So today I ordered from "le pain quotidien" via DoorDash! I ordered a breakfast sandwich with one egg some cheese and a half avocado on a brioche bun! I got buy one get one free Well, it was delicious and filling really!

I have been to many of their other locations but not this one. It was my first time here. Stopped by to get coffee and a scone. The interiors are pretty here. Very Parisian. There are a few outdoor tables as well but it's on the sidewalk so I'm not a fan. Customer service was friendly. My cappuccino tasted good but the scone was very dry. Didn't order any food nor did I stay to dine here but definitely will be back to have lunch with my mom. Will update my review.

There is always something to look forward to for breakfast, when you find a place like this. The air was filled with both savory and sweet delights that made my stomach roar with anticipation. Today I had a Toasted Ham & Gruyére sandwich and an iced matcha Latte and I was delighted. While I'll admit the size of the sandwich was less than the American in me would have liked, every bite was a very pleasant savory experience as both the cheese and ham was aromatically wonderful, especially with the provided three-mustard blend to rouse the tastebuds. I almost licked the plate on this one, as the mix of acid and fats made the sandwich so nice to enjoy. I tried my partner's Chai Latte which a wonderful sweet and spicy treat that suddenly made me wish it was Winter. Overall, I clearly have an excuse to come back to try all manner of desserts. I have plenty of French to practice in the meantime. Cheers!

I'm sure I'm not the only one to think that this place has gone downhill over the years. The service was not awful, but could have been much much better. I think our order was not placed on time because people who ordered after us got their orders before us. It was not super busy and we waited a very long time to get 2 items. The food was below average. My avocado toast had the thinnest layer of avocado spread, some sliced avocados on very chewy bread. My husband had the skillet eggs with bacon and scallion, it was so so small and we paid around $20 for each menu item. Does not make any sense, you can get much better quality and tasting food, better prices, and service elsewhere. I probably won't come back here again after this most recent experience. I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone else coming here.

This 5 star is for Ariana who alone with one other employee took care of all customers which had packed the indoor seating area due to power outages because of the LA fires. She manages all the tables with a smile and sincere service. The room was packed and she kept track of all the orders and did a superb job! The food was as expected; delicious, healthy and appropriate portions. The entire team deserves a medal for handeling consumers who took refuge at Le Pain Quotidien.

I like the atmosphere of Le Pain Quotidien. The food has remained consistent over the last 10-years. I first ate at their locations in NYC. I'm happy there's one in Studio City. Street parking is challenging in this area due to several eateries on the block. Service has ebbed and flowed over the years depending on who's on staff. Before the pandemic, Jimmy and Carlos were great servers and could handle the restaurant when it got busy. Oftentimes, it feels short-staffed and orders stack up in the pick up window. Management has always been the server's backup, running food and bussing tables. The menu offers solid choices. And the aesthetics and menu options has a French cafe feel.

My spouse and I were driving along Venture Blvd on a Sunday, looking for a place to enjoy coffee, tea, and breakfast when we came across Le Pain Quotidien. I'd never heard of it before or been there, but when we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the staff behind the bread and pastry counter. At first, we thought about sitting outside, but it was a bit too sunny and hot for us, and the only available table had no shade. No problem though--we opted to sit inside instead. The interior was beautifully decorated, with natural wood tables and chairs that gave it a cozy, welcoming feel. Most of the floor was wood, though some areas were tiled. You could tell a lot of thought and care went into the design, and it definitely succeeded in creating a warm atmosphere. After we sat down, a friendly young lady (whose name I unfortunately can't recall--apologies!) came over to take our order. My spouse had tea and a Quinoa Avocado Salad with some wonderfully fresh bread slices, which he loved. I went for coffee and the Toasted Paris Ham & Gruyère Croissant with a sunny-side-up egg, which also came with a small green salad. It was absolutely delicious. The service was excellent, but I have to mention one particular detail that really impressed me. Having visited countless cafes and restaurants over the years, I've seen staff wipe down tables--some do it well, others a bit hastily. But today, I watched one of their employees actually kneel down to wipe the bottoms of the metal legs on some small tables. Now that is what I call work ethic, and it deserves to be recognized. That young man earned my highest respect. I'll definitely be returning to this place and highly recommend it. The menu offers healthy options and is vegan/vegetarian friendly.

