Update: Food still good but price and quantity is lacking. I usually get single Ranch Burger with a small fry. Normally this would be less than $6. Today ordered Ranch Burger and denied a small fry or kid fry. Even though they still have kids meals. Cost came up to almost $10. This seems pricey. Also for $3.49 for a regular fry seems like the same amount of fries I used to get with the small fry. For the extra cost associated with these fries, should of filled the container. Disappointed with this Lenny's. Not sure if I will return. For the Price, I could of grabbed In-Out for less than $6 for a doubledouble or even Red Robin Gourmet Burger for $10. Red Robin gives you fries to eat on the way. Lol Mind you i didn't eat any of my fries in thr car and container was barely filled. Also cashier, held on to my credit card...way longer than I like. This was my 2nd time at a Lennys after having a great time at the one in Mesa; I tried this one out in Chandler. The premises is very clean and all the 50s diner furniture and decor looks great; I really liked the neon 50s sci-fi rocket. This is a great place for kids/families. I had their signature cheese burger(a lot of delicious meat),fries, tator tots(perfectly cooked and crispy)and large, white meat chicken tenders. I have lived in Chandler Arizona now for a few years, moved here in 2020 for family from the Sedona area. I was told by a friend to try Lenny's burgers that they were fantastic! Well I love a good Reuben sandwich so tried one it was delicious!!! I've been back 3 times now for the Reuben spot on Everytime!! Service from the servers who everytime welcomed me in, happy to take my order and suggestive up selling was very nice. Restaurant was clean all 3 times I was there! I will be back. MMMMMMushroom Burger! YUM!!! Everything was hot and fresh. I ordered the Mushroom combo and my boyfriend ordered the Fisha and Chips. Th eburger was moist and flavorful. I love mushrooms so I did not mind the big slices I know some people prefer chopped and sauteed, im good either way. It was fairly empty inside, 2 other families were seated there besides us but the drive thru was quite busy. First time here and it's probably my last. Stopped by to grab a late dinner, no one else in the drive thru and it took almost 15 minutes from ordering to getting my hotdog and onion rings. The 1/4 lb hot dog is put in a tiny bun that holds barely half the hot dog which was somewhat burnt and it's just some cheap, partially soggy bun. Honestly when the food arrived it was fresh, the burger was awesome, the fries were screaming hot and everything was great! The service? Not so much! Ordered two combo meals, the guy at the counter had to re-ring our meals...then we sat down after getting our drinks. Half hour later he walks up to our table, with someone else's food. You know what's one of the saddest things in the world? Under-seasoned food. You heard me. Kiss that ground beef with some salt n peppa and I don't just mean the hip hop group. The burgers are still decent, the onion rings are great, and the fried zucchini are delicious. I like onion rings that are still juicy inside oppose to the kind that are Arizona-like [AKA burnt to death and dry as if it were kissed by hellfire]. The fried zucchini was insanely poppable and I would get these over and over again. We also got a cup of chili on the side just to give it a try and it's good too. Consistency is a little off though. One or our burgers were cooked well-done and the other had some pink. The staff size is huge and they are super courteous and check up on you often. They don't just stand around doing nothing either. Things are constantly being cleaned from the tables and the floors are always being mopped. I do think the quality and service is there. I tried Lenny's burgers during Covid. Delivery was prompt, but the burger was cold on arrival, suggesting it was pre-made and waiting to be ordered. The bun was tasteless, stale and hard. Burger Fact: During WWI, the US Government tried to rename hamburgers as, "liberty sandwiches." We came here for lunch the other day. I had #2 Double Burger with onion rings as my side. The wife got a Sourdough Ranch Burger with fried zucchini. We also split a cup of chili. As others have already stated, the burgers badly needs some seasoning. A little salt, a little pepper, and that burger would have been great. I normally like my onion rings cooked differently so the wife ate quite a few of these. It's okay though. I stopped by Lenny's today. Yes, it's a Burger joint and like most restaurants during the pandemic days are struggling to stay afloat. They just opened for inside dining. An wow they do a great job of it. Tables were blocked to insure 6 fr or more social distancing. The staff was very friendly and every single one wearing well-fitted masks throughout my visit. I felt very safe. Now for the kicker. The burger was BOSS. I mean good. The bun fresh, the meat patties fit the bu. Look, I really did like this place, but it's pricey for a burger spot. First up: the ambience. The inside is really cool, it's got that old school diner vibe. Super clean and different. You order at the front counter and then they bring your food out to you. Those working were friendly and definitely on top of keeping tables clean and sweeping up crumbs. As for the food, we got a cowboy burger (bbq, bacon, cheese, onion ring) and a double cheese burger plain, with fries and the fried zucchini as a side. If you get a combo you can upgrade to zucchini or onion rings for .50 cents so I figured why not? Ranch (and any sauce beyond ketchup) is .30 cents each. I don't mind but that can add up if you want to try multiple kinds. I just wanted ranch with the zucchini... which I would think would come with one sauce but I digress. The burgers were enjoyable. The cowboy is more tangy than sweet bbq but was tasty. I really liked the fries, they are thicker than other places. Fried zucchini was tasty but a lot on top of a burger. I'd maybe order these alone as a snack or stick to fries if I ever came back. Much better than generic fast food but the price was a little much for a burger, fries and a drink. Every combo was $10+. Here it was on a Tuesday afternoon taking two of our grandkids back home to Chandler, after they had spending the night with us. Since none of us had eaten lunch we figured that a good stopping place would be at Lenny's Burger near their home. This Lenny's is located in a strip mall along Alma School Road, north of Warner. First of all, when you first walk into Lenny's, there is retro kind of music playing from the 50's and early 60's. I guess if you felt like dancing you could dance your way over to the order counter. I know, I sound silly, so be it. Our grandkids only like plain cheeseburgers with nothing on, only the meat cheese and hamburger bun, that's it. My wife ordered the number one, which is the single with all the fixings. As for me, I guess I must of been hungry, as I ordered the number two, which is the double cheeseburger, with all the fixings. I just had to order that as my tummy was almost yelling at me to feed it. After our order was delivered to our table, and commenced to eating, all of sudden, the Patsy Cline song, Crazy, was playing in the background. For some of you music buffs, the lyrics to that song were written by Willie Nelson. I have to mention this, there are at two things that bring back beautiful good memories of a place in time, for me anyway, and that is food and music. No I am not a nostalgic kind of person but, I have been here on this earth a good long time. This place and that particular song placed me back to when I was a kid on a beautiful day in my life that's all. The decor of this place is like having a feel for a time gone by, a time forgotten in most instances. Now, lets talk about the burgers. The burgers were delicious and for this Tuesday afternoon, they were exceptional. Maybe I was just damn hungry, and if I had come here any other moment in time, who knows I might feel different or tell you differently.
