The General Manager Tammy Freeman placed a large order through the place I worked at during that time, which was at Kinders, and I was in charge of her order. It was for 200+ people and when we have an order that big we have to send at least 50-100 extra plates since the plates are thin and people tend to take more than one sometimes more than two at a time. I was running 15 - 20 minutes late because the chicken was not at temp when it was time for me to leave and we did not want to serve 200 people undercooked chicken. I got there and delivered the food, then was told by Tammy that there was not enough sauce. I went back to the store to grab more sauce and came back to the dealership. When I came back in I was greeted by Tammy, very furiously asking me where the rest of the plates are. I told her I gave her more than 300 plates and that people tend to take more than one plate at a time since the plates are thin. She told me to stop making excuses and proceeded to accuse me of driving to my house to keep the "missing" plates for myself as if I needed them, and told me that must be the reason why I was late. This conversation was held in a room full of 200 people who were all watching us and listening in on our conversation which made me emotional and I started crying. She proceeded to come up with other ridiculous conclusions in front of these people while I was audibly crying. A kind man in the room decided to show her that people really were taking 2-3 plates each which is when she didn't know what to say. I walked out and went back to my store where I cried in the walk-in for 30+ minutes. Do not buy cars from here, the general manager is awful and even though this happened years ago it has scarred me for life and has caused me to never work in the food industry again. I don't know if she is homophobic or literally just the worst person alive but either way do NOT give her your money. read more

Started off good then he saw the review I gave him, went downhill from there. I told him that if they fixed it once and for all i would change the review. Unfortunately, they had sold the car just as we called but Daniel told us if a similar car came in he would give us a call. Overcharged! Overcharged! Overcharged! My second visit and was promptly told it would be $185 just to look at the problem despite it being a problem that they previously 'fixed'. Per usual, Service person stated here's nothing they can do but, suddenly was able to lower the price when revealed how much I paid the last time. Beside that, overall experience ok. I know dealerships exist to rip you off, but can't help but feel everything is super inflated so that they look like they are going above and beyond when they 'find' you a 'discount'. Post-sales customer service and responsiveness is terrible. I purchased a used 2018 Audi from Lehmers in July 2019. The sales process wasn't bad, no real pressure, even though I don't think I got an especially good deal. My salesperson, Ron Kinder, provided one key for the car and couldn't find a second key. He promised he would get me a second key. However, about a week after the purchase, Ron sent me an email saying they could not find the other key. I did not immediately pursue getting one, hoping the second key would somehow turn up. Recently, I had my car serviced by Audi for the first time and I discovered that a new key would cost $500, including programming. I made numerous calls and emails to Ron requesting that I be reimbursed for a second key since they were unable to find one. I received no response. I finally contacted the sales manager/owner (Carl), explaining the situation and requesting reimbursement for at least the key, while offering to pay for the programming, which was $165.00. I have never purchased a car without receiving two keys, nor have I ever sold a car without providing two keys to the new owner. Carl was rude, insulting and defensive, saying to me, "If I asked you to give me $500, would you do it?" He said Ron had told him he told me he would "try" to find another key, but never promised to provide one. I heard what Ron said as a promise. Carl finally said he would discuss the situation more with Ron. Despite several follow-up voicemails from me, no one from Lehmer's ever contacted me again. Concerned about being without a spare key for any longer, I went ahead and paid for the second key, which I got from the Audi dealer, myself. After this experience, I realize that in the future I will get everything in writing. Considering my experience, I will never set foot in this dealership again. read more

First time I have every visited this dealership after a recommendation from the GMC website for a pre purchase inspection on a 2018 Acadia. Aweful Aweful Aweful. They clearly have enough business and are not looking for new customers. The Acadia we bought has an expiring warranty May 19th and I wanted to see if there were any underlying issues that could be warranty related. Their service guy was right up in my grill in under 10 seconds and said they would not do the inspection as GM does not want them to find warranty issues even though I was paying for the inspection. I was wow I am a brand new customer and then huh? Does that mean if you have GMC under warranty this dealership is not high lighting warranty issues because GM doesn't want them too. Clear to me this dealership operates in GM's interest not their customers. read more

