A little disappointed : ( The manicure, on the other hand (get it?!) was much better. My hands are construction hands, and she did a great job of cleaning them up, and making them look like well kept hands...the polish didn't chip as fast as the toenails did, but I was much happier with the Mani. Pro: it's the clean and friendly the girl who saw I was unhappy I wanna say thank you for trying your best to fix my set. Con: I just wanna say I've never left a salon in TEARS. I spent 65 dollars on a dip set that was not worth it. They literally charged me 10 dollars to have my nails ripped off I wanted a simple dip manicure and acrylic removal. The nail tech I got wasn't paying attention to what I said or wanted I've never had my acrylics ripped off in a salon before I was literally sweating. After her ripped off the little nails I had left he started to put tips and I was like okay cool I'll just get some almond shaped nails that'll look nice he made one hand longer than the other and said "you said short" sir that was before you ripped off my brittle nails. And then when I said can I make the nails have more of a point he said that's not almond. It wasn't turning out the way I wanted I was getting so uneasy because I wasn't getting what I wanted for and the tech seemed bothered. I wanted to like this place (I really did) but I have to be absolutely honest. The owner and manager are super friendly, very inviting, and they have great bedside manner. Now let's get to the business about my nails. My nail tech was Ben. I showed Ben and Milk a photo of what I wanted. She was very helpful and picked the powder for him. As he was shaping my nails I told him I wanted them slimmer (coffin) and he just smiled. A little while later I noticed he didn't understand what I was communicating so I asked Milk to tell him. She told him I wanted coffin shape. He clearly got upset because he started rambling (not in English) and he said something about SQUARE, then she said coffin. After that he was pushing and pulling my hands pretty rough. We got into this stare and I just wanted to be done. It took 2 hours for a dipping powder full set. In the end, it was $60 for an attitude nail service with rough edges, unfinished under my nails (there's lil balls of clumped up powder under 3 nails) and if you look at ALL the photos posted, the cuticles are shot. I can feel the edges around the side of my cuticles unfinished with a ledge. My daughter had a nail tech named Aiden and I wished I had him too. He was very professional, his work was beautiful, and he totally understood what my 15 year old daughter wanted. He didn't ask once, he asked a couple of times as the process went through, making sure she was happy. I absolutely love her nails. I do not like mine :/ read more

I wish I can write a negative review for yelp! they deleted my last review for this location/business which I think is so rude! apparently, they thought I was some kind of spam or unreal review. believe it or not, Yelp I actually do give this business 5 stars. The owners are just the sweetest and like previously stated by another reviewer they have a great bedside manner. My nails always look great. I love the design and shaping. I got there and they started doing my nails mind you it was only one man working on people and one man managing the walk ins and payment. 10 minutes into doing my nails which he only had time to put the foil on my fingers with gel polish remover a girl walks in saying she messed up her nails. He stops working on me to fix her nails which took about 45 minutes no lie, so at about 6pm he came back to me I was so frustrated I just asked him to please take the foil and gel off and that was it. Leaving remover on someone's nails that long isn't okay. And he still charged me 10$ to take the gel off. Unbelievable and I will not be back. This is my second review for this nail salon. I go to this place specifically because they offer gel-x. I have found a more affordable girl, but she was unavailable so I came here. I would like to state that the customer service is exceptional. The "host" if you will call it at the entrance of the salon was very nice. My nail stylist Sean was super super sweet as well. The reason I am giving this review a 3 is because of their prices . This set cost me $98. I started adding up the math using their website because I didn't understand how we got to this price point, and I was too shy to ask in person. A gel-x set cost $65 + an additional $12 for french tip. Then each nail design cost $7. At the end of my manicure I was given a hand massage which I thought was complimentary since I was not asked if I wanted one but rather just given it. Turns out that also cost $8. I loved the service and my nails but I definitely think this is more of a high end salon. So just beware when coming. read more
