The ladies who work here are super sweet! I got the package for my under arm, Brazilian and legs After 8 treatments I was still pretty hairy so I paid for 3 more at their recommendation. After 11 treatments and over $2000 I would expect to be less hairy. Even one of the nurses I saw told me my results should have been better. I'm just very sad and disappointed. Very expensive, but worth it for me. I have extremely sensitive skin and fast hair regrowth so add long lasting razor burn to the intimate bits and I just had constant misery. Laser is a bit more painful than I thought it would be, but only while it's happening, not afterward, and I honestly couldn't be happier because I don't have as much razor burn or regrowth. I finished the initial large package and continued with maintenence. So much happier, no more misery, much more confident. I recently had a nurse named Dani and I just love her to bits. Almost all of the nurses have been great for me but Dani was thorough, sweet, listened, and communicated well. Definitely going to request her from now on! Overall, I definitely recommend if you've got the money to treat yourself. It's really helped my image of myself and given me confidence. Never used to want to swim/ wear bathing suits because the situation down south was just too painful to maintain no matter what products I used. I've been going to LaserAway for years now and I've been to numerous locations. However, this specific location bruised my face up for three weeks and I'm still bruised. It appeared that the injector hadn't known how to do Botox. The injector was looking at a piece of paper that explained to her where to inject the Botox. That should have been my warning to leave. I'll definitely never go to this location again and I'm definitely going to consider looking for another place to get Botox. I'd give this location 0 stars if possible. After spending $2K here in packages, I am horribly dissatisfied. I went in for two areas - one small and one medium. I was told I was a great candidate because of my hair color and consistency. During the process, I was excitedly seeing results and signed up for two more packages (standby). I went in religiously every 4-6 weeks as told, kept my end of the deal for post care and pre care. After the eight sessions were completed, I expressed my disappointment. I was guaranteed 70% removal (which is still only a C job), but had so much less than that. After they saw the four week growth, they completely agreed and offered me two free sessions or to pay for MORE. Instead of going broke at this place, I took the two free sessions. A total of 10 sessions later, I still must have these two areas every other day to avoid a five o clock shadow.Coming back to the other two packages, it was a holiday special and I was excited to continue my journey of becoming a hairless woman. These were two areas I never shaved before because I didn't want to deal with thicker hairs and upkeep of shaving. But now that I'm getting laser, who cares! Well, that sucked. TI received absolutely no benefit from these right sessions in these two areas and now must have these areas every day. I'm utterly embarrassed of these and am now stuck with another task for the next 50 years. Don't do this. read more

I've now had three laser tattoo removal sessions and the experience has been awesome. Everyone at this location, front desk to nurses, has been extremely kind and helpful. Shannon was my RN at my most recent appointment and she rocked. She was quick, efficient, explained what she was doing, and distracted me from the pain with conversation. She also gave clear aftercare instructions and made the whole process seamless. As for results from the laser, it's only been three sessions, but I'm seeing good fading already. Tattoo removal can be a multi-year process and results vary depending on location & age of the tattoo, health, skin tone, type of ink, and more. Tattoo ink isn't regulated either, so you can't always tell how easy it will be to remove until you start. I think of a lot of people get discouraged when they don't see huge results after one or two sessions. Patience! I also really appreciated that they suggested I space my sessions out by 12 weeks - some clinics give as little as 6 weeks between sessions, which can be overkill and end up costing you more money (your body continues to break down the ink after the laser session, so spacing the appointments out can mean fewer treatments in the long run). It just showed that they actually cared about giving me the best treatment and not about charging me for as many sessions as possible. It's also in a great location with lots of parking available (it's in the same lot as a Safeway and other businesses). I would feel great about getting any of their services at this location, just based off of the interactions I've had with the staff. read more

In 2022 I was interested in getting laser Hair removal on my legs. A sales person convinced me that they had a fantastic package- Pay for the legs and get two other areas treated for same price. I wanted the top of my feet and toes done but she insisted the best deal was Brazilian as it was a bigger area for same price. I'm of a certain age and was not too sure about a full Brazilian but my fault for ceding to the pressure. Most of the Nurses are nice- Some seems to know what they are doing and little by little I had less hair on my body. Then a elderly family member got ill and I had to cancel and not go for a while. Once I showed up for my appointment, I was told by the receptionist it was my last cession- (I was told over the phone when I booked the day before I had 3 legs/brazilian and 2 armpits left) . I showed them my phone with all the texts I got from their automated system but still, they told me I was wrong. I was told the nurses log whatever they have done to their client after each cession so it was not possible. I showed then the text messages I received each time for confirmation and had none for the 2 cessions they told me I had. I was also told by a very unpleasant employee that I had a "bikini area" done on my first visit- incorrect- I had a package for Brazilian, why would I need a bikini area?? Anyway, to make along story a bit shorter, BEWARE of their financing deal- you pay in advance so that you have no recourse when there is an issue. I was told a ticket would be opened on my behalf and someone would call me- Nope- no call. i did get an email stating it was impossible, that their nurses did not make mistake and that I was wrong!!
