Amazing coffee and great service . We drove a half hour to get there after finishing a snorkeling tour so I had high hopes the coffee would live up to the reviews . It did not disappoint. There was a lone barista dressed in an angel costume (it was Halloween) and he was not only a talented barista but also friendly. Great combo. We came before the store opened so we waited outside the front door. We were the first ones there yet the barista opened the side door despite the line being at the front and only two people on the side. There was only one barista and he was making the drinks as the person ordered so there was a bit of a line. While we waited there was a little gift shop to walk around. We ordered the frozen mocha/granita since it was their popular item. I was underwhelmed. It was more expensive than a regular coffee but it just came out of an ice machine, so it wasn't even made fresh. There was no coffee taste at all. We ordered a macchiato too and ended up pouring it into the frozen mocha for some coffee flavor. The macchiato itself was pretty good; it was smooth and rich. It came unsweetened so if I were to come back again I'd order it a with a flavor. TLDR: skip the frozen mocha and just get a regular coffee drink. read more

It was early morning and quiet. The owner and his son were working and I'm so glad! We learned so much about his passion. Like others wrote - some of the smoothest coffee we've had. They had us sampling a handful of brews and shots so we could compare. Even made a special sample for my daughter and I as we are dairy free. A friend had visited months prior and fell in love with their coffee, asking us to pick some up. We almost needed another carryon just to bring home the coffee we bought for him, us, and my husbands business. We will certainly be back. I needed caffeine on my last morning in Maui and I wanted something local (anything but Starbucks). I found this place and after walking in, i was greeted by the wonderful smell of roasted coffee beans and a free sample of the frozen slushie mocha! The girl who brought it to me explained to me about how there were beans that were grown on the island, and then beans that were grown elsewhere but roasted locally. I forget which color bags was which, but they'll happily ask any questions! I also tried a sample of their POG slush, which was tasty and refreshing! They offer typical coffee drinks like lattes. On their specials menu I saw that they had a macadamia nut and coconut latte and that sounded perfect. So I ordered that iced and also got the POG slush too (for later). There isn't any seating inside but they have some cute little tables just outside. There's a small parking lot. It's a good spot to pick up souvenirs and gifts for home! read more

Went here twice in a row it was so good! My sister and I both got iced lattes each time, and thoroughly enjoyed them! I got almond milk in mine, and loved how creamy it was. Stopped in here just by chance. It's really got a great ambiance inside and is comfortable with lots of seating inside and out. I ordered a chai latte and it was good. The milk was creamy and frothy, but I tend to like my chai a bit spicer. It was still yummy. I would definitely hit this place up again when I'm in the area. read more

Great cup of Joe! I think I stopped by here every day of the week while I was visiting. The frozen mocha with an added shot of espresso was great. The frozen POG juice was ridiculously delicious and super refreshing. I'd highly recommend stopping by to pick up some coffee to take back home, and to grab something to go before you conquer the road to hana! read more

This morning i came here to try the fresh unroasted coffee beans, and try a latte. I had the coconut latte, and said hello to the owner. He seemed friendly, but while I was sitting outside, I overheard him talking to another man (no sure if he was a local). The two of them were talking politics; they started with the usual conservative issues (hate those welfare queens) before they both excitedly agreed that President Trump was going to "open up the records" on Obama, and prove that he's not an American citizen. While it is certainly the right of the owner to believe this absurdity, I would urge all right thinking people who disagree to not patronize this establishment. Remember, even Trump himself has admitted that president Obama is an American citizen! read more

Totally made our day to find this coffee gem! The owner is a super chill guy whose passion is Maui and coffee. You can even taste some local coffee berries and sample their frozen mocha. Yum! We bought some souvenirs here like unusual vintage feeling t-shirts and post cards. My boyfriend hardly ever gets flavored drinks but he couldn't resist the macadamia coconut latte - and damn was that good! Well this was a first for us. We went in and each ordered a cup of medium roast coffee. The barista responded with, "Yeah, we have a great medium roast coffee". He then proceeded to fill each cup with half dark roast coffee and half light roast coffee. The black carafes are clearly labeled dark and light. What?!?! That does not make a medium roast coffee. Unbelievable. We won't be back. There are too many really great coffee shops with locally roasted or in house roasted coffee to waste your time with this one. read more

The owner was very friendly, and took the time to chat with us about our stay. We got the frozen iced coffee (forget what it's called) and OH MY GOODNESS. I just want to let everyone know that I still crave it all the way from Arizona. They allow you to sample it first, which I would take advantage of! We had originally come here last year before leaving for the Road to Hana to get some coffee and didn't buy any beans back then. We were met this time by the owner Patrick who showed us their most popular roasts and made recommendations for us. He explained all his coffee beans are grown on Maui.
