During our visit, the restaurant was fairly empty since we arrived during a late afternoon hour. Our server was professional and provided excellent recommendations that turned out to be exceptional. I started with the lobster bisque, as I had tasted a poor version at a Costco sampling earlier that day. Unfortunately, the bisque did not meet my expectations, as it lacked flavor and tasted more like a cornstarch soup than lobster bisque. However, the rest of our meal was superb. The short-rib birria tacos were a standout and tasted amazing. Additionally, the Cubano sandwich was incredibly delicious, even though it wasn't authentic.
