Eve is the best. I know she's probably tired of hearing my stupid jokes but she still laughs and gets involved. Her work is incredible. At the other place I used to go, I have to go back every 2-3 weeks. With Eve, I go back every 1 month to 5 weeks. Her price is comparable if not cheaper than some other places but if I don't have to go back for a month definitely worth the money. She's consistent with her work and will accommodate you with the look you want out of it. I was finally able to find the perfect length and way I liked my lashes to look. I went to Lauren after I bought a Groupon for a complete set and one fill. She was outstanding! It was so relaxing and Lauren is so soft-spoken, I actually fell asleep both times! My full set was almost completely intact at my three week appointment for the fill, which was great, but then all the lashes fell off about two weeks after that. I will need a complete new set now, but that is how my lashes grow, not a reflection on Lauren. I would highly recommend this adorable place and Lauren especially! I'm one week in to my eyelashes and they have stayed in perfect shape, and I haven't gone through extreme measures to upkeep them. The only thing I do different is that I don't wear mascara anymore, and made sure not to get my lashes wet the first 48 hours. Other than that, I wear all my normal makeup and liner and everything. This place was great. When I got there, everything was super smooth. I logged in, and was ready to go 5 min within arriving. I laid down and she began immediately, she was very gentle and smooth. I have got my lashes done about 5 times now and this was by far the best experience. She didn't talk much which was a change because I got to relax and nearly fall asleep. This was my first time getting lash extensions. I got them done by Rachel I think? Anyways, it was very relaxing and my lashes came out very nice, but unfortunately for me I am just a little too wild for eyelash extensions...all go mine fell off in about 2 weeks, but it's my fault since I just had to wear eyeliner everyday and I was rough about taking my make up off. Before I found Lash Out Loud I tried a few other lash extension salons and I was never satisfied with their services. The atmosphere is so peaceful and relaxing that while I was getting my eyelashes done I almost fell asleep, but once she was done and I opened my eyes, my eyelashes looked SO BEAUTIFUL!!!! I had never EVER had lash extensions look so good before. They are so natural looking, but still make my eyes pop and look really nice and big. There is no irritation at all (which I've experienced at other salons) and they lasted beautifully until my next appointment. Lauren is the actual best ever! She always makes my lashes look absolutely amazing. I love when I get to go visit her and get my lashes refreshed. Every time I have gone to this studio I feel amazing when I leave. One time my lashes did not stick too well because of humidity and weather and I let Lauren know and she squeezed me in and fixed them graciously, no charge. I have gone to different places in the past years ago, but after Lash Out Loud I will never go anywhere else. Not to mention the studio is so adorable with the cutest decor and a calming ambiance. Been coming here for a few months now & I am hooked! Lauren does an amazing job and is always so friendly. I was hesitant to try lash extensions due to how sensitive my eyes have become to different make up products. Luckily, I haven't experienced any eye irritation since Lauren is always extremely gentle when applying each individual lash. They offer different styles and lengths so you can pick which ones fit your desired look. I recommend keeping quarters in your car handy for the parking meters in front of the lash salon. read more

I purchased a groupon for a full set and a touchup. Lauren did my lashes and they looked AMAZING, but for whatever reason, within a week the lashes on my left eye had all fallen off! I called to see if I could schedule the touch up as soon as possible and they did not have openings for a couple days so Lauren offered to open up the studio early in order to fit me in the very next day. Once again, the lashes looked AMAZING! Lauren did not charge me a thing even though she basically applied a whole new set and did not count the groupon touch up towards it, insisting that I come back for that in another couple weeks. That's called great customer service! I've had them longer than a week now and they are still full and beautiful, so I'm not sure what happened before. I can tell these will last me through the next touchup. Lauren was very kind about opening up early and fixing something that probably was my fault in the end. Its only been 24 hours, but I can say that I love my lashes! I went w the natural 'look', as this is my first time getting lashes put on. The studio is quaint, feels warm and welcoming! Lauren is so professional & runs a great business. Getting my lashes put on was almost like being in a spa!? The only thing that could've made it a tiny bit more relaxing would be a pillow to put under knees (laying flat for an hour gives me antsy legs - so thats totally a personal preference) & maybe a throw or blanket to put on. Only because the fan makes is a tad chilly. But also mainly bc its like having a spa treatment! I love my lashes! I've lost 2 so far, but I think thats because I keep brushing them and messing around with them - totally my bad!!! Cant wait to go back for a refill! *I used a groupon for this, and totally wish we could use the groupon more than once (upon purchasing additional, of course)!!!! read more

I came to Lash out loud with a groupon and long story short Lauren did my lashes and they were absolutely gorgeous and she was VERY gentle and sweet. However after the lashes were on for a few hours I had an allergic reaction (Not their fault at all- I just ended up developing an allergy to the glue- which is rare). Lauren was so sweet not only did she get me in within a couple hours of me calling her to remove the lashes she did it for free AND refunded me my money AND on top of this she wrote me a really sweet card with her apologies making sure I was feeling ok, I could tell she was truly concerned and cared. This place has the best customer service, they totally took care of me when I had problems with my lashes even though it was not their fault. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants beautiful lashes for reasonable prices and wants AMAZING customer service.
