Solid place to grab my usual order. Locale is very large inside and looks great. Got a sweet tooth and worried about sweets? They got you covered with ice cream rolls and are prepped to make it in front of you. Plus the workers there are very friendly. Overall looks great there and the food tastes good, bring friends there and make it a fun time to chill (no pun intended). read more

MEDIOCRE SERVICE. MEDIOCRE FOOD. I ordered something to-go and they didnt bother to put any plastic spoon/ fork/ chopsticks or napkins in the to-go bag. Guess they expected me to eat with my bare hands like a barbarian(?) Quality: Very mediocre bowl for the price of $12 (regular size) and doesn't even taste as good as other places. The fish aren't fresh and they're literally drenched in sauce, which makes them really salty to eat. Wouldn't recommend. read more

First time coming here I found the place to be very big and unique. This place serves poké and some other options like chicken katsu to pokérito to even baked bowls like the baked unagi and baked salmon bowls on one side, and offers rolled ice creams on the other. For the poké every time I've had it, the assorted proteins that was offered were fresh and nicely prepped. I don't like my poké very sauced up which to my pleasant experience the staff will actually work with you to get your poké the way you like it. All you have to do is let them know how you like it and they oblige. The rolled ice creams are spectacular, especially the specific flavors the staff recommends. They also do their best to make the food as aesthetically pleasing as possible which is a plus for those of us who loves to ig. Over all I would highly recommend this place given the spectacular customer service, delicious food and dessert, as well as a very open and pleasant environment. read more

Ordered here so many times. Never disappointed. Compared to other Poke place, Icey Poki have more condiments or servings in their bowls. If you choose tuna or salmon or spicy crab, they don't put just 3 pcs or a pinch, the servings are really worth your money. The food tastes good, they're fresh and not dry like other places. Ordering online is easy and pick up is on time. read more

Hmmm I really wanted to like this place after reading the good reviews, but I just couldn't. Maybe because I ordered it towards the end of the day but my bowl was so bland. I asked for two different sauces but when I got my bowl, there was barely any. Like I actually thought I forgot to add the sauces but I checked my order again and I most definitely did. I ordered the shrimp chip, wonton chips, etc and they tasted pretty stale. It could've just been an off day for but I don't know I feel like I kinda wasted my money. read more

My friend and I went into Icey Poki during lunchtime. The employees were extremely nice and service was fast. The employee switched me and my friends order, but quickly offered to fix this. Due to the high school ending, the place was too crowded and there was no more seating. The fish was very fresh tasting and delicious. The Unagi Sauce was a great addition to our fish. One issue is they made the bowls more expensive and smaller. Overall, very good food and service. Best poke in Evergreen! read more

food was good but... felt a little short changed for the $ (compared to Poke House)... improvements: please improve on the processes. i came in after 15 kids (bad luck on my part)... but i don't understand why it took 25 mins (after i ordered and paid) to get my bowl. all the ingredients are prepared and ready to scoop. 2 people making bowls, i'd imagine 1 bowl can be made in roughly 1 minute. from my experience elsewhere, the processes are scoop, scoop, scoop, mix, pour into final bowl and give to the client all-in-all, the presentation is clean read more

