee flavor. The strength was weak for a nitro, but the HUGE SIZE and affordability balances it all out. This is a functional, budget drink. On ambiance, Rail Side Cafe (San Dimas) is a HUGE success. There's a lot of utility. The location has a self-serve water station, public internet with no password, stacked high chairs for children, two game corners (ex: Chess, Giant Connect 4, Giant Jenga, Uno Cards, Etc), and about one available electrical outlet. I also appreciated the retro, upbeat music and 1930s movie decor. In addition, Rail Side Cafe (San Dimas) has plenty of seating. There's about four interior tables, but there's also 16 outside patio tables. The location is clean, well-maintained, and well ventilated. Overall, Rail Side Cafe (San Dimas) is a good, local neighborhood spot. It offers affordable choice that are prepared "good enough." I wouldn't drive a long distance for this spot, but it's a decent option if you're already nearby. 4.5 out of 5

I would like to start of by saying I've been here 2 times and it never fails me! Every time I come back is always better than the first!! Service/ food I came in with my family this time and we tried something new! Thanks to Ana for recommending us the molcajete with steak, chicken, shrimp, fish, and the sauce has calamari in it, cactus cheese, etc. Comes with you're order of tortilla and you're side or rice and beans!! We made a return visit to Las Palmas, and once again, they did not disappoint! The customer service was just as amazing as before--our server Maria took excellent care of us with her warm and attentive service. This time, we enjoyed the delicious menudo, flavorful tacos de birria, mole wings, and perfectly spiced red chile chicken enchiladas. Everything tasted homemade and authentic, just like our first visit. It's always a treat when a place stays consistent with great food and outstanding service. Did not know this place existed, but glad I found it!!! Everything in the menu looks delicious! I was unsure between the pork belly tacos or the torta ahogada "specials they had that day!"but they had no ahogas so I went in for some pork belly tacos! Best pork tacos ever, I mean it. Great service - Really nice place tucked away behind the Carls Jr. and Applebee's on the corner of Arrow Hwy and Bonita Ave at the Arrow Hwy off ramp from the 57 Frwy. I had 6 street tacos with pollo asado (chicken); flavorful and the right amount of onions and cilantro. My friend had 4 carnitas tacos and 2 street tacos. He raved about the taste of the carnitas with the guacamole. The beers were cold. They do not have draft beer, but that was not a big deal. We had lime and a little salt. Perfect paring for the tacos. The place is a little small, but turnover is quick. They have an older crowd of 55+ from about 4 until 6, after that it starts to become a younger crowd. The ambiance is decent, but the service is great. Cindy was our waitress (server). She was very busy but took care of us. She is friendly with a great disposition. Ask for her or sit in her section, her warmth and attention to deal with make you want to come back. She told us she is usually only there at lunchtime, so you might want to swing by then, if you want her great service. Prices for food and drink were reasonable. I recommend trying this place. A side of guacamole or crema would have helped balance the flavors and improve the overall presentation. My daughter ordered the enchilada plate, and to our surprise, it didn't come with beans and rice. This was the first time we've ever been served enchiladas without those traditional sides. The price difference to add them was less than $1, so it was difficult to understand why they weren't included. Oh, and one of the TVs showing the soccer game was about 15 minutes behind the others. LOL. Window blinds were off balance and paper material making the place feel cheap. It's a shame because the issues I mentioned seem relatively easy to fix. Addressing them would go a long way toward improving the overall dining experience. I do admit that the other dishes we tried had very good flavor and I may come and try again in a few months...
