    IP Fries
    Mary N.

This plaza has plenty of parking and the store has a good number of seating. We've always liked their ice cream and poke, but on this day, we tried their IP fries. They team was pretty quick at making our food and we were so shock when we received it. It was a hefty portion and the toppings were delicious. I highly recommend this snack but you'll need a few people to share.

I've never even visited in personn I've only ordered through doordash but every single order has been amazing!!!!!!! They always follow my special requests exactly, which is rare with delivery. The salmon bowl is fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned, and the poki tacos are absolutely delicious with great flavor and a crunchy exterior !! Everything arrives looking fresh and well prepared. Itssss literally Consistent quality everytime this is my FAVORITE place and only place I want to get poke

My favorite place for build your own poke bowls!!! I go here at least once every 1-2 weeks and have been going here since 2018. The portions here are HUGE!! A regular bowl is easily 2 meals for me. The fish is always fresh and they don't limit you on the number of toppings you can get. I have yet to find a spot that offers the same variety of toppings and sauces that IceyPoki offers. My go to order is always half and half sushi rice and wonton chips (pro tip is to ask for them on the side) with 2 salmon 1 tuna and all of the toppings possible!

Food: they offer a combo poke deal, for $23 total with tax, you get a poke bowl with 3 proteins, a side, and a drink. I got the special fries for the side, it comes with masago, crab scoop, sauces like unagi and mayo and top it off with some nori. SOOO GOOD for my bowl's protein, i got ahi tuna, salmon and octopus. Protein and veggies are very fresh and neatly cut. I do think the fish could use a bit more sauce, but it's still a very good bowl! I also got kiwi strawberry Arizona as my drink, that was very good with the rest of everything. Service: the employees are very friendly and sweet. I enjoyed our interaction. Ambiance: this is a very spacious and fun place to go and chill with your friends or work. The tables are clean and neatly arranged. Although they get customers regularly, it doesn't feel crowded and overstimulated. I recommend coming here, get a poke, sit and study then later get the rolled ice cream, what a vibe that is! I still have yet to try their ice cream because i get soo full from their poke, but once I do i'll be sure to update! They have MANY wonderful flavors to try as well.

Prepare to have your mind blown. At this place, there's so much fish, layers and layers of fish, I kept digging for the rice in the bottom and started to wonder if there was any. Haha, "plenty of fish" in my dinner! Fish was fresh, many options for sauces and toppings, would recommend to anyone who likes their poke with lots of protein and a small side of rice, not the other way around.

This was my favorite poke spot in the area, and I've even raved about it to friends. This is the 3rd time I've ordered here this month. The other 2 times were great, but this time I doordashed. The fish tasted fishy, and the tuna was a weird consistency/shape, inedible. Some of the mango pieces were also not fresh. :(

The food here is solid! 4 stars just because nothing blows me away. There is a good fish to rice ratio and a they provide a good amount of toppings as well. The store is decorated really nicely! I really like how they take your order by having you fill out a paper. It is quick and easy. Will definitely be back again when i am craving poke!

Still my go to place for poke after all these years. I only get a regular sized poke bowl, and they've been offering a deal. I decided to get a regular bowl with spam musubi and a diet coke! Next time I'll get it with fries. Their fish is still good quality, however I noticed that the salmon were cut a bit smaller than usual. Other than that, I always have a positive experience here and recognized that some workers have been working here for years as well. Even though this place may not be authentic, I will always be a loyal customer!

Food was just okay. It wasn't bad, but nothing that makes me want to return. I'm giving 3 stars because they were generous with their serving sizes and the restaurant is clean and it was affordable.

I had their Cookie Monster ice cream, which is a vanilla base with Oreo cookies. You also get to choose your toppings! I added lychee, caramel syrup, toasted marshmallow, and M&Ms on top. It was really sweet and definitely satisfied our sweet tooth!

So far, I've had Icey Poki twice and I think their bowls are pretty solid with thick, fresh pieces of raw fish and lots of toppings. My most recent time, I tried the $20.99 combo deal and got a bowl, IP fries, and an Arizona green tea. Pretty good deal but I think the bowl itself is already quite filling so I'd probably stick with getting just a bowl for future visits. IP fries were decent. Very saucy. Just got a bit too heavy and sweet. Service was good, employees were friendly and food came out fairly quickly. Easy parking in big parking lot. Lots of indoor seating available.

