Vegetarian Spring Rolls - so good. We ordered it again.
Ani J.

This restaurant is located inside Aria. The ambiance is top notch. The service was a bit slow, considering it was fully staffed. But our server was really nice. Here is what we ordered: - Edamame: decent. - Veggie Spring Rolls: absolutely loved it. We ended up ordering two rounds of it. - Veggie Fried Rice: so good and flavorful. Very well cooked. - Drunken Noodles: again, delicious. We absolutely loved it. My friend who goes to Vegas often is a huge fan of this place and it did not disappoint. We loved the food. I cannot wait to go back and eat there when I'm in Vegas next.

Everything here was so good! We have a party of 5 so we were able to try multiple items. The place is pretty and pack, recommend make rsvp. The price is not that expensive for being on the strip either, I would dine again.

If you want to eat Thai food in a nice place, then this is the spot for sure. However, if you want great Thai food, then do some research and grab an Uber and head off strip. The food here is just OK but know you're paying for the fact you're at the Aria. The Lemongrass Old Fashioned sounded wonderful on paper, and had about as much flavor as paper. It was poorly made (look at the crap ice/drink ratio) and tasted like plain whiskey in a glass. The only flavor came from chewing on the piece of lemongrass in the drink like a Bangkokian Rabbit. The Green Curry was pretty good with a nice creaminess to it. The shrimps were a decent size too. The Catfish Delight was good as well, but you definitely need to like catfish (which I do). It had a nice spice at a level 1 (I didn't want to ruin it, but could have gone to a 2) and a ton of basil, which was nice. Service was just OK with a lack of water refills and visits to the table to check in. In a nutshell, I wouldn't go here again. So many better places around, but one of the few Thai specific on the strip.

Lemongrass is located inside Aria which makes it convenient if you stay there. The service was okay. They were friendly but did take quite awhile to take our orders. The ambiance is dark inside and it's nice. People dress casually. The food was okay. Some was good but overall, it wasn't anything special. I have had way better Thai food for a quarter of the price. I wouldn't come back here and sadly, wouldn't recommend it. Coconut Rice: basic but good Crab Puffs: good Thai sausage: prob the best appetizer we got Larb chicken: not good Pad Thai: not bad Chilean Sea Bass: pretty tasty

I went to Lemongrass in Aria for the first time on my most recent Vegas trip, and it's now one of my favorite spots there! It's a very nice, but not over the top, Thai spot, that is perfect for a date night or intimate meal. The aesthetic is perfectly fitting and the service is spectacular! You have to start with the satay grill when you go; the flavors are fantastic! Both the pad thai & the sesame shrimp were delicious, and the portions are great! Both of the cocktails were very refreshing, the pink leopard was my favorite! There are a ton of phenomenal spots in Vegas, but if you haven't been to Lemongrass yet; I highly recommend making it a must visit on your next time in town!

We walked to Aria Resort and casino from Vdara hotel. Even the parking garage is a bit of a walk so being dropped off by a ride share is better and will put you quite close to Lemongrass Thai restaurant. The Thai decor is really cool and the restaurant layout is comfortable. The staff was friendly to us. They have a separate room in the back for private parties available for rent. There is a small bar with bar stool seating. We ordered Thom kha gai soup and that was excellent. In addition I ordered pineapple fried rice which they served in a carved out pineapple. It came with a generous amount of shrimp and I loved it. The thing which tied everything together so I will say it is a must order is to get the coconut water with Thai foam $8. That blended so well with every bite of food that it enhanced the flavor and had a refreshing charge leaving you feeling satisfied not bloated . One specialty drink we sampled was the Thai old fashioned. They made it with a Japanese whiskey and spicy Thai bitters and it had a nice finish. For three people the bill was $123. without tip.

This place was definitely amazing. We went here for Valentine's Day, and the food was phenomenal. We had the drunken noodles as well as the shrimp rolls and nothing disappointed. We also tried out the rice dish with all of the seafood, and I will definitely say that it was top notch. The service was amazing and the ambience was very laid-back and inviting. We will definitely be back because this has become one of our favorite spots to eat at in Vegas

The portions don't seem as generous as they used to be, especially for the price, which was a little disappointing. That said, we really enjoyed the coconut tom kha soup it was flavorful, comforting, and definitely the highlight of the meal. The service was also good, and the staff were attentive and friendly throughout our visit. Overall, a mixed experience, but there were still some positives that stood out.

I had a phenomenal experience here at Lemongrass. We had a group of 10 come in celebrating a birthday. The servers were amazing and helped with recommendations and helping us with whatever we needed throughout our meal. Our server was very attentive and helpful. As for the interior, it was decorated very nice. Proper lighting allowed for amazing photos to be captured as well. Everything was well kept, clean, and well maintained. As for the food, I gotten the green thai curry and the pineapple friend rice. I was able to try my other friends' items as well. They were all amazing. Since it was our friend's birthday, they treated him to a super rich and creamy coconut ice cream. Quite delicious and refreshing! Overall amazing experience and can't wait to come back and try their other dishes!

