Solid amount of parking available of this very cool, "old school" butcher shop. In this instance, "old school" means an absolute full service butcher shop, where they treat the customers well! It felt like a family affair, the nice young man that took my order gave helpful advice. They cut "country pork chops" to order, they cooked very nicely in a sauce. I also picked up their sweet pork sausage, also great in the sauce. Perhaps the highlight for me were a couple of super tender and beefy NY strips! Had a great experience at Wyckoff Prime Meats and I'll be back!

This past weekend, we had a chance to experience something a little different -- a private event my cousin hosted there for his 30th birthday -- and it was fantastic. The event was a seated, sit-down dinner at the market, which isn't something they typically do, but they executed it really well. For dinner, my cousin opted for a seated "steak sampling" experience -- almost Brazilian steakhouse-style -- featuring tastings of five different cuts. There was also shrimp scampi served family-style, along with sides like roasted potatoes. Even with varying preferences for steak doneness across the group, they did an impressive job accommodating everyone. Huge props to the B&M team for pulling off something outside their usual offerings so seamlessly. The store carries a huge variety of Polish style meats such as kielbasa, kabanosy, kiszka, polędwica, etc. Some of the meats are from other Polish butchers but many are prepared onsite by their butcher. There are also candies, chocolates, pickles, vegetables, fruit preserves, soups, seasonings, cheeses, butters, etc that have been imported from Poland. Everything we bought was delicious. The prices are not low but lower than we found in other Polish delis. Also, their staff is wonderful. They were friendly, helpful and we were given samples if we were not sure of our selection. When we told them that we were bringing our purchases cross country, they vacuumed sealed the meats to make it easier for transport.

The crew working here is efficient and they speak English so it's nice and easy to communicate unlike some of the other Polish delis in the area.