Ordered them on Ubereats. First tried fishmepoki through DoorDash but they had hair in theirs so never coming back. Was reluctant to try Icey because of fish me but not only was their large Togo big but they are good and no hair! It was my first time coming here and I was really surprised with all the ice cream flavors. I end up I ordering the Ice Ice baby ice cream. It was really good. If anyone likes taro ice cream I highly recommend ice ice baby. They have all sorts of toppings to choose from, which made it easier for me because I'm such a picky eaters. The service was great. This is, by far, my favorite poke bowl spot in San Jose! Huge bonus that they also serve delicious rolled ice cream. Name a poke spot, and I've most likely tried it. Icey Poki is the place that I go to again and again. I have never been disappointed with the quality here, I love all of the options for toppings, and their sauces are SO good and perfectly balanced. Okay, I've only been disappointed ONCE, but I blame myself I tried their zucchini noodles to be healthier, but I regretted my decision since it made the sauce and everything watery. Since then, it has only been sushi for me! Lol Also, I feel like their prices are also reasonable since they are pretty generous with the scoops/portions. They're just so consistent and I know what I'm getting when I order from them. Just a little side note: customer service COULD be hit or miss, but most of the time I've had really nice people help me out. I'm not going to ding them on that, because it has only been a couple of times over the course of 3-4 years of me frequenting this place. My usual order if you're curious: sushi rice, (some combo of hamachi, salmon, and/or tuna depending on the day), cilantro, edamame, sweet onions (light), cucumber (light), spicy Mayo, ponzu, unagi sauce, crab salad, pineapple, seaweed salad, furikake, ginger, and shrimp chips to top it off. For the rolled ice cream, I really like their avocado one, their cookies and cream one, and their lady in pink. Go crazy with whatever toppings you like Sometimes they'll have the cotton candy machine on for an additional treat. As far as covid precautions go, the workers all wear a mask; they change out their gloves often; there's a QR code for you to scan and order if you don't want to go inside to order; and they limit the amount of people inside. I went to this place yesterday because I was craving poki at night, since all the poki places were closed I ended up coming here. I'm so glad I was able to try the poki. I would definitely come back. First of all, the inside is beautiful. It is very aesthetically pleasing. When I came inside I was confused because usually for other poki places you pay last. Also, the register is sort of hidden when you walk in. Other than that I love the variety they have for the poki bowl! I also saw that they have ice cream rolls. I was not able to try the ice cream but I would like to come back to try it. Overall, I really enjoyed my poki bowl and I can't wait to try the other stuff they have here. read more

Ooohhmmmaaaggaawwdd Soo good! I had a large Poki bowl with almost everything in it. It was delicious. The guy who was preparing my Poki bowl was very kind, smiley and accommodating. Definitely better than Poki bowl and they have hot Cheeto crumbs to put on top ! Yum!! I also enjoyed some fried Pot stickers on the side, quite yummy I say. Of course after I had my Poki bowl, I went over to the other side and had a mango Icey. It was delicious and always fun to watch them chop, scrape & roll. I won't come to this place again! I ordered my food on Doordash and I came when my app told me it would be ready. Again, my food order was put in already, however, a customer that was barely ordering her food was able to get her food before me. If I knew I had to wait so long for one dam bowl, I would have went to another poki place. Poor service and unfortunately it gotten worse! read more

A new poké spot conveniently located closer to my home, with fresh ingredients and prompt service. Good enough to satisfy your poké needs. (Review based on 2nd day of opening) ENVIRONMENT: Interior design is clean (because it just recently opened), and has a fresh smell of "new" (imo isn't really a con for me). Wood are cleanly varnished with no signs of faults yet. It is certainly spacious in comparison to other poké spots. Furnitures are stable, and color themed to feel warm and natural (with exceptions to the blue background in the far cashier area). Decor is minimal so far, but I can get the feel of what they're going for. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Very well done, prompt. (Besides trying to understand through the heavy accent of one of the employees) He was patient enough to walk through me their process. He introduced me to different sauces and the variety of toppings they offered. Well engaged, smooth, and simple. NOISE: Low (9:50PM), Music, slightly high, enough to speak over. Music choice is rap music. FOOD/HYGIENE: They offer both Poké and Ice Cream Rolls. Portions are just right for me. (Went with Regular Poké). Ingredients are fresh. Clean hygiene practice when serving. ORDERED: *Sushi Rice, added with Ahi Tuna, Hamachi, Spicy Tuna. *Mixed in with Cilantro and Cucumber. *Flavored with Ahi Shoyu (combo sauce introduced by cashier), Spicy Mayo, and Sesame Oil. *Topped with Spicy Crab, Wasabi, Masago, and Ginger *Crunchy w/ Tempura Flake, and Fried Garlic. HOW-TO: *Pay first by selecting which size. *Then choose your combination. VERDICT: Poké spot closer to home for those that live a tad closer to EVC. Food is great, service is great, ambience is great. Would recommend friends to try out and hang. (Not a place for studying, although up to you) read more