Some of the best curry ever!! We dined in and wanted to try a little bit of everything. We had the kindest server who was actually from Thailand! We tried a steak dish, pineapple fried rice with chicken, and the yellow curry. Everything was delicious! Located in the Aria hotel, this is a gem and was a mixed of dressy/ casual. Would recommend!

The food was delicious, though I wish I had asked for a more spicier level. Their rating scale goes from 1 thru 10 and I chose 5. I love my spicy food and would have chose a 7 if I had known.

My sisters and I visit Las Vegas about four times a year -- it's a quick flight from the Bay Area -- and we almost always stay at Aria or Vdara. Lemongrass has been a go-to for us every single trip, dining in or ordering takeout two to three times per stay. The food is genuinely delicious: flavorful and authentic -- not watered down. For a hotel restaurant, that's saying something, and it kept us coming back again and again. Which is exactly why our most recent experience was so disappointing. We always order our usual dishes and request Thai chili with fish sauce on the side - a simple condiment that pairs perfectly with the food, especially since the kitchen rarely delivers on the heat we request. On this visit, our server informed us there would be an upcharge for it. A few dollars. For what amounts to a tablespoon of sauce served in a small sauce dish - the kind of tiny accompaniment you'd find at virtually any Thai restaurant at no extra cost. Imagine being charged for a splash of soy sauce at a Chinese restaurant. Same idea. Let that sink in: a few dollars for a condiment at a luxury Strip hotel. Not a specialty ingredient. Not a premium add-on. A small dipping sauce. I was genuinely taken aback. In all of our visits over the years, this had never once been an issue. But beyond the surprise, it's the principle: at a world-class property like Aria, nickel-and-diming loyal, frequent guests over a trace amount of condiment is simply beneath the standard guests expect -- and pay for. This is the kind of policy you might reluctantly accept at a fast-casual counter, not at a polished restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip. We haven't been back since, and won't be until this changes. Such a shame that one petty policy ruined what was always a favorite.

Chilean Sea Bass

The restaurant location is located next to the aria high roller tables so often times there is a constant smell of cigars blowing into the restaurant. The first time I ate here I was seated further inside the restaurant so it wasn't noticeable, but this time I was seated closer to the entrance and the smell was really bad. The staff was very kind and understanding; they moved me further I to the restaurant when a table opened up. The food was very good! It was expensive but the portion sizes were good for sharing and I was happy with the quality of ingredients. I've never had soft shell crab fried rice! It was really good the crunchy texture with the savory fried rice paired well with the Chilean sea bass. I was so happy with the sauted gai lan. It's so hard to find vegetables on the Las Vegas strip so i'm happy that they offered different types of veggies sauted. The mango stick rice was amazing! The mayo was perfectly sweet and ripe and the sticky rice had a slightly salty taste that balanced the coconut cream fla

The food was consistently good across the board. The standout was the whole fried fish, which arrived beautifully fried, well-seasoned, and conveniently filleted and cut for sharing. The filet mignon was cooked exactly as ordered and very flavorful. The crab fried rice came with a generous amount of crab and was easily large enough to share. We also enjoyed the mango salad, though the portion was smaller than expected, and the shareable Tom Yum soup was delicious but likewise felt undersized for a group of four. Service was excellent. A coordinated team of servers managed our section, delivering food, clearing plates, and checking on us throughout the meal. Everything moved efficiently, and requests were handled quickly and professionally. Overall, we enjoyed the meal and would recommend this restaurant for quality Thai cuisine and attentive service. The only consideration is the price. Dinner for four, including three alcoholic drinks and gratuity, came to about $450. While the food and service were very good, this is definitely not inexpensive Thai food, and at that price point there are several other strong dining options competing for your attention in Las Vegas. Still, if you're looking for an upscale Thai dining experience, it's worth a visit.

Service is consistently excellent--attentive, welcoming, and polished every time we visit. Our Usual Order: 1) Garlic Herb Crispy Prawns - Hands down some of the best in the city. The prawns arrive perfectly crisp with a generous coating of golden garlic and herbs. Each bite has that satisfying crunch before giving way to tender shrimp. 2) Mango Crispy Catfish - A beautiful contrast of textures. The crispy catfish is topped with bright slices of mango and finished with a chili-lime dressing that ties everything together. The Mango Sticky Rice is beautifully plated, and the Egg Yolk Ice Cream is a unique treat that's rich and creamy without being overly sweet--the perfect way to end the meal.
