If only I could give 0 stars. Hardly ever will I write a review; however, I feel extremely compelled to speak the truth about my experiences here. The first time I came, they accommodated me since I came in near closing hours on a weekday. The female worker who answers phone calls in the front and also work on customers, were already gossiping about me with another coworker who was doing my pedicure. I came back the second time only because I like the gel polish color they had. However, I truly regret coming back. That same female worker who works in the front, receiving clients' phone calls, spoke very badly about me. I can understand Vietnamese very well, and the whole time she gossiped to the lady who did my pedicure about how fake I look, if my breasts are real, how weak my appearance is. It was extremely hurtful, but I held back the tears until I got home. Not only did they bad-mouth me to their other co-workers, but they were also speaking poorly of other customers who seemed to be their returning clients, referring to them as "cunts" or "witches." Please, please avoid coming to this awful place. Their quality of work is not great either. Her gel acrylic work is subpar, and the nails on my left hand were shorter than on my right, so I had to file them down at home. The lady who did my gel pedicure the second time made my left toe bleed. She also used her fists to pound my calves very strongly, which was not pleasant and felt painful. The workers here are very rude, mean, and unkind humans. Please do not waste your money and business here. read more

I will absolutely be going back backed on their handling of this issue. 12/15: I'm leaving this updated review with mixed feelings, as I've previously had a nice visit to Lilah's. That positive experience is reflected in this rating. I returned last Sunday around mid-day for a gel manicure + pedicure. Within a few hours, the polish began lifting on one toe, and shortly after, another toe followed. By the next day, it was clear the gel polish was failing. After thinking it through my service, I realized the pedicure was done differently than my manicure. The lotion was done before the gel polish, and the nails were not prepped/buffed beforehand. My manicure, which followed proper prep and order, has held up as expected. This was especially disappointing because these nails were done for a special occasion and I needed the longevity of gel. While it may seem small, it was upsetting to see the polish come off so quickly. I plan to reach out directly, as I'm hopeful Lilah's will be willing to help make this right. I've enjoyed my past experience here and truly hope this was a one-off issue due to an oversight during the pedicure. I will update as needed. read more

The place is clean. But if you are getting a traditional manicure/pedicure, be prepared to be underwhelmed. They do the very bare minimum. At a $60 price tag, definitely overpriced and underperforming. read more

Every few days someone comments on how good my nails look, and I have to mention it's because of Lilah's! My dip has been on for a month - including all of spring break - and I'm still raking in the comments, despite mom life and a job where I'm typing all day. There are a lot of reasons to love this place - take your pick: - Friendly, prompt service - Sparkling clean facilities - They take pride in their work - Bonus pampering But today they really won me over for life. Lilah's was full, so, short on time, I sent my mom to another place to get her nails done for her BIRTHDAY. They (other place) botched them completely. Let's just say nails were virtually melting at lunch. She was embarrassed and I was embarrassed I'd let her go anywhere else (and yes, I'll review that place too). When I went back to talk to the other spot about fixing it, they yelled at us. Happy birthday! Long story short, I panic-called Lilah's, my trusted spot, and they made room to squeeze mom in immediately. They fixed the other salon's mess and our day with it. A lot of places in town say they do dip, but don't know how to. This place has professional skill and customer service that shows they actually care. Love them. read more

I went there when they first opened after Sea Breeze closed and I was not impressed but now they have vastly expanded operation and both of us thoroughly enjoyed our pedicures. My rating is based upon the abrupt customer service. Upon entering, the staff member directed me to pick out a color. I didn't know exactly where to look since I chose the gel color. Instead of helping me the employee yelled at me, I found the gel color book and then felt rushed in choosing a color; it was 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. It was clear to me that this nail salon is modeled after many salons that rush you in and out to make the mighty dollar. Getting my nails done is usually relaxing and a time of self care; I was totally rushed through my appointment. Although the salon has all new amenities; new pedicure chairs and looks more clean I really care about customer service. My nails looked very nice but I did not like how I was treated.