For a ~$20 Large Bowl you get: Up to 4 Proteins Up to 2 Sauces Up to 2 Bases Unlimited Toppings This poke place is my go-to if I'm having my cravings! Generous portions of raw fish and plethora of toppings, how could I resist? Unlike many restaurants, they actually read delivery app instructions and give me what I ask for! I love heaps of greens dominating my brown rice, and they succeeded my requests to a T. Walking in, you may be feeling underwhelmed by gloomy lighting, lack of diners (went at Friday, 1 PM), but the employees will make it a priority to give you smiley greetings. Seemingly, most orders are through delivery apps for a seamless grab-and-go. What makes up for the ambience is the other side with creative chalk engravings of the ice cream roll flavors. You can tell the fish is relatively fresh upon the taste. However, if you prefer your poke cubical and chewy, I'd suggest avoiding the Spicy Tuna. The texture is of mashed up fish goo. I would also stray away from the Octopus, because it didn't taste as fresh as the Salmon and lacked flavor. The toppings are the savior of the bowl (quite frankly). I've been several times, always pleased by the consistent streak of never skimping. The mix of savory fried onions, sweet corn, umami salmon, subtle tinge of the crab salad, and crispy cucumbers will always leave me wanting for more.

It's best to order in the store itself. Ordering from Yelp is 1-2$ more?

I had spoken with the owner at the time--who was very kind--and based on that interaction, I chose to take my earlier review down. Unfortunately, this experience left me just as disappointed as before. I placed an order through DoorDash and received it about 45 minutes later, which I understood since the app noted they were busier than usual. No issue there. The problem started when I checked the receipt on the sealed bag--it had my name and all the correct ingredients listed. However, when I opened it (and it was clearly still sealed, so not a driver issue), it turned out to be someone else's order entirely, with completely different items. This is very similar to my previous experience, where part of my order was missing altogether. At this point, it's hard to justify giving them another chance. It's especially frustrating because the food itself has been great when it's correct. Issues like this point to a lack of quality control, whether that's from insufficient training or not taking enough care when preparing orders. Poke isn't cheap, so when mistakes like this happen--especially more than once--it's incredibly disappointing. Sadly, this will likely be the last time I order from here.

We come often and get a large amount of poke and their quality always meets expectations every time. It's only window ordering (and not a sit down restaurant) so wait times can get a little lengthy with many people coming during lunch breaks and with it just being a popular place. I definitely recommend to order through their website online before you start driving! I always get to skip in front of the pick up line and just pick up my food when I arrive. Their parking lot only has about 7 spots and is almost always full but the spots can open up quick with everyone coming in and out. There's a lot of street parking too. The environment is great here. Price is pretty steep for something like this. The owner or person taking our order seemed like a confident or very straight forward / strong type personality, which I'm fine with because I naturally have a bit of a strong personality as well so it didn't bother me, although it would've been better if he smiled or something so it doesn't seem like he's coming off like a New Yorker. Just sayin. But I also know that he's simply doing his job so it's nothing personal. Anyhow, the food he talked a good game on it being the best in the Bay Area turned out to be quite mid IMPO. The shrimp was 100% overcooked, the side Mac salad was actually *not* good at all and it sucks because that's something I feel like you can't mess up but it was gross unfortunately, I spat it out even tho I hate wasting food. It just didn't taste freshly made whatsoever. The poke bowl wasn't comparable to Hawaii since he mentioned it's just as good... but honestly I think everyone's taste buds are different because to me, the poke bowl was totally mid, but it could taste really good to someone else and that's certainly OK! Also -- I like salty things esp when I crave for it but this was quite heavy on the salt, which made my experience the way it was. Even though it could've been better, I came with no expectations and just wanted to see what the fuss was about. That said, the only thing that was good was the rice cracker snack we bought and that's it. Glad I still gave this place a try, but personally for me, it's definitely my last visit. Maybe I'll come back at an earlier time to get one of their strawberry mochi but other than that, I think I'll rest my case here.

I chose unagi, the house sauce and ponzu. I also asked for spicy mayo drizzle at the end. my brother got the wasabi mayo but he said he barely tasted the wasabi when mixed in. total came out to be around $40 for two large bowls. I wasn't sure what I was expecting for the soba noodles, but I was pleasantly surprised and really enjoyed it. the sauces from the marinade seeped into the noodles gave it a nice light flavor. the fish was fresh and chicharrones were such a good contrast with the crunch (im a huge textures girl). I was able to eat half and and save the other half for lunch the next day. because I got soba noodles, I did not have to worry about heating up rice and separating the fish, so it was perfect.
