It was my first time in here last night. We weren't sure about minors but as long as the minors are accompanied by an adult, it's cool- he was by my side. There were just a few other customers. I think I went down every aisle. Very spacious inside. The aisles are very wide. Nice clerks too. At checkout, you can't use Tap. And some are "Cash Only." Single shot bottles are in the front- a large selection. There is a beer section, a refrigerated room- walk-in, malt bottle section- these were cases for example, Smirnoff, had the flavors, out of the regular stuff, though- which is what I was looking for, (refrigerated- doors- like a grocery store), a tequila section (I like Cazadores), a whisky section, a bourbon section, a vodka section (I used to love "White Russians" at the Paladium), a mixers section- this is where the Irish Cream, Kahlua, and Goldschlager were, and a wine bottle section- reds, riesling, whites, etc. I have drinks on occasion only. In my 20s & 30s I drank a lot (and my weight showed it). I refuse to drink cheap nasty liquor anything. I have some faves after all these years. Good store. Kind of a small parking lot, maybe because it's in the corner of the shopping center. read more

Great selection of beer, wine, spirits. They do store picks of bourbon, and tequila. They host tasting events in store and are always super friendly and ready to help. Shout out to Chris, Nick, and Chantelle for offering great service, sometimes even helping me find beer right before closing. Check out their app and instagram for some of the seasonal offerings. Liquor liquor everywhere as far as the eye can see. To say they have a large selection would be putting it mildly. With that being said they somehow shockingly didn't have the particular brand of tequila that I was looking for. Luckily for me they did have the Belair champagne that I wanted in abundance. With good customer service & a large selection to choose from I'll definitely be popping in from time to time when I'm in the mood to pop a bottle. read more

This is my go to place for all my Alcohol beverage needs, they have everything here and the prices are great. Don't let the size of this store foo you, this place has a lot of different and hard to find alcohol beverages. On certain days here they have tastings as soon as you walk in the door, if you want to stay updated on their tastings I would follow them on IG. Customer service has always been great here, the staff are friendly, helpful And knowledgeable about the stuff they have here. I will be back here for sure. read more

Came by to pick up some drinks for a promotion party and the energy was negative as soon as I walked in. I was browsing to see what I'd like to purchase and one of the employees was standing in the aisle watching over me. I asked him a simple question and got shot down very rudely. The cashier was observing me when I was nearing the front as if I was going to steal. I get to the cashier with my items and all he says is "You done?" no greeting, no customer service whatsoever. It's a shame I'm a member of their rewards program, the cashier didn't even ask like they do at other locations. Will not be returning to this prejudiced, negative & low stocked, poorly ran location again. read more

If customer service is important to you, you'll have no worries here. Every employee I came close to was as friendly as you could ask for. Extremely helpful as well. I stopped by with a friend. We were planning to watch a couple movies that night and wanted to pick up some craft beer for the occasion. I quickly found my favorite beer (Mother Earth brewery's Cali Creamin' Creamsicle). If you haven't tried this yet, do yourself a favor and give it a try. Absolutely delicious. When one employee saw me put it in my cart, she complimented my selection and recommended I try Lead Dog's Mexican Chocolate Peanut Butter Stout. It was fantastic. She also joked that she wished she could come home with us because we were buying her favorite beers. It was that kind of friendliness that makes me want to go back. I can only speak for the craft beer selection, because I don't drink wine or liquor, but I was pleased with what I saw. No matter your beer taste, you'll find something up your alley. At the checkout, I was again greeted by friendly employees. They offered to sign me up for their rewards program, and it was done quickly and efficiently. Overall, a great shopping experience. Liquor Worlds newest location in town and it's got a few goodies to purchase. The staff is super friendly and informative. There's a gent named Chris that is vastly knowledgeable in spirits mainly browns. I got the pleasure to chap it up with him and discover things I didn't know about a few.. they have a newsletter that Chris manages and if you want to get on this you'll have to stop in and talk to him.. looking forward to what this store has in the future. I usually go to Lees Liquor but since I was out shopping, I came across a Liquor World. Never nev been inside before. Right away my friend and I were greeted by every employee we walked by. There are also staff members walking around to help customers with questions or suggestions. Very friendly staff. A very nice selection of beer and wine. But I was there only for the craft beer. Yesterday, I had the opportunity to place an order with Liquor World's newly approved delivery service. The UI is very easy to use and find the items you may want to have to re-stock/enjoy the stay-at-home orders (if that is possible). The fantastic part of the experience was Lightning Speed in the order acknowledgement and confirmation of delivery LESS THEN 3 hours after I placed the order. Pre-COVID, and I mean as far back as 2019, we had issues getting our alcohol from the usual sources, like Von's and Albertson's delivery. With no real explanation why, many of the grocery stores stopped delivering beer, wine and spirits altogether. Because our family consists of two high-risk people, we're not just going to go traipsing out for booze...it's important, but NOT THAT important. Then...a couple of months ago, a blessing! Liquor World announced it was offering both curbside AND delivery service. Up until that point, we'd been trying out online wine and spirit services, and a couple of local delivery companies that were so-so, but VERY expensive, and with limited selection. As of today, we completed our third (fourth?) order with Liquor World, and all I can say is that if there are other places around that deliver, they're going to have to step it up in order to match the AMAZING customer service we've received from the Rainbow store. The staff is friendly, courteous, and will do whatever they need to in order to make sure you get your order in a timely manner. Kudos to Bob and the staff there! I can promise you this: even after the severity of this pandemic has subsided, we're going to remember how awesome the people have been at Liquor World, and they will continue to have our loyalty when it comes to "keeping our SPIRITS up!" read more

