Now going through another cancellation of original payment for same issue a year ago that took forever for payment reversal for a whole new $1600 phone I didn't purchase. It shouldn't take hours to do a simple upgrade. Nearest At&T is Phoenix so don't deal with an AT&T authorized dealer. A big difference apparently. Stay away and go to Phoenix if it's not an emergency!!! Terrible way to spend 2 days and get payments reversed or a new phone. The worst not an isolated incident
