I was a bit thirsty walking down the French Quarter, waiting for a bar that would "speak to me" and Le Booze was it. This place is really chill. Service was fast, the beer was cold, and the bartender made very good drinks. This place felt different than the messy bars on Bourbon Street, so I stayed for hours. When I got hungry, I checked their menu and asked for recommendations before ordering... The recommendation of trying their Angus burger was right - this was the best burger I've eaten in NOLA.

Cheers from Le Booze Bar!

This review is actually for the Le Booze bar, not the hotel itself (I did not stay there). Our bartender Alex was beyond words amazing! We walked by Le Booze and liked the vibe so we stopped by for happy hour. From the moment we walked in, Alex made us feel like family. She was so kind, funny, and attentive. She cared so much about our experience during our visit. Please tell her thank you for the loving hospitality. I will recommend Alex and Le Booze to our airline industry friends. There are hundreds of them who stay right down the street at the Marriott every night. Cheers!

A quiet night for a drink while watching the LA Clippers play the OKC Thunder.

Pretty nice little place in the French Quarters of New Orleans. It's definitely a dive bar with one large bar in the middle surrounded with bar stools. They have beers on the tap, bottle beers, and certainly mixed drinks. However, their mixed drinks menu is not as big since the lack many of the ingredients. So basically just order the not so fancy simple drinks. And guess what we ordered...? Yep, more Vodka with Cranberry juice, and of course more beer. LOL. The drinks are inexpensive. So we drank while watching the NBA basketball game (LA Clippers vs OKC Thunder). It was cool! The bartender was really accommodating. He was a nice guy. Yes, a bit light headed but fun! This place is definitely a dive, and it's very chilled. You probably won't find a place like this in glamorous LA. Well, maybe around the hood. Ha! And for sure not around the Strip in Las Vegas.

Pulled pork nachos

My mom and I popped in here for the HAPPY HOUR deals one day on our vacation. We got the half priced pulled pork nachos which were pretty good and a great deal when they are half off!! There were drink deals for well drinks as well. This was perfect for what me and my mom were looking for, but it's nothing special. If looking for a fun "NOLA" bar this probably isn't it.

Pretty underwhelming. Easy skip. Good ambiance though. Service was fine. Not much to write home for

Awesome burger at Le Booze today! Served hot off the grill with fries and a nice Yuengling. Sweet! Great service from Bailey!

A little on the pricy side, but the bartender here made me the best Sazerac I had while in New Orleans.

Bartender is unprofessional. Watched as they taunted customers and poured out their drinks.

Literally the only place that has casamigos tequila in all of the city. I am mindblown. Big fan of this place.

The restaurant and courtyard are beautiful, with a rich history that adds to the experience. Chris Hannah is one of the best bartenders in the business. He took the time to learn what we enjoyed and crafted cocktails that were absolutely spot on. Beyond the drinks, he was warm, engaging, and even shared a list of local recommendations that ended up being some of the highlights of our trip. Outstanding cocktails, genuine hospitality, and an unforgettable start to our New Orleans adventure.

We were seated in the upstairs area and tried some of their drinks. We got the Brandy Crusta which is their most popular drink and the Pouvez-Vous Poulet which is a seasonal cocktail. The Brandy Crusta has the cup dipped in sugar with a fairly strong cocktail within. Definitely get this when you are here as that is one of the best Brandy Crustas and is historical. The Pouvez-Vous Poulet is a duck fat washed rum cocktail and is also very delicious. You cannot really go wrong with any cocktail, but definitely order the Brandy Crusta for the true experience here. Though, honestly, while the cocktails are good, it was not as memorable as the other Top 50 Best Bars in the World that I have been to, but I won't dock a star off because of this, since the cocktails and overall experience otherwise were fantastic. Service is good but can be a bit slow, but it is an acceptable tradeoff for a more quiet ambience compared to downstairs.

The Apothecary was the cure. We grabbed seats mid bar and before we even finished settling in, there were waters waiting on the bar. That simple move already separated this place from the chaos outside. It's hospitality in its cleanest form: welcome in, take a breath, we got you. Inside is low light and old time apothecary mood, menus like a spellbook, but it's not gimmicky. The bartenders move like they've done the reps. Calm. Precise. No frantic showboating, no syrupy cover ups, no sloppy pours even with the parade energy banging on the door. We ordered two and they were both dead on. Alchemist Elixir: pea flower gin, elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon. It shows up pale violet with an orchid on the rim and yes it's pretty, but it's also disciplined. Floral without tasting like perfume. Bright without being sour. A drink that makes you slow down. Plus a magic chemists surprise. Corpse Reviver #2: local gin, Lillet Blanc, Grand Marnier, absinthe, fresh lemon. Cold, crisp, citrus first, then the herbal edge and just enough absinthe to remind you what city you're in. Served in a textured coupe with a cherry skewer, details handled like they actually matter. Outside, the streets were selling amnesia in plastic souvenir cups. Inside, The Apothecary was serving adults. Let Bourbon Street keep the grenades. Give me the anecdote .

The vodka based blood bags did not taste good. They were out of the sangria. I was sad that the ones we got we threw out. Staff was attentive, professional. The decor was nice, airy, bright, exposed brick, hanging herbs etc. Felt like a movie set. Very nice.