I've never had an unpleasant experience here and, tonight I had the pleasure of interacting with two gentleman (employees) that made my night. An incredible liquor store! I honestly don't think you will be find better prices or selection. They are extremely well-stocked across the entire spectrum: hard liquor, wine, beer, and mixers. You can even order little extras you might need, like cocktails shakers, corkscrews, flasks, and even breath mints. They offer free delivery on orders over $100. We ordered on a Friday afternoon at about 4pm, and the entire shipment was delivered to our doorstep on Saturday morning at 11am. read more

From top to bottom, this store has it all. You just have to get a little lucky with the timing of when you walk in the door. The staff are very friendly and filled with all the knowledge needed to meet and exceed your libation needs. My personal choice is the South Rainbow location as I had a bad experience with the Cactus location but one bad apple does not impact the rest of the bunch. Their selection is very tough to beat and their pricing is spot on. Every now and then you will luck out with a rare find but that just adds to the "hunt". I wish they would incorporate a better customer reward program and initiate a solid raffle to their loyal customers for the hard to find / allocated bottles. They have been talking about it, but I've yet to see it come to fruition. WOW. Must be tough to get good help. Went to the location on Tropicana and the 215 tonight. What a giant jerk. I wish I'd gotten his name. Horrible customer service and popped off to me twice. I was asking for something simple, Bud light. After asking for help when I couldn't locate it in the freezer, he went looking with me and said "Oh, truck must not have come". I said "really?". He said something off putting and then as I was almost to the door he said loudly "Beggers can't be choosers (laughing)". Umm, I'm not begging. It was a simple question. I wasn't out of line, he was. I placed a delivery order at 11am and my booze was delivered an hour and a half later. The delivery guy was pleasant and professional. Pricing was in line with anywhere else, and they had a bourbon in stock I've been looking for forever. Five stars aren't enough. They are whack ASF!!!! I seen the commercial, decided to walk in all happy thinking I had a new Liquor store to buy Moet and Veuve in and it turned out to be the total opposite!!! Staff of 3 was at the counter, 1 lady walked to show me the champagne and told me they price matched with Total Wine, I told her I wanted a bottle of Moet and Veuve. The Moet was $20 more than Total Wine price and the Veuve was only $6 more. I brought that to their attention, they went online to total wine website and told me they couldn't honor either prices because they would lose out on money. Then they made a comment that total wine is having a sale. Basically, they provided false advertisement, they ASSumed they had a better price and they didn't and their WORD is bullshit!!!!! This is by far and away the best liquor store I have ever been too. All the locations are great but rainbow road really has the best selection. So many great beers and spirits. i was most impressed with the staff. I enjoy this hard to find scotch and i asked the manager Nick about it. He actually called his supplier and found me a bottle! I couldn't believe it. I go in probably once a a week and talk to him and he always is so friendly and helps me find all the beer bottles. Such a great selection and such a great staff.
