It was an awesome experience. I made an appt with them at 1030am and I came a bit early. They do not have many people waiting so I was seen very quickly with warm greetings. While I was filling the paper work, my car was already pulled into the garage, ready to be reviewed. I was so shocked because I only hang them the keys without having a chance to address the location of my car. They obviously found my car in the parking lot and pulled right over to the garage. After reviewing the damage of my car, I was taken to the enterprise rental car in the same floor and the dame building right away. I got my rental car which is a BMW 5 series.. wow.. She was in constant contact with me about the progress of the repairs and worked to get me a rental car when it was discovered that the interior had not been cleaned from the handling of the headliner when I came to pick it up. I went to lindsay collision in manassas to fix my 2012 camaro last year because my insurance office was located there. It was the worst decision I made that year. There customer service was horrible but everyone has bad days right? They gave my car back well past the due date and when I got it back it was not fixed properly and had a new dent on the door. It was a small tiny dent but I could not look past the sloppy job they did with my roof strap. It's was unwrapping so I had to wait another week. Fastfoward now the same problem is appearing, plus my rear finder paint is chipping off and the whole finder is corroding. So I called them and SHANNON picked up. She asked what was wrong and as I was explaining she cut me off and said she has to transfer my call to my insurance, why? idk. But instead she transferred me to there Springfield location. Then after about 10min I was transferred back to SHANNON. I told her what happen and she didn't even apologize instead she put me on hold. It's been 1hr and 2mins and iam still on hold. Stay clear from this place. The way they do their business is very questionable. Take your time and find another collision center. read more

This is a mixed review. I took my car to Lindsay be repaired following a no fault of my own accident. While the overall work to the car is perfect, when picking up the car there was "new" damage to the car unrelated to the accident. A freshly appeared scratch on the drivers door had appeared and despite my insitence that it had not been there previously I got the run around. Now to be fair, the run around was from the GEICO representive on site, but never the less guilt by association. read more

I have state farm insurance and was shopping around when I found the yelp page for Lindsay Collision Center and I am incredibly pleased with both the work they did and the timely matter in which it was completed. I chose Lindsay Collision because Geico recommended this body shop in my area. LCC has Geico representatives in the office, as well as Allstate. I worked with Kara who was very professional, always returned my calls, walked me through paperwork and explained necessary repairs. She communicated with adjusters and insurance making sure that the repair is done in time and the costs are correct. I am satisfied with repair as well. The crack in the bumper is gone, paint is clean and the car is washed. Also ask for a shuttle ride to / from Van Dorn metro station if you're leaving or picking up the car. I towed my BMW 325i here, within 3 weeks they "fixed" everything buy they missed a part to my rims and acted like there's no part missing, when clearly their was a picture of the accident. So I had to come back for them to fix it but I had to wait for the part to come I first which took about 2 weeks. Who ever is the guy with the beard sitting the last desk to right before the insurance claims needs to be aware of his attitude. He was wearing black skinny jeans as well. First he mocked a customer when he got off the phone with them. He called a customer picking up a Prius. The customer he called was a brother of the owner of the car. When they went to say goodbye the Lindsay guy says have a good trip. The customer says you too. Which I am sure he didn't really mean. As soon as the Lindsay guy hangs up he says "I'm not going on a trip" all snotty. If he talks about that guy he is probably talking about all of us! And I was sitting 10 ft from him watching him mock the customers and then go a few desk down and start a paper fight with 2 other guys. Seriously, immature! Then he mocked the President who was giving a speech on tv! Politics stays out of the work place PERIOD!!! Neither is cool or funny. What a professional impression this made on me, NOT! Well, they took forever to finish it, and only 6 months later, the paint was bubbling and starting to peel. I would NOT call this a professional collision center. I was rear ended and the other guy's insurance adjustor wanted to meet me at Lindsay. Since I was already there, I figured I'd go ahead and let them fix my car too. I read the reviews on here first and since they were mostly good I figured I'd try it. A week later they call and tell me my car is ready to be picked up. I go in the next morning before work to pick it up and the receptionist told me it would just be a few minutes because they needed to clean the snow off of my car. I said okay and sat down to wait. After 15 minutes I approached the receptionist and asked if they were almost done. She called someone to check on it and then told me just a few more minutes. I sat back down and a few more minutes later, another woman comes to speak to me. She apologizes for the wait and says it'll just be a bit longer, they're still cleaning the snow off my car. At this point I was getting suspicious as it only took me 10 minutes to clean off my rental that morning. I waited longer and finally after it had been 45 minutes and I was now late to work I told the receptionist to call them and have them bring me my car, I don't care if there's still snow on it, I need to go. She calls them and the lady from before comes back to talk to me and this time tells me that they can't find my car key and they think an employee accidentally took it home. I was so mad, not only did the lose my car key, but they lied to my face multiple times and made me wait 45 minutes. I told her she needed to have someone drop me off at work, which she did, and she told me if they couldn't find my key she'd replace it. An hour or two after I'd gotten to work she called and said they found my key in some employee's van, it must have fallen out of his pocket, and they'd bring the car to me. I got absolutely nothing for my trouble, the least they could have done was fill my gas tank before bringing it back to me. I can't believe how irresponsible and unprofessional they were about this. The manager even told me that the receptionist was afraid to tell me they couldn't find my key because I might get angry. Of course I would have been upset, but I was even more furious they lied and made me wait so long. If they had told me sooner they could have at least dropped me off at work on time. I would never use them again or recommend them. read more