First things I noticed when I walked in was how spacious the store was. Honestly this seems like the kind of place I could come and chill with a big group of people. Let's start with the Poke side. They have a lot of variety of fishes, sauces, and toppings. They even have spicy salmon; I don't even know if any other poke place has this! The fish tasted fresh and the sauces were good. The rolled ice cream side was pretty lit too! When I went there was a big line and even though I didn't get one my friends said it was bomb! Give this place a try! read more

Regular Poki Bowl: $13.51 This is my first time here at IceyPoki and it looks like a new poki chain. This place impressed me right when i walked in. The store is spilt into two; the left side is for rolling ice cream and the right side is poki making, while the middle is where you can sit and eat. I thought the layout of the store was pretty neat and cool! I decided to get a regular poki bowl and the portion seems average like other poki places. It contains 3 scoops of protein, toppings, & sauces. Mine contains mixed greens, 2 scoops of salmon, 1 scoop of spicy salmon (i'm a salmon lover haha), spicy imitation crab, cucumbers, edamame, corn, tomatoes, cilantro, green onions, seaweed, and masago mixed in ponzu sauce and spicy mayo topped with fried onions & garlic, yaki nori (thin cut seaweed) & furikaki. Tastes so good mixed together & i'll definitely be back! The store doesn't seem very busy so you can fast and easy service quickly if you're ever in a rush. Came here on a Sunday afternoon, excited to taste the new Poki place that opened up in the same plaza as Tea Society and Q-pot. I came here with my family members. The employees were not friendly and didn't greet any of us. Walking into the store, there's two choices. The right side, we have Poki; the left side, we have rolled ice cream. Decorations are chill and cool. Seating is split between the two- plenty of room to relax and enjoy the food. Trash bins are placed at the doors, making cleaning up easier and faster to find. The process itself is confusing. Customers HAVE TO walk all the way up to the front and order. I swear we stood by the side, filled with bowls, waiting for someone to take our orders. After getting the order, the Poki was alright. It was decent compared to all the other Poki places in the area. I would recommend this place if you're really craving Poki, but if you're okay with the drive- go someplace else. Fish was a little chewy, and our bowl was drenched in sauce. Not very tasty. My uncle ordered the rolled ice cream, and it wasn't made well. Maybe it was rolled too long or the temperature was too high, but he just wasn't a fan. From our experience, we're not returning to Icey Poki and taking our chances elsewhere. read more

Camer here on the 3rd day of opening. It's both a poki place & ice cream roll place. Everyone there was really friendly. I got a regular size bowl for $11 which is cheap imo. It came with a lot , I didn't even finish half the bowl. There was a lot of options to choose from. Overall the food was good , I would comeback again. read more

This establishment is absolutely phenomenal! I had the Crunch time burrito, and I swear to god it was the absolute best! It was my first time trying it and I was a little skeptic at first but it played off. Poke is sub par. You order by filling out a form, which makes it hard to customize. They skimp on protein. Do not get a large! They must have a tiny scooper because it is ridiculous how little tuna I got with a large. Also I ordered with my gf and they mixed up our rice. That was a huge drawback of not being able to oversee how they made the bowl. Overall I was disappointed. The good rating must be because of the ice cream. I would not return. read more