The baguettes are great, so is the coffee and avocado toast. But I Thought when I ordered a tomato and mozz sandwich for $14, I'd get something worth $14. Instead, I got a McDonalds hamburger sized whatever you'd like to call it. I'm not a huge man, but Look how Tiny it is in my hands. I almost returned it but I was already down the block. So I ate it in 3 bites and left pretty disappointed.

Decided to give this place a try as they are a retailer that participates in the TooGoodToGo program (app) where instead of throwing away food that wasn't purchased at the end of the day, they sell it to you for a minimal fee in this case a surprise bag of $5.49. This was my fourth place on the list that I have purchased a surprise bag and I would have to say this place, they gave me the least. But I have to be honest, what they gave me was absolutely delicious and I would come back here to purchase something but it won't be anytime soon, because I have other places yet to try. The place is nice but the parking is not. Can't say much for the service either, I felt offended that he had to look at me before choosing what items ai would receive, what's that about? Can you look at me and tell I have eight people in my household? I think not, but I digress. It's whatever. Still got my money's worth but he probably still threw some stuff in the garbage or the last person got a real surprise bag lol.

TLDR: Okay parking experience, extremely rude staff member upon entrance, only goes downhill from there. Very unlikely to return to any Le Pain Quotidien's in the future, and if I do it'll surely not be this one. - - - - - - Le Pain Quotidien has been an oft forgotten restaurant in my to-gos for at least 10 years... no surprises that for a location on Vetnura Blvd that parking would be a hassle. Parking is bye valet ($2.00) or via street; on the weekend there were plenty of spots. I visited to pick up a "Too Good To Go" order, and the dark-haired staff member wearing a fabletics shirt who helped me expected me. I didn't even get a chance to speak, and he told me to swipe my check-in. What takes the cake was his condescending tone when he shortly said "Here you go," threw the paper bag on the counter, and turned his back... Didn't even get a chance to place any additional orders... Between the possible and unexpected TooGoodToGo discrimination and the impolite introduction, I'm really not sure what's worse. However, I had already planned to get work done here, so I ordered a large iced latte. The pastries in the bag included a chocolate cake, which tasted like a stale madeleine in cylinder form. The regular butter croissant was decent, and the sugar almond croissant was also decent. Not extremely delicious by any means, though I'm not sure if that's because it tasted stale or because the there really was no salvaging what could have been a pleasant Saturday afternoon coffee break. The coffee? Yeah, it was good, but nowhere near what it's worth to step food in such an unwelcome environment again.

Le Cozy little Pain! Amazing Americano/Frances little breakfast cafe. Warm and friendly from the moment you stepped inside the restaurant. Attentive staff and knowledgeable about specifics. Note; Not only staff, but people here in general were really friendly I was amazed how welcoming I felt. Le Pain Quotidien " Our Daily Bread" Soup of the day was Delicioso! Once again, you'll be the judge!

First, their cafe de olla is absolutely delicious. This remains one of the only places where I genuinely enjoy ordering cafe de olla. Second, their food is incredible. They serve excellent portions, everything tastes fresh, and the food is just so good. I've had their taquitos and chilaquiles, and both were delicious. The only downside is that every time I've come, there has usually been a bit of a wait, especially because the restaurant itself is pretty small with limited seating. The inside is cute, but small, so we usually end up sitting outside. This is where their Monrovia location does have the advantage because it has much more space. Parking can also be tricky. Good luck finding a spot close enough where you don't have to walk far. We usually end up parking in the residential area around the corner. That said, the staff are wonderful and always try to be as accommodating as possible despite how busy they are. Highly recommend this place if you're okay with possibly waiting a bit for seating. I got to taste my friend's huevos divorciados and the sauce was so delicious. My machaca was different than what I have had at other restaurants, a little on the dry side, but I enjoyed it. Loved the rice and beans it came with! Another highlight was the Cafe de Olla itself! I think I downed like 4 cups of it, it was so delicious. Service here was fantastic. Highly recommend!