I had just gotten a brand new 2017 Lexus when I was rear-ended and when I contacted my dealer, Pohankas Lexus they had told me they didn't have a body shop and they use a third party. I yelped and was not impressed because I wanted a dealer to take care of the matter since the car had less than 2000 miles on it. Then my husband found Lindsay Collision. The process was a dream. I was taken care by Martin DeLa Paz. He was a very spoken man but very caring and attentive. The place is set up so efficiently with all the insurance companies and rental car on site that as soon as I was given the estimate and the length of time, I just had to give them my key and drive away with the rental. I was sent texts with the latest update of the car progress and Martin would call me back whenever I'd call to ask questions. I never feel comfortable walking into a car service center but Martin was superb. Even when the car took a few days longer than the original date, i never had to worry about extending my rental because Martin would take care of everything from his end. The person that read-ended had State Farm Insurance. Their agent along with Martin were impressive!!! My car came out like a brand new car. My kids asked if we had gotten a new car because they had done a great job with the body and the interior detail cleaning. Very happy that my husband found Lindsay collision and even happier than I got taken care by Martin. THUMBS UP!!!! Thank you so so much!!!!! read more

2nd review....apparently my lovely new vehicle is a magnet for bad drivers! Just like the first time, the whole process was great. Went in to get estimate for a scraped hood (my overzealous recent Ice scraping) and was greeted by John who took a look, got out the buffer, assured me it was just plastic "transfer" and cosmetic, and buffed it out right there in 10 minutes for free!! While working on the repairs my bumper was scratched up while at the collision center. Mark Schipono called me and told me that he had difficulty with the bumper and that it would look different when I picked it up. It sure did!!!!! They had scratched it up!! Lindsay was recommended by our insurance company, and I can see why! I worked with David Burzynski, and he was extremely helpful, very quick to respond to emails and voicemails, and friendly. We had to get an estimate and other paperwork for the insurance company in order to determine if the car was a total loss, so this went beyond a typical estimate and repair job. My insurance approved this center and it was close to my apartment so I had it taken to Lindsay Collision Center. The cost of fixing my vehicle had it declared a total loss - I decided to keep my vehicle and was able to repair it myself for half of what they said the cost was. The staff was very nice and informative. Most of the parts of my vehicle that were taken off during the estimate were put inside my car. (But not all, assuming they were severely damaged, but helps to have them and compare when buying replacement parts) They had put some plastic down to keep my cars interior from being damaged, however I was missing ALL of the NUTS, BOLTS, and SCREWS for replacement parts. If you take your car here and decide to fix it yourself or take it elsewhere, make sure you get those or you'll have to go through a ton of trouble to find and purchase the right screws. read more

The experience with Enterprise (inside the Lindsay Collission Center) was HORRIBLE! I have NEVER been so rudely spoken to by a service company. Enterprise's staff is usually very friendly and helpful. I have used Enterprise numerous times in the past and 3x at this specific location. This Enterprise location is located INSIDE of Lindsay Collision off of Industrial Road. I returned the rental vehicle off yesterday at 5:15pm at Enterprise (bc my car was ready/repaired) I walked through the vehicle yesterday with the Enterprise Rep and all was fine. I am at work today and receive a VM from COREY HARRIOTT at Enterprise stating that there was a hubcap missing and I needed to call him back asap. I called back and spoke to Corey Harriott and he began to tell me that there is a hubcap missing and that I am responsible for the repairs, and he continued with stating that he will file a claim with my car insurance to rectify the matter. I asked him for his supervisors information in which he responded and stated that He is the manager. I asked for his higher-ups contact information - in which he responded and told me that he has the authority of a head supervisor and that the information he has given me is correct and it will be the same information if anyone else calls me back. I told him I was going to call HR and he encouraged me to do so. I called HR and spoke to a rep and they were SHOCKED by his behavior and professionalism. I played back the Voicemails for Enterprise HR and the lady told me she was literally "Cringing" while I played the voicemails. During my phone call to HR, Mr. Corey Harriott called back and left another VM. He told me he apologized for the accusation and that his manager told him to not even mention anything about the matter to me since it was over 22hours later that they found the issue. 1. WHY DO EMPLOYEES REFUSE TO GIVE MANAGER INFORMATION? 2. IF AN EMPLOYEE IS NOT SURE ABOUT SOMETHING, WHY DON'T THEY ASK A HIGHER-UP? If the employee followed these obvious steps, then I most likely would not even be writing this Negative Review! read more

Geico did a fine job getting me an estimate, and Lindsay has onsite insurance inspection counters for most major companies. Went to Lindsay Collision Center today with a 7 inch white scratch (from a grocery store cart) on the drivers side of my 1 year old RX350. Felt terrible about it. Met with Kara and she looked at the scratch and said "Let me try to do a little magic". As I sat there waiting, I thought, what is she going to do? Will it look worse than when I brought it in? Should I have trusted her, not knowing what the "magic" might be? 15 minutes later, she brought me over to the car and hoped that I would be satisfied. The scratch was gone! It looked great and you would never know there had been a scratch there. I tried to give Kara a tip, but she refused, saying she was just doing her job. No charge for anything!