I LOVE ICEY POKI SO MUCH!! I've never received such good customer service & food quality from any restaurant ever! I come here almost 1 or 2 times every week or two because it soo addicting. The fish is so fresh & it literally melts into your mouth, I love that they have soo many options from your base, proteins, mix ins, sauces, toppings & crunch! Their regular bowls cost about $10.95 while a large is $12.95, so affordable!! They also have an Rolled Ice Cream on the other have of the restaurant (it's huuuuge) for $6.99, my favorites are the Mai Thai & Kit Kat. They also have several toppings you can chose from for your ice cream. The staff itself, they are so friendly & they don't skimp out on scoops. They are so accommodating to request as do it without a problem! I really appreciate how they remember that my boyfriend likes to substitute some of his toppings or add ons to his baked unagi roll without my boyfriend having to say anything! read more

I love ice cream and this was very delicious! I like how it is close by and easy to get to. The parking area may get very impacted so you might have to parking far depending what time you pass by. In the event you eat pho in this shopping center, this ice cream spot is the perfect dessert! We have tried the Cookie Monster and the Kit Kat Bar! Both are delicious and has the right texture! We add condensed milk typically to our ice cream and it makes it sweeter! We don't tend to add many toppings to our ice cream but it's perfect how it is! I love this place very much and will keep coming back to try other flavors of their rolled ice cream! Might try to expand my topping preferences next time. Definitely recommend trying this place out. Also if you like poke bowls they have that too (I'm not a poke bowl person). read more

When this place first opened, I thought it might just be another typical poke bowl place and rolled ice cream. Plus the thought of the two in one store kinda grossed me out. However I was really craving rolled ice cream one night and since I live so close to this place I thought I'd finally give them a try. Upon entering, I was surprised that the decor was quite pleasing to the eyes. Both sides of the store are a little bit unique to compliment what they sell but meet in the middle with an aesthetic feel with the natural wood finish. Also there was no strong odor of fish which is what I find at many other poke bowl places. People also mentioned that it's kind of confusing on where to order. But I had no issue bc there are signs telling you where to order and to do so first. I was greeted by a nicely groomed employee who was very kind and showed us all our options. We were originally only there for the ice cream. But he totally sold us on the poke side and not just for their bowls, but for everything else they had to offer. (They have such a wide selection) We ended up getting poke tacos 4 for $10 and 4 orders of rolled ice cream [for the rest of my family) AND BOY LET ME TELL YOU THOSE POKE TACOS.. I had them like 30 minutes later bc I didn't want my ice cream to melt and even after putting them in the fridge the shell was still nice a crispy. And they give a good serving of fish as well. And the ice cream. Damn. I've had rolled ice cream when they first came out in Vegas and New York. But this place was pretty good too. The guy who made mine made it the perfect texture. As well as cute and presentable. The ice cream was cheaper than I expected too. Only around $7 for a serving when most places are $8-$9. Overall I had a pleasant experience. The staff was super friendly and attentive. The food was great and reasonably priced. The atmosphere is pleasing to the eye. AND ITS SO CLOSE TO HOME. It's my new fav! read more

I was recommended this place by a friend who really loves it. I didn't enjoy any part of my bowl. The ingredients just don't...mix. And all the basic things, like rice and greens, was mediocre. Not going back. Edit: I came back recently to try their rolled ice cream, which is wonderful & increased my review from 2 to 4 stars. They allow you to choose toppings and add almost as many as you'd like, and the process is fun to watch. Something to keep in mind is that you pay before you go to the poki or ice cream stations and give them your ticket/order. I would go back for the rolled ice cream but not for the poki. read more

Considering there's not a lot of tables for patrons to sit, i think the ones they do have should be wiped down more routinely. Overall pretty mediocre for the price. If you're near maybe stop by for some ice cream but in my opinion, not worth a trip out of the way.

Came here on a crowded Friday night for dinner and dessert. My wife got a regular with seaweed salad and I got the large. Both of our portions were HUGE. The 2 worker that helped us on the poke side were so nice the whole time even when we asked for almost everything they have there. Overall I think the price is pretty cheap because your bowls will be stacked.