I recently purchased a used 2016 GMC Acadia that I found at Lehmer's. I live 60 miles from Concord, and was looking for a light interior which is hard to find. We called the sales manager Peter to confirm it was still available before we made the drive. When we arrived, we were greeted by Peter who hooked us up with Darrell Joyner to show us the car. Darrell was very knowledgeable and accommodating, showing us all the features and letting us spend as much time as we wanted to look without being aggressive. He walked us through the process and made sure we were comfortable while we waited for finance. He made the process painless and helped me set up a GMC App, paired my phone and set up an Onstar account while we waited. My husband and I bought a van Lehmers in 2012 and that was a five-star experience. Unfortunately their auto repair shop is so bad that I've reduced it to a one star rating. We had a flex plate problem due to a design flaw that was repaired once by another mechanic but recurred immediately. Lehmers attempted to accuse the previous mechanic of fraudulent workmanship. Lehmers begrudgingly went to to GMC, but not as an advocate for us. They simply charged us a large amount to fix it again, justifying it with the idea that this time the work would be warrantied. As part of the job, they removed then re-installed the transmission. It never leaked before they worked on it. Afterward, they identified a small seal leak which we paid them to repair. Now we have a major transmission leak and they're trying to charge us another thousand dollars to repair that. In my opinion they are much more interested in gouging the customer then performing quality work. I'm very disappointed. Purchasing a vehicle there was a great experience but the auto repair shop has soured my opinion. read more

We had been looking for a used Black on Black 2011 Yukon or Tahoe for several weeks. I gave a call Lehmers to set an appointment with Rick Weaver and the rest is history. I know what you're thinking. "Five stars for a car dealership? This guy either owns it, or he's completely insane." Well, no and no. I'm just a dude who was halfway through a Sacramento-Santa Clara drive, when my GMC Sierra decided to have a freak malfunction. Turns out a bolt fell just happened to fall out of one of my brake calipers, rendering my truck incapable of moving forward while I was doing 70 down the freeway. Well this place saved my a** in record time, with the friendliest service I've ever seen from a dealership. Normally, when the idea of getting work done at a dealership becomes your only option, you choke on your tongue a little bit, and your heart skips a beat or two as you attempt to make friends with the idea that that home project you were planning is suddenly gonna be put on the back burner for awhile. I got that same feeling when it turned out my only option was this place, since on a Saturday afternoon, all other options were closed. From the moment I walked in, I started feeling at least a little better about it, when the girl at the counter greeted me (I wish I remembered her name so I could give her the recognition she deserves), being very easy to work with, and completely understanding of the hurry I was in. She was very willing to help as much as she could and get me back on the road as fast as possible, as I was already in a time crunch as it was. I told her what I thought it was, and she said she'd give me a call when they took a look. Wife and I go grab a bite to eat, and not even halfway through our meal, I get a call from Lehmer's. It's Miss Awesome (God I wish I remembered her name!) saying not only did they determine the problem, but they'd fixed it, and I was ready to go for only $150. This completely blew me away. Not only was this the lowest repair bill for ANYTHING I've ever had done at any dealership anywhere, but taking consideration for the rush we were in and being in and out in under an hour is simply unheard of. As far as service goes, I cannot speak highly enough of this place. What a JOKE of a business. It has been two weeks since we purchased a brand new truck from them and I am still in shock over the awful experience. We walked in knowing what truck we wanted. Took it for a test drive and said, "we will take it". Never haggled on price and we paid cash. Sounds like an easy transaction but it was not. We had a few questions on the fees and the salesman said financing would go over the numbers with us. Salesman also asked for my husbands social security number. We were confused as to why but they said they needed it and would not run credit. Well, guess what? They ran credit for a CASH deal. We were told they wanted to verify who my husband was???? We waited a good hour and finally someone came out. He was super cocky and said "ok, sign here". I told him we had questions and he was annoyed. They had only my husband on the DMV forms. I let him know we would both like to be on it (this question was never asked as we were told we would go through all of this with financing). He said then go to the DMV and add yourself on! I couldn't believe it. I think the look on my face told him to change it. He proceeded to tell me I should have mentioned something earlier on. He comes back with the paperwork and the salesman had written down the wrong zip code for us when the "salesman" filled out the application. We told him it was wrong and he looked at us like we were lying. He gets up and then comes back with someone else who starts questioning us. I couldn't figure out at first where this was going. I finally said, "we didn't fill out ANY paperwork, the salesman did". They finally said, "OH! we are so sorry. Many times people come in here and give different zip codes to save money on taxes". Um, ok, so you called us out on being criminals? STRIKE TWO. He then comes back with the paperwork and as we are going through it there was a bogus charge for something the truck did not come with. When on the lot before the test drive we asked the salesperson about it and he said it would be taken off. Guess what? It was still on there! At this point we demanded it be taken off. It was only $25 but it was the point. The jerk finance guy acted like we were being too much. He told us he would have just told us "no". He finally took it off. At this point we were ready to walk with how we were being treated. Once all paperwork was signed he said, "ok, congrats on your truck" and started to walk away! We said, "OK, well, where is it?" He said, "I don' know" and then yells across the whole building to the salesman to find the truck. What an embarrassing establishment. No need to get the boiler response from the owner as I have read the reviews and he does not answer his phone. Obviously does not care how his business is ran either as these same types of reviews have been going on for a LONG TIME. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. read more

