I ordered a pain au chocolat and a café matcha. The croissant was delicious. The matcha was so hot, couldn't drink more than a couple sips before letting it cool down. To be honest it wasn't anything special so i probably wouldnt recommend. But my favorite was the macaroons. Now usually im not a macaroon fan but they were so light and fluffy, i got a rose, raspberry and vanilla one. And the raspberry was my favorite. So delicious! The place is quaint and cute. Loud, drafty, and crowded, we found ourselves with reservation and blank looks from staff. Somehow secured 3 seats around a small table. Placed orders. The Classic Croissant was indeed warm, flakey, buttery and good. Coffee - not so much.... Brewed cup tasted like the Americano. Must've been the same. We started our day with macaroons and coffee from here. My sister got a dirty chai which is a chai latte with a shot of espresso. It was probably one of the best chai lattes I've had. It was a perfect balance of spice and sweet. The bakery is small and becomes very crowded. I cut a point for the macaroons as they were not anything special. This cute little cafe caught my eye as I was in need desperate of a cup of coffee. The ambiance did not disappoint. The atmosphere was cozy. The ordering process was pretty easy but I ordered a caramel latte and the cashier automatically added oat milk which cost an extra dollar. I didn't like that as I prefer regular milk. We also had to ask for a table to be cleaned multiple times. This could have been a coincidence but I don't believe in coincidences. The coffee itself was tasty but the portions are a little small. It could mirror the sizes in their authentic cafes but I feel like the cashier automatically chose a small for me. I likely would have ordered a larger size.