I bought a used car from this place and I have had nothing but problems with the car. First it was a clogged tube or something that cause water to pour literally inside my car. Then not long after my car started sounding like a diesel truck, it's a Chevy Equinox. When I brought it in they tried to make me pay for a diagnostic test, mind you I had just bought the car a couple months ago. Ends up I have an oil issue. Still not fixed. And now my car won't go past 60 MPH so I have to bring it back. This car has given me nothing but problems I regret buying a car from here and can't wait to get rid of it as soon as possible and will NEVER I'm life purchase another vehicle from this place. Every step of the way I was kept informed. My 2013 Buick Verano arrived exactly as promised. While waiting for delivery Buick offered an addition incentive which took an additional $1k of the quoted price. Robin in finance was very nice and helped find a better loan than I was able to get from my banking institutions. The whole process was just very smooth and everything turned out exactly as arranged or better. I regularly golf with a long time car salesman so I know how this business can go. With any large purchase I think it is important to be skeptical at each step to protect your interests. I purchased my 2013 Chevy Equinox from Lehmer's on 1/10/2015. While I went in to try and haggle, as most people expect to do at dealerships, I didn't make it very far. Lehmer's does their research and prices their vehicles competitively. I'm confident that the price I paid was fair and justified for all of the features I got. Side note: I LOVE my vehicle! After I got home, I discovered that the spare tire cover in the cargo area had a hole in it and that I was missing a rear floor mat. (It was dark when I finalized my purchase so I didn't notice either of these things). I sent Jason McNeil (my sales consultant) a text and a photo of the damage. Immediately he replied that he'd spoken with his manager and asked when I could bring the vehicle in. I brought the vehicle down the next day and he replaced the floor mat on the spot. Ivan (I believe he's the service manager) took a look at the tire cover and assured me that they would order the part and replace it for me at no additional cost. In two days the part arrived and they replaced it for me, no questions asked. Thank you Jason, Pete and Ivan for providing excellent customer service. I am updating my previous review to show appreciation to Lehmer's management for turning things around. Long story short, I discovered an error on their website which prevented me from booking a discounted service appointment (advertised via email as a one-day special). After making two requests to be contacted and hearing nothing, I phoned in to a very apathetic individual who couldn't care less about the website's error and who made no effort to problem solve. What I wanted all along was for somebody to clarify why I could not make an appointment for that day and help make me one. I also experienced "sass" from another employee on a different day. Regardless of these things, the manager reached out to me and went above and beyond my expectations to rectify this issue.
